DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM !!!!
Linda in customer service is probably the worst individual there. Bad customer service overall when it comes to scheduling and updates. FIND SOMEONE ELSE MORE REPUTABLE, there’s a reason they have low star reviews !!!! Do not waste your time with the incompetence of Linda and their BS.
DONT BOTHER REPLYING WITH YOUR BS EXCUSES, ITS NOTHING BUT HOT AIR AND LIES !! -
Edited on Feb 24, 2025. Factory appliance repair came out on Dec 6 2024 to see why my gas dryer was thumping and being so loud. It turned out to be the blower/mount, they returned on Dec 23, and replaced the blower. Since that date my dryer hasn’t worked. They came out on Jan 9th and replaced the motor, and it still didn’t work. It was written up as needing a new control board, but the Service Manage decided he wanted a second opinion. I only found this out when I called to check on the status of the part. Aaron came out today, confirmed that it needs a control board and said “I don’t know why they scheduled this appointment without a part to install.” He said he would order the part today and do everything he can to expedite it to 5-7 days instead of their normal 2-3 weeks. The techs that have been here have all been nice, polite, respectful, and explained everything the office apparently don’t know how to run a repair business. Failure to stock anything but the most basic parts is beyond ridiculous, the only reason I’m continuing to use this farce of a company is because my dryer is under warranty. Should it need repairs afterwards I’ll find anyone else to repair it.
So here we are almost a month after Aaron came out and was bewildered why he was sent out without a part. In that time you all have done nothing to rectify the issue you caused. The best I can get in response to my calls requesting an eta on the part is a text back saying it is “Pending”. I truly feel sorry for Linda who answered the phones, she must be on the receiving end of some horrifically angry customers. The “Management” of this office has shown their utter disregard for their employees by being such a failure at their positions. All I can really say is that it’s a good thing I know where the Courthouse is and who your registered agent is so that service is fast and proper. -
This company was assigned to process a warranty claim we purchased through Hahn Appliance. The part we needed was shipped to us overnight from the warranty company. I called to book the appointment and the lady from Factory Appliance Service scheduled our repair for the next day. The technician showed up within the time frame that was promised, was very professional, and repaired our washing machine. Everyone was polite, professional, and the service was completed very fast. Thank you so much for getting our washing machine fixed so quickly!

This company shouldn't have a truck on the road. I've been dealing with a warranty issue and lack of communication to say the very least since January 3rd. First technician that came out verified he would be sure the part needed would be ordered the day he diagnosed the issue. The following Monday, it took over 10-12 tries for someone to even pick up the phone to verify if the part was ordered. They confirmed it was ordered but it would take 3-7 business days to receive part. Day 9 of waiting, I get a text message saying the part is in and they would like to schedule for a technician to come out. 2 days later, technician comes and says he has the wrong part and will expedite the correct one. I call, again, to see how long the correct part will take to get in, no one answers the phone unless you crazy call. A lady finally picked up and had no information because technician hadn't updated his notes on his iPad per her wording so there was "nothing she could do." I asked to speak with manager and she sent me to the parts managers voicemail. My husband was home at the time of repair, I get home and find that my washer had been scratched horribly by the technician. I sent a text since this seems to be the only way they communicate and they said they would "expedite this to management." Lack of communication and poor quality service is an understatement and the issue is still not resolved. I can't imagine if I were a paying customer and had to deal with the nightmare I've experienced. Stear clear of this company, I know I will after this experience. Will update once or if I ever hear back.

Ray with Factory appliance came out to fix the igniter on our Thermador stove. The part was defective. They ordered the part and McCormick came out installed it and everything works perfect. Very happy with their work and service. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

UPDATE:
We didn’t end up getting our washer fixed. The customer service was just as bad. The only decent thing about this company is that the techs were polite. That is the ONLY good thing. After about a week of waiting we had no answers and had to constantly call. The only thing we were told after the visit to re diagnose our washer (with the same issue) was that it was submitted to the parts manager. It took them a week. After that we decided to just call the warranty company who decided our
Machine wasn’t repairable. Horrible experience. Only reason we used this company is because we had too per our warranty. Wish I used someone else.
This is the second time we’ve had to use this company for our washer and this experience is just as horrible as the last. It is near impossible to get into contact with anyone. Our washer has been broken since the last week of December and here we are… one wrong part and a misdiagnosis almost the end of January. And they have a 3rd tech coming out to RE-DIAGNOSE the washer again.
I beyond frustrated with this company. Every time we call, when we FINALLY manage to get ahold of someone, we cannot get any answers on the status of our repair. We tried to figure out if the correct part had been ordered or if they were only sending a technician out for the next visit.. but no answer on that. Keep in mind it’s been almost a month without our washer in the middle of winter. It was just as long on the last visit too. Hopefully we can actually get some answers by the end of January. -
I do not recommend this firm.
After three weeks and two service calls, our refrigerator/ freezer still does not work after over $700.00 in parts and labor charges.
Our refrigerator/ freezer stopped working and was leaking water via the ice maker hose.
This firm has yet to fix the refrigerator / freezer (freezer temperature is 53 degrees F 24 hours after their “repair”) and the service person simply left the ice maker hose on our counter, e.g. “install it yourself”. And to add insult, the hose he left us to install is 6 feet to short.
And as the photograph shows, the repair person didn’t even place the refrigerator/freezer back into our cabinetry.
I highly recommend finding a more reputable firm. -
Austin did a great job and had our dryer up and running in no time! He was on time, friendly and competent. I would definitely recommend!
-
Very knowledgeable and friendly! He knew exactly what to do and how to fix it.
-
Austin arrived a little before the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator and ordered the parts to complete the job. He also took care of the disposal quickly.
Great job! -
The technician did a great job and the whole process went great.

Keith was really nice, was careful with the things at home, clean after he was done working. He did a really good job! Really appreciate it:)
-
Keith was very pleasant and very professional. The repair men are very professional.
-
A ripoff. Tech lacked familiarity with the washer and was unable to diagnose or repair because he could not remove pump access panel. Recommended calling another repair company which I did. They easily diagnosed and repaired no problem. Sears charged $119 for a failed inspection.
-
Extremely frustrating experience. Technician left washer and dryer out of position. He told me we needed an electrician, because the dryer wasn’t getting any power, when he had unplugged it while moving it.
Unable to talk to anyone to check on the part that was back ordered. -
Rick was my serviceman and did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and just brilliant at his job!!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Garage door opener. Annual Warranty Service.

Keith was very professional and accommodating. The parts he needed were not at his disposal and would have taken up to 2 weeks, and he went above the call of duty and made it happen. We appreciated his committmemt to customer service.

Richard was quick and thorough. Very professional and respectful. He even took the time to say hi to my little puppies. Super nice man and made me feel like a person not another job.
