Had large area of cracked and broken tile removed in kitchen and utility. Adjacent family room, dining and formal living room were not adequately closed off so had dust everywhere. CRS cleaning crew cleaned from top to bottom and was fantastic. Would love to have them do whole house!

We called CRS to work on a bathroom that was heavily damaged. The bathroom interior walls were covered in mold from previous damages as well. The bathroom needed to be completely gutted and rebuild as new. CRS did ALL of that! In an incredibly quick timely matter. The team was extremely professional, discrete and left no mess whatsoever throughout the demolition, restoration and rebuild. The quality of the work and attention to details from finish to start was pretty amazing. I highly recommend CRS.

Simon and his crew did an excellent job cleaning our 27 year old carpets. They arrived on time, worked in a timely manner, were friendly, and the carpets look very nice. We have been customers for years and continue to be happy with their cleaning services. Would highly recommend their work.

Simon Reyes and his crew were pleasant to work with, competitively priced, prompt, and professional. My hidden leak (between-the-wall) was discovered after baseboard removal. Beware: the slow hidden leak was due to a cluster of substandard roof flashing, trim board installation, and clogged guttering which resulted in water infiltration through the Stucco. Not fun, but CRS made the repair process as painless as possible. I highly recommend them.

Our dental office suffered a broken fire sprinkler and consequential flooding during the extreme cold last February, and our patients have all commented that no one call tell that anything ever happened. Simon and his team did a fantastic job of arriving as expected, informing me of the process and the timeline, and doing superior work, allowing us to get back to treating our patients quickly, and in a spotless, safe environment. We would never wish a disaster like that on anyone, but if you find yourself in need, do yourself a huge favor, and call Simon.

Simon and his team came out and remodeled 2 of my bathrooms. Their work was excellent and even did extra little things that was not included in the job. If I ever had a question Simon was just a phone call away and would answer back right away. They completed both bathrooms within my time frame and they are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

They did a great job removing mold and restoring our house. They did some siding work as well as repairing 3 rooms inside and painting both inside and out. Simon was easy to get ahold of and was great about keeping us informed on what was going on and what needed to be done. They did a great job with our house and would contact them again for any similar issues.

From the first call I made to CRS, the owner Simon was so professional and very polite. I had a water damage leak from my upstairs bathrooms and he was able to ease my mind (as I was freaking out) with his quick response. That same day he was able to inspect any damages and guided me through his process. I never write reviews but I really felt the need to show people how reliable Simons and his crew was. As a female who knows nothing about water damage, I was a bit intimidated calling around for quotes because I didn't even know where to start, but Simon guided me through what he was needing to know. We first met Simon and his crew several years ago when we had contracted Lowes to remodel our guest bathroom. The contractor they sent did a terrible job. Nothing looked good when he was finished. We complained to Lowes and they sent Simon and a manager out to look at it. Simon determined that everything had to be torn out and started over because nothing was correct. Everything had to be reordered. Once everything came in, Simons crew did the tear out and remodel. It was done correctly and in good time. When it was done it looked great like it was supposed to. Last year we contracted CRS to paint the entire interior of our home, refinish the trim and window sills, refinish several cabinets and remodel the kitchen and laundry room. Simon was very patient with us even though we made several changes during the work. Everything turned out great. We have just gotten another estimate for future work. We happily recommend Simon to do your remodel or anything else.

Simon and team are the best! We have used them multiple times over the last 10 years. Just recently used them for a major carpet cleaning (post construction) and will be using them for another project this fall. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable!

From the very first phone call, his responsiveness, attentiveness, and communication was second to none. Every day his crews or his subs were scheduled to work, they arrived on time, and I never once had to question whether they were working hard to get the job done. Simon did a great job adapting to changes as needed, either prompted by discoveries in construction, or by the whims of the homeowners. All along the way, Simon was a careful steward of resources; knowing that we were paying out of pocket for all the repairs, he helped ensure we did what we needed to do to do the job right, but didn't waste our money. In the end, he left us with a space constructed and finished far superior to what we had before. I have no hesitation recommending Simon and CRS for their work.

We really appreciated Simon's team's work. Simon was very responsive and had great communication from the beginning and throughout the project. His quoted price ended up being exactly what we paid, although he had warned us we might end up with a bigger job once they opened up the wall and exposed the mold completely. Thankfully the work he expected ended up being all that was needed. I picked Simon because he seemed to really know what he was doing and was able to communicate it to us in detail...and he quoted us a fair price that wasn't an inadequate quick-fix patch job - but instead they did get everything compeltely taken care of (without any unnecessary extras). Highly recommend!

Simon and his crew just finished their second repair job on our home. We have found them to be knowledgeable, skilled and easy to work with. Especially appreciate how Simon kept us informed on a daily basis and responded quickly to all concerns, questions, and requests. CRS went above and beyond accommodating their work in response to my wife's health issues. We will definitely be calling Simon again.

Simon and his crew have completed a couple of projects on our home. He does a great job of communicating when the crews will be arriving and is very responsive and knowledgeable on different options for repairs. I’ve really enjoyed the crew he’s sent to the house. Joe and his son are very polite, friendly, and do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use CRS for other work in the future.

Simon had to deal with a lot of delays with our insurance company. I was pleased with his patience with these circumstances. Everything Simon told me about his services were proved true in the end. He and his crews and subs delivered excellent workmanship. Our church was really happy with the end result. There were definitely obstacles Simon had to deal with and he was always polite and cordial when these obstacles presented themselves. I wish everyone who came to work at our home was as half as professional as Simon and his crew. Our finished basement flooded and CRS was there in less than two hours to remove the water and dry the carpets. They subsequently handled some necessary demo, mold removal and even got some of my drainage sorted out to hopefully prevent the flooding from happening again. I can’t recommend Simon and CRS highly enough.

We had leaking in our bedroom on an exterior wall due to a previously unknown issue in our house that we bought the year before. We reached out to a few different restoration companies, but not only were they the most responsive, they also had the best solution that would actually fix the problem and not just be a temporary patch job. It was a pretty extensive job, so it ended up not being cheap, but they did excellent work and were very upfront and detailed with the price and their estimates. They were very professional and properly contained the area that they worked on so we had no problems staying in the house while they worked, an issue we had with other contractors in the past. We also left town on the last week of the job due to a vacation that we couldn't reschedule and they kept us updated throughout with pictures and texts. This is a trustworthy company that will get the job done completely, I definitely recommend them.

I employed CRS to remove carpet, paint and install hardwood floors in my living room. Simon and his crew did an excellent job. They were efficient, kind and professional. My floors look outstanding and I will be recommending them to anyone who is in need of remodeling or restoration services.

They responded quickly when we called about water flooding our house from a backed up condensation line upstairs. We were gone on vacation for a week so the damage and water was extensive. They were willing to go the extra mile and not only pulled drywall and carpet, but helped move and try and save some furniture. Good people and wonderful to work with.
