I am happy with the Sears Appliance Repair technician. He called me with an estimated time of arrival, and arrived in exactly that time. He was friendly and likes cats! I felt safe with him in my home. He quickly was able to tell the problem with my freezer within a few moments of looking at it/ listening to the problem. He was sympathetic when telling us the cost of the materials, understanding that these things are expensive. It didn't feel like we were being "cheated", it was just the cost of these parts for this old model of fridge. I would recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone. Thanks, Austin!

The technician that came to the house was great, very friendly and helpful. However the overall experience with sears is their process of computer only appointments and trying to talk to someone which you can't is the worse. There is no personal service except when your technician shows up. They need to improve their initial contact service A LOT!!!!!!

John was great. Called before he came. Polite and professional. Also friendly. Immediately got to work. Explained the issue and corrected it.

The technician were great an courteous the problem was I had to wait 6 weeks to fix the cooktop. They kept sending the wrong part. It was a long wait.

Terrible, did not even attempt to do the job. Informed me since the tag with the model number is missing I have to get a new service provider. Apparently, other repair companies can fix it but not Sears. I guess Sears is stupid or they think I am. The dude just wanted to go home. No attempt was made despite the fact I had all the original paperwork.

I feel he done his job. He talked to us and gave us information that would help us to get some things taken care of, but overall, I gave him a five star.

Nice guy but he told me parts were not available anymore yet I can find them on amazon. Instead of testing sensor and harness or stator, claimed id need whole new motor for $1200. Just doesn’t seem right.

The guy was quick to come out, but he needed to order the part. Took our money and keeps canceling follow up appointments. And I am still trying to get my money back. It is all AI driven so you can’t talk to a real human. Run from this company as fast as you can!!

I needed help on an appliance that appeared to be damaged in shipping, and Gary came by on his way home at no charge to assess it and provide his opinion. I can't tell you how many businesses I called, and no one would help me in this situation without charging me handsomely. One rarely sees good deeds these days done by people that care and are not out to make every dollar they can.

Their customer service is professional, they showed up on time and explained the issues in detail and repaired everything in a timely manner. They are reasonably priced and provide warranties on their work I would highly recommend them.

This is a great local Father/Son owned and operated business. Geary and Ryan are very knowledgeable with all types of appliance repair. I had them out to fix my dryer switch and they knew just what to do. Had it running again in no time.
