Don’t waste your time. They don’t return phone calls (had to call 3x to get someone on phone) then they miss booked my appointment as I sat here ALL morning waiting on them to only find out that they booked pm. They also provide a 6 hour timeframe window.

There are plenty of other companies to use other than these guys.

    Seriously disfunction at its finest.

My husband and I purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer from Hahn Appliance Warehouse in Tulsa. The dryer has gone out less than a year into having them in a two-person household. When I call Factory Appliance Service I am forced to leave a message. There is not an actual person who answers the phone. I have left two messages and have not received a call back. I have also send a message via their website form. For the amount of money spent on this new washer and dryer my expectation is a much higher level of customer service. I would never recommend Hahn or Factory Appliance Service to anyone. Buyer beware.

Called to have our dishwasher looked at. Two week wait to have someone come take a look. Came out and said he knew what the problem was, order the part and another two week wait. Came back out to fix the part and said he forgot a part back at the shop. Service guy said he wanted to take our dishwasher Bach with him to the shop because he’d be able to fix it faster and just return the dishwasher without having to put us on the schedule to wait another two weeks.
So, he removed the dishwasher and did not Lorain hoses or plug the garbage disposal so now we had water all over the floor and into our cabinets. It’s now been another two weeks without the dishwasher but can’t use our kitchen sink😡😡😡 Try running your house with no sink for weeks. We call and continually get the run around “the guys are working on it today, they will bring it out by the end of the day” We’ll……still no dishwasher and still no sink.
Incredibly disappointed. I won’t even share my wife’s thoughts. Everyday we think “maybe today”🤷🏻‍♂️ As of today…..NO.

Technician was prompt and thorough and was able to replace parts and did not have to return.

Worst service I've ever experienced. The customer service people are polite, but the company can't seem to figure out how to order parts. I've been out of a dryer for 2 months now and when I call for an update they say they have to check and see if the parts in yet.
EDIT: After posting this review, I received a call within 2 hours to set up an appointment to get it repaired the following week. Ridiculous that it takes a poor review and submitting a complaint to my warranty company to get someone to properly service a dryer; and even worse is that they were able to get the "back ordered" part in just a few days! I am thankful it's repaired now, but would not reccomend them for any service.

Extremely poor customer service. Called right at 3 months ago for warranty repair on our Samsung refrigerator, took 2 weeks to get service call. Repairman came out and had to order new ice maker, 3 weeks later they came out to replace parts and found either ordered or shipped wrong parts. 2 1/2 weeks later they came back out and showed up without the parts and told had to reschedule. Now we can’t seem to get in touch with them. Already missed 3 days of work over such a minor repair that they apparently are incompetent and can’t fix. Looks like we’re better off ordering and repairing ourselves.

    Sincerely, Steve Price!

I called in to Factory Appliance Service for repair on my dryer. I first spoke to Bill. He was very polite and transferred me to the Linda in Customer Service. Linda was great. She verified my information and quickly got me set up for an appointment. She was genuinely cared about my issue and made sure that any questions that I had was answered. Just from the level of customer service that was given, I am sure that the tech that will be out to fix my unit will be just like both of these people.

We had this company come to check our washing machine. It is a less than 2 year old front load washer. The tech that came was friendly, diagnosed the issue quickly but then trash talked the product for 15 minutes. We were advised the shocks were broken. This cost us a service fee. We heard nothing for days and when we called to inquire, my husband was told that they would send a link and “that’s just how they do things “ We were eventually sent a link via text for our estimated cost for parts and repair. We paid and waited for our washer to be fixed. They came on Tuesday 2/21 to replace the parts. That evening I did one load of laundry with minimal soil and three pairs of adult jeans among other items. The washer still made the same noises that had made us call in the first place. We called back and they had another tech come on Thursday 2/23. He advised that only 2 of the 4 shocks had been replaced, that he would contact the tech who did the repair on Tuesday and we would get a call back. No call back. Just a text stating the cost of the additional parts that were not ordered originally and cost of the additional labor. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service we have received. I could have bought a new washer for what I am paying to have this one repaired. The customer service and professionalism is sorely lacking. I would not recommend nor would I purchase another applicable from Hahn’s if this is the sort of company they use and endorse.

First technician diagnosed the problem as a needed part for the icemaker. After a 3 week wait another tech came and said something else needed replaced. I complained I was charged for an unnecessary part and faulty diagnosis all I got was I have to check with the tech and the manager. That was 3 days ago. Still waiting to hear. Total repair bill is half the cost of a new refrigerator and we’ve already paid almost $400 for nothing.

Edit: To be fair, contacted the company and they are not charging for the additional part, only a service call to add that part.
The repair has been done timely, now waiting to made certain of the billing and if the icemaker is finally working again.

This whole process would have and in my opinion should have gone smoother and better had the original diagnosis been correct. That is not my field of expertise so I can't say for certain.

Factory Appliance Service was very professional, returned calls in a timely manner, showed up, did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend.

I have/had an LG side by side refrigerator. Last June, while still under factory extended warranty, FAS replaced the compressor. This past April, I called FAS again to come out as the refrigerator was not cooling. They indicated the compressor was out again. Although the last compressor was still under warranty, I would have to pay for the labor and trip charges. Long story short, after replacing the compressor 3 times since April and charging me roughly $450, my refrigerator still was not working and I was told it could not be fixed. Service tech indicated that the office would get back to me about a refund since they couldn't fix it. I have called 3 times about my credit and still no response from FAS. Bottom line, don't use these people. They won't fix your problem and they won't refund your money when they can't fix it. Worst appliance repair company ever.

They don't return phone calls, ever! Misdiagnosed and slow repair on icemaker issue. They have been out 3x and my icemaker still is not fixed. Instead of replacing the line with updated type, they took the cheap way out and it did not work.

Call and ask for Linda! Our washer had an issue and the door would not close. I called and spoke to Linda and told her about the issue. She was able to source the part and send someone to our house to fix the issue the same day! Great service! Thank you

I’ve had to pay them in full ($500+) for a part and the service before they have ever been to my home. Now today (after I had to call them to see if my part came in - and it HAD but no one called me to set up an appt) they cancelled my appointment because I need another part. Good thing I stayed home from work. It’s THE HOLIDAYS! I need my cooktop and no one seems to have any sense of urgency and I feel trapped because Ive already paid them! I sincerely hope that someone comes through at FAS. I’m on day 16 of no cooktop…. Will update this post

I had Factory Appliance Service out to service my dishwasher that was not draining. The technician came out and told me exactly what was wrong while he checked the issue. I received confirmation of my part being ordered as well as an update that it would take a little longer than originally expected. The office staff kept me informed about my ETA. When the part did arrive they were quick to get me back in their schedule. The pump was installed and the tech tested it before leaving to make sure it worked. Thank you Factory Appliance Service! I will use you next time for sure!

Edit: I appreciate the response of both Hahne’s and FAS following my original review. They have addressed the issue and I am changing the rating from 1 to 3 stars in appreciation for the response. However, I’ve had experience about 5 years ago with another repair service where the tech anticipated my issue based on what I reported, and had other commonly failed parts with them when they came. They were prepared and repaired my issue on their first visit. At least today, FAS isn’t this kind of service company, which is what I consider a 5 star service. But I do appreciate that my current issue is now being effectively addressed.

Original: Unfortunately this is the company who services warranties on most of my appliances and I’ve had to call them a few times for various appliances. Always 1) takes several days at least before a tech can come 2) if parts are needed, they insist on using their own very slow supplier 3) won’t schedule the tech until they have the part in hand (which then typically takes another week after the part has arrived) and 4) start the whole process over again if that part doesn’t resolve the issue. Eventually they HAVE resolved each issue but I’ve learned I’m better off to replace the appliance or pay for my own repair than to depend on this company for warranty service. Being without a dishwasher or without a washer or dryer isn’t an urgent issue to them, but to those of us who need our appliances, waiting 4-8 weeks for a warranty to be honored is impractical. Not ever buying an appliance again from any retailer that partners with Factory Appliance Service. And I feel sorry for the techs. Each of them seem to be pretty nice and capable but they’re crippled by the system that employs them.

Been waiting 2 weeks for service on my refrigerator, yes part of the time is getting parts but the in-office staff has never offered to help me get any details on when the parts shipped, est. arrival and service date. Also Randy evidently does not have a cell phone since the office staff has never offered to have Randycall me with an update on my repair schedule. Very poor communication to keep me up to date on my repair schedule issue. Their communication skills are very unprofessional!!

I cannot say enough good about Factory Appliance Service. I called with an oven problem. A gentleman came out the next day and took him less that 5 minutes to diagnose problem. Part was ordered and put in, in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate being able to speak with a human immediately and having a service person sent out the next day. I really didn't have to ask questions as both the service department and the gentleman explained everything so well that they answered my questions before I even asked them. I highly recommend Factory Appliance. If we have problems with appliance, we shall always use them. Moreover they return calls and respond via texts fairly quickly. They are all such nice people.

I have a GE wall mounted oven that needed repair. The technician, George, did an excellent job. Other than waiting for the parts to arrive from GE, Factory Appliance Repair was very timely in scheduling the service call. I found George to be very knowledgeable. And Linda, who answers the phone and makes the service schedule is a real credit to the company. Fun to talk to. My hats off to you guys.

LG directed us to them regarding a warranty claim with our Refrigerator, which is only about 8 months old but wasn’t cooling properly. The tech showed up, confirmed what the issue was, and promptly said he couldn’t work on it and they would have to send out a different tech. No idea why they sent him in the first place, since they knew the issue ahead of time?

Two days later, the company still had not reached out to reschedule the appointment. We finally called them, and they gave us an 11am - 5pm window the following week.

At 4pm on appointment day we had heard nothing, so we called to check and left a voicemail. We called again at 5:30pm and again got no answer. Tried to call the following morning and again got no answer.

We’ll be contacting LG directly to have them send out another company since this one can’t seem to handle it.

    EDIT:
Thank you for the prompt response. If you called us back in three minutes, instead of responding to the review in three minutes, we’d all be a lot better off. Get off Google and go listen to your voicemails!

    Update:
On February 4th I get a text, “Hello, this is Factory Appliance Service. We apologize for the delay in your service. At this time, we are going to have to refer you back to your manufacturer as we will not be able to complete your repair in a timely manner. We feel that this will be the quickest resolution for you and to esnure your appliance is repaired quickly. You can find the customer service contact for your manufacturer via a google search. Thank you.”

The experience I've had with the service department for my Speed Queen washer has been nothing short of a nightmare. My washing machine broke during Christmas, and I scheduled a warranty repair for December 28th. At that time, a technician informed me that the necessary part would take approximately one week to arrive. I naively accepted this timeline and assumed the matter would soon be resolved.

However, after two weeks of waiting, I began my attempts to follow up, only to find myself in an endless loop of phone calls and unreturned messages. It was frustratingly apparent that reaching anyone at the company was a Herculean task. I finally managed to get through only after numerous persistent calls, only to be told yet again that I would have to wait another week. This excuse has become an all-too-familiar refrain.

Another week passed, and the cycle of unresponsiveness continued. Despite the mounting frustration, I diligently called back, expecting some semblance of a status update on my repair. Yet, once more, I was met with silence. The lack of communication and accountability from this company is astounding. The only reason I resorted to using their service was due to my warranty; otherwise, I would have sought help elsewhere a long time ago.

As of now, it is February, and my washing machine remains broken—an entire month without a functioning appliance. Each attempt to get a clear answer on when I might expect a resolution has left me more disheartened. The sheer indifference demonstrated by the customer service team is both unacceptable and baffling.

While I must commend the technicians for being polite when they finally came to my home, their courteous nature does little to salvage the overall experience. In conclusion, the abysmal customer service and lack of follow-through from this company overshadow any positive aspects of their product. I am left feeling incredibly let down, having wasted precious time and energy in a futile pursuit of repairing my washer. If you're considering their service based on warranty obligations, be forewarned: the promise of assistance may be more of a hollow hope than a reality.
