I recently had a flood in my house, total loss to my floors and walls. PCC was amazing, I called them and the next day I had a gentleman by the name of Brandon give me an estimate. This was not the first estimate I had gotten, but by far was the best price. PCC had me back at home it seemed like no time at all. All the people who were involved were so friendly and had so much knowledge I was very impressed. I wish I could give them a 100 stars for the job done. A huge thank you to PCC and the team.

I wholeheartedly recommend PCC Cleaning & Restoration. From clean up to repairs, the team was professional & courteous. They have been able to masterfully complete every part of our leak and repair with attention to detail and support every step of the way. Jody is one of my cleaners and he is a fantastic employee and person all around. They are the best in town with prices and stains. 10/10 recommended I have used them for 5 plus years and wouldn't change for anything.

Our home was flooded due to a water break. We have appreciated PCC’s customer service, professionalism and attention to detail while performing the remodeling and restoration of our home. We still have more to do before everything is completed, but thus far PCC has been great at keeping us informed and making this customer feel important and valued at every juncture. We recently experienced a flood in our home. A compression fitting in our upstairs bathroom let loose while we were at church. We came home to about two-thirds of our 3100 sq foot home soaked. Our insurance company recommended a national "water restoration" company. They came several hours later, looked around, and left, saying someone else would come the next day. The next afternoon someone else came from that company and placed one fan and one dehumidifier. My brother-in-law was very concerned, as we were, that this was not enough and recommended a company he had used at his work, PCC. We called and they came immediately with two trucks, a full crew, and brought more than 30 fans and dehumidifiers, and began the dry out process. Brandon and his team could not have been more professional and caring. Brandon checked in with us more often than our adjuster. He let us know when they would be there each day, kept us informed of what they were doing and why, what the next steps would be, and made sure to be here when a contractor came so he could discuss what they found with him as well. Brandon and PCC really helped to take a load off our shoulders. I hope this never happens to us again, but I will not hesitate to call them in the future if need be. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would!

I can not say enough great things about Kendall and his crew! They were friendly, professional, quick and efficient. Kendall kept me informed at all times on next steps and time frames. I would 150% recommend Kendall and his awesome crew!

PCC people were all professional and great to deal with. They were recommended to me by my insurance company , USAA, as one of their approved contractors. I am happy with results and would recommend them to anyone needing any type of water cleanup and restoration. It is not a fun process to go through but my Project Manager and Roger and his contractors kept me sane throughout the ordeal!

PCC has worked on two separate apartments of my mine that have flooded in the past 5 months. They did such an amazing job both times! Mitch and Jody would be the ones that would come out and do the work and they were so professional and would answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning or any repair of that nature!

We called on PCC Cleaning and Restoration again, used them in 2017 and needed them again in 2024. Very professional and were able to come out quickly for us. Kendall and his team, Travis and David, are top of the line! When our hot water heater sprang a leak and ruined most of our hard wood floors, Kendall and his team jumped into action. Kendall kept us informed every step of the way and made the situation a whole lot easier on us. I would give PCC Cleaning and Restoration six stars if I could!

Whether they are removing furniture, sucking the water out, setting up humidifiers & fans, removing walls to moving the furniture back in, these guys are the BEST!

PCC recently completed work on my home due to water damage. Roger, the owner, has a heart for helping people and worked with my insurance company to get the best possible resolution. Scott, the project manager, was readily available and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Brandon, the mitigation manager, as well as Travis and Mitch, were courteous, helpful, and quickly worked to complete repairs. Even the office employees and ladies that cleaned my home were helpful and kind. All the vendors that work with PCC were very respectful of me and my time. They did good work and I am very pleased. I hope I don't need PCC again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call!

I know in time of the unexspected, I contacted PCC restoration through, Roger and Kendall. I was able to meet up with them in hours to address the situation that we were experiencing. The compassion they had to not only look out for the people involved, but to address the issues, perform the work required and the follow up from the work performed, to working with the insurance company. I am forever grateful in time of need. 5 stars is not enough to give i would gladly give 10 stars to go above and beyond.

As someone who works in the apartment industry, I've used PCC carpet shampooing services more times than I can count across multiple properties-and I've never had a bad experience. I didn't know mold remediation could be such a positive experience! Roger and his team are fantastic. They were quick, reliable, thorough and honest. I really didn’t wanna have to write this review, but disrespect towards my Mother forced my hand. A couple years ago my parents had a bad leak in the house that flooded everything. I thought of Rogers company to recommend from past experience, come to find out this time It’s not the same place anymore. Roger had become a very greedy, selfish man who doesn’t seem to have a care in the world except getting a payday. Hes forgotten his morals ,his customer service and definitely forgotten how to be a Good man! He hides away in his office from his customers when there’s an issue like a coward! He sends somebody to do the job for him that is unexperienced, not trained right and doesn’t care whether he gets it done right. The people he sent to my Mothers house the first time around screwed many things up! The only reason it got fixed was because of my Father. These people would take shortcuts , disrespect my family , and drain time for money! I could’ve done his workers jobs with one hand tied behind my back. Roger eventually got some better people in there after lots of talking and firing they finally got it figured out. My Father recently passed in December2024.
He was an incredibly tough and intelligent man. My Mother was left alone To deal with a house they worked hard to build together. Shortly after My Dad passed Things started going wrong on the house. Another leak in the wall got really bad and started flooding underneath the floor. IT WAS BAD!! It started flooding the whole kitchen! In a desperate attempt to get it taken care of my Mother contacted Roger at PCC! it was the biggest mistake contacting this man! They did a worse job than the first time, he would ghost my Mother for weeks, nobody would show up to fix a thing and you couldn’t even reach him!! Leaving the house destroyed and empty.
They ripped apart her Entire kitchen, Broke her granite countertop And threw it along with all her kitchen Cabinets disrespectfully and unorganized into her garage and broke a handful of things, including one item my father had made for my Mother!!! Take note my Mother was grieving during this time while dealing with this!
The completely dented her brand new refrigerator without taking any responsibility for it at first. They would just leave the house like this without any solution for the leak! They took her dishwasher out and said don’t worry about it. That’s not the issue, even though she clearly thought it was… come to find out that was one of the main issues! Roger knew he messed up, Roger knew he couldn’t fix the problem and instead of dealing with it like a man and communicating to my widowed mother he ghosted her and would take no responsibility for his worthless employees or himself!! I couldn’t believe what I heard. I expected a lot more out of this man, Roger, and instead he had turned into a piece of work who was draining time off my Mother to get more money!! My Mom was so stressed out!! her house looked terrible with no solution with still no word from them. Then out of nowhere Keith, The builder from Builtmore Homes contacted my Mother after he heard what she was going through. He got in there right away with his boys and they figured out the solution almost right off the bat!! Come to find out the issue leak was the issue PCC told My Mother it wasn’t! 😒 They got in there, tore it all out and fixed the issue and put it all back together perfect. He was able to get in there in no time &fix it right up! Plus he was able to get her kitchen put back together , plus redo almost everything Roger and his boys tore up in less than half the time with no BS! Now that’s how you do business! My Father played a huge part in making Roger the successful person he became. He took Roger in under his wing, gave him work around house to make money when he was younger, he opened his home to him, and his business! Roger was treated like family! not only did he disrespect my Fathers name by doing what he did, he disrespected his Wife Think twice before doing business here! hopefully he changes his ways!
