After a storm in May that damaged my roof with hail, I contacted Casey McGuire of RoofIT. He sent out Ryan Bankston to assess the damage and see if I had a claim. Ryan didn’t absolute thorough inspection of my roof, thoroughly documenting the damage with photographs. This included photographs that document damage on a magnified level. Ryan collected enough evidence that showed my roof was totaled. However the insurance adjuster initially said only one of the pipes through the roof was damaged and that’s all insurance was willing to replace… Which was much less than my deductible. There was a lot of discussion that took place between me, Casey, and the insurance adjuster. Ryan and Casey continued to upload evidence and provide accurate numbers using the same software the insurance companies use to give cost estimates. Due to this persistence and their knowledge of the industry, as well as insurance company tactics that are known to be to be less than helpful, Casey and Ryan of RoofIT were able to show that my roof was indeed totaled. Truly, the only “good hands“ I was in was with RoofIT.
I was given an opportunity to upgrade to an impact resistant roof and took advantage of it. This should reduce insurance premiums down the road. Now, the physical roof that was put on was done with excellence and in a timely fashion. The crew was professional and cleaned up extremely well. It looks great. Ryan did a follow up inspection and clean up.

Ryan and the entire RoofIT team did an amazing job of replacing my roof. From the first meeting Ryan spent a great deal of time inspecting my roof and explained every step of the process. I had a lot questions and Ryan always took the time to provide feedback. His team arrived early to replace my roof and worked until well after dark. And they cleaned everything up when they finished. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend RoofIT.

I interviewed 3 companies after filing a claim with my insurance. All of them were very knowledgeable and made me feel they had my best interests at heart. Ryan with ROOFIT explained the roof vents though and we have such horrible air circulation in our upstairs that I chose to go with him. The communication was top notch as was the respect of the crew that came out. They worked the first day for almost 12 hours. Ryan even double checked their clean up and finished work. I highly recommend ROOFIT. In fact, two of my neighbors are using them also!

The installers got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and respectful. They did a spectacular cleanup job. And best of all, after getting insulation in the attic, my upstairs is already warmer in this cold weather.

I was given Dan's name by a heat and air company that I was trying to get a bid from for my new house. He had been researching blow in insulation for his house and had narrowed it down to two companies. I contacted both of these insulation companies and Dan not only responded the quicker but kept in touch with me each time I checked in with him on an update with my progress. Affordable removed our wet moldy batten insulation with a big vacuum, very efficient. However we later noticed that the bug screens over the crawl space vents were knocked out of place so we couldn’t close the vents without going down into the crawl space and fixing them. A minor problem, Would have been 5 stars otherwise

My daughter had a large upstairs room that was difficult to keep warm and she had to resort to using multiple space heaters to supplement the furnace heat. I contacted Affordable Insulation for help and Chris came out to take thermal images and visually inspect the attic and walls. Lo and behold he found some sections of the attic and a few outside walls had NO insulation, even though the house was only 15 years old. Clearly the original (and reputable) builder was at fault. He sent his crew in, McCoy and Andrew, to blow cellulose insulation into those areas and add more to the adjacent areas so that the house now has an R-60 layer of insulation in the attic. They also dense packed the walls where there was missing insulation. Thankfully, that room is now one of the warmest areas of the house, and no more space heaters!

After seeing what Affordable Insulation could do, I asked Chris to also look at my 10 year old house because the original fiberglass insulation in the attic had settled and I suspected lost some of its R value. I thought it was a good idea to top it off, or vacuum out the old fiberglass insulation and replace it with the better cellulose insulation. After Chris inspected the attic, he recommended that we remove the fiberglass insulation completely and spray foam the underside of the roof instead, gaining the advantage of sealing the attic space for any potential air leaks. His crew vacuumed out all the old insulation and we now have one of the cleanest attics in the neighborhood. They then worked for 1-1/2 days spray foaming the underside of the roof, giving us plenty of usable space for attic storage that we didn’t have before. Since then we’ve noticed a very significant improvement in the comfort of our house, so much so that we had to turn down the thermostat by 3 degrees because the house was plenty warm (the outside temperature has been averaging 30+ degrees). The final result was a HUGE success and much more than we anticipated!

I also had Chris and his crew add insulation inside the walls of a workshop built onto the backside of the house. The walls had no insulation because it was originally built to be for storage use, but had since been converted into a wood working space. I had to rely on using multiple space heaters all day to warm it in the winter, but the temperature in the room would fall back to the outdoor temperature within 2 hours of shutting down the space heaters. Once again, McCoy and Andrew dense packed the walls with cellulose and foam sealed the areas around the rim joists. Amazing! The workshop now holds any heat I put into it and the temperature only drops a few degrees after not using the space heaters for many hours!

Chris and all his crew were wonderful to work with, very friendly and professional, knowledgable about their work, and were meticulous at cleaning their work areas after they were finished. Their communications with me were timely and effective, and the office staff was also great.

Affordable Insulation is by far the best insulation company in Oklahoma, in both their products and service. I will never call another insulation company because I found the best. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

This company is amazing! They took care of business, they were very clean, and efficient with everything that they did. My home is now come extremely quiet and comfortable because of all the foam and insulation they put in. If you want to best, give them a call.

Chris, McCoy and Andrew were all very professional and courteous. Arrived on time both days and cleaned up when they were finished. Removed all old insulation and sealed all voids. Then installed new exhaust fans and vented to outdoors before adding 18 inches of cellulose insulation. Great job and would highly recommend this company

I first thought their price was high.. but these guys are specialists!
We had a animal infestation and feces. The attic is now like new.. like it never happened.. and better than when house was built! The insulation and cellulose is 21 inches thick.. 4 inches higher than promised.. and 3 times higher than the rafters. We're already saving money and the new furnace hardly ever runs because the thermal insulating properties of R60.

I contacted Affordable Insulation back in the middle of summer to come out and do an evaluation of my attic insulation. Dan Knapp was responsive, easy to get along with, and very informative. I hired Affordable Insulation to completely insulate my attic so there would be no air leaks. The guys that did the work were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the entire job from start to finish. I've noticed a significant difference in how often my A/C comes on throughout the day now and the unit did not run non stop all day long throughout the hottest part of the summer. I highly recommend Affordable Insulation of Oklahoma, Dan Knapp and his workers.

We did some remodeling and was looking for a company to finish the insulation work in our attic. The crew was great! Showed up on time, very professional (no cursing, very respectful). They secured the garage where attic access was when they went for lunch and left at the end of the day, I appreciated that very much. We also had the crew install an attic ladder and they did a great job with that also. It’s hard to find good company’s this is one!

I called Affordable Insulation because I saw that they removed insulation from attics. I had several projects in the attic to be worked on. Affordable Insulation removed the old insulation and waited several months on me to get wiring, heat/air and exhaust fans completed. They returned a day before a major attic cold front hit and blanketed our attic with new R60 cellulose insulation. Wow. We are so appreciative of their fine work. The also sealed cracks and alerted us about some wiring issues that they saw. Electricians verified they we indeed fire hazards and would need to be rewired. These hazardous wiring conditions were covered up with the old insulation.
We would recommend highly to consider using Affordable Insulation for your insulation needs. The may have saved us from more than just high utility bills.
