I had an incredible experience with Roger and his crew! After our home flooded their team was quick, professional, and truly went above and beyond. They communicated every step of the process, worked efficiently, and was always polite!! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

Incredibly unprofessional. My father passed away in December and their house flooded in February. My mother was left to deal with all of the destruction from flooding. Roger and his crew stepped in and they were great in the beginning and then they didn’t do anything for five months. Someone else stepped in and got the work done immediately. Horrible Communication and very bad customer service. I would be very cautious while selecting your restoration company…..

Last Dec we had to move out of our house due to water and pipes issues. Kendall promptly came to our house and got everything going. Everyone involved was wonderful and efficient. After 6 months of living away from our home we finally were able to move back in. Kendall was very prompt and so courteous with every interaction we had. We very much appreciate all the hard work.

STAY AWAY!! Promises broken consistently by this company. Months of waiting. They broken appliances that weren’t even a part of the problem to begin with. Never even completed the work to the point that a new company had to be hired to finish and fix what they broke.

PCC came out to my in-laws’ home in Broken Arrow this evening, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We called, and within 30 minutes they were there, ready to help. Kendall and Roger were polite and professional, and walked us through several options to address the water damage. They even used a special camera to pinpoint where the moisture was and explained everything. Their quick response and expertise were truly a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

If it was possible I would give no stars. Living with my mother after my dad passed away and this company screwing her around for months without a kitchen. It was very cruel how they drugged her through the mud after loosing my dad a few moths prior. To say I am disappointed is an understatement and I would not recommend this company for anything 🤬

Recently we had a water leak and called our go to in water damage and restoration Pcc Restoration. JP and his team are always quick to respond. This time was no exception. PCC was there first thing in AM after we had contacted them the night before. The cause of the problem was quickly identified and remedies were initiated to resolve the issue while placing equipment to dry out the moisture .The service with PCC and especially with JP is always outstanding and professional in everything they do. They are courteous, polite, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable in their craft. My wife and I trust them with every restoration issue we have had to deal with. 100 % satisfied every time we have had to use them.

I called PCC when my bathroom flooded and Kendall came out and was able to get all the water damage dried out and fixed like new again. Would recommend PCC any day!!

Overall great experience, Kendall was very helpful and explained the whole process to me. Very glad that there estimates are completely free and thorough as well.
