I called and talked to Brian he got out the very next day. We thought it was something serious with our new stove. We just missed the warranty period. He came out looked at and fixed it. It was something really simple. He could have really over charged me but he was honest and up front with us. Thank you for your honesty and great service!!!

Brian was very helpful getting my LG fridge fixed under warranty. They went above and beyond to get this fixed the right way.

Aaron does great work, is reliable and trustworthy. I’ve used him for two of my properties.

I chose Mosely Appliance for 2 reasons:
1) He had good reviews. (2) He was friendly when he called responding to my inquiry.
His friendliness really helped me choose him because I had another repair man call me with a quote that just sounded grumpy and was short with me. Aaron also turned out to sound and apparently be more knowledgeable and accurate in his understanding of the appliance fix I needed.

He is good with technology as in, keeping contact with his customers and making it easy enough to contact him. I liked that he had the up to date Internet communication skills with his website, again enabling multiple way of connecting with him.

He did a good job converting our stove from natural gas to propane. I highly recommend Mr. Mosely for your appliance needs. I would call him again if I had an appliance need (which I hope I won't have to).

The repair was completed in timely manner glad to have dryer working again however I feel the repairs were a little pricey I guess professional repair work is high. Thanks for a job well done

We ended up having a plumbing problem rather than an appliance problem but they pointed to a solution and charged nothing for the call.

Not only did he fix a longtime problem with our Samsung fridge, he came back out to help fix a confusing issue with our dishwasher and did this fix ON A SATURDAY. As a busy working mom of 3 kids, this simple way to book and level of customer service was 10/10. I would recommend his services and demeanor to anyone.

This is the third time I have called upon Mosley Appliance Repair for an appliance issue. Once again, the service has been excellent. Will continue to use Mosley for appliance repairs. Amending this to note that the service required ordering a part and the part was obtained and installed expeditiously.

Had a great experience with a refrigerator repairman who came out and quickly fixed the temperature sensor. He was on time, professional, and fixed the issue fast. The fridge is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Professional yet personable. Good customer service once you got past the call center who failed to notify the field service tech AND the owner of our first appointment. Once they had the information, they were right on time, diagnosed the problem, gave us the cost estimate, ordered the parts and as soon as the parts came in, were onsite fixing the problems.
