Our loss (water leak) occurred in early January, and ServPro was unable to respond for 2-3 weeks. I removed wet flooring, etc. to mitigate damage. When their mitigation crew finally arrived, they packed and moved out two rooms of furniture, then removed more affected flooring. I'll give them a C in floor removal, as they did a fair amount of damage to the concrete floor with glued-down wood, and didn't fully assess the sheet vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The next part was confusing with three people measuring the house in different ways and finally providing an estimate to replace the flooring. Their estimate was way beyond the insurance company's scope, as the whole house was not affected. This seemed a bit odd, as ServPro is the insurance company's partner. I'm not interested in trying to get more than I deserve from insurance - it just costs all of us more money. Anyway, a couple months later I settled up with insurance and had the flooring replaced. ServPro did an excellent job of moving our stuff back in. Robert, Cortez, and Brittany did a professional job of closing out this job.

SERV Pro responded to our call on a Saturday before Labor Day within 5 hours. Jerry had air scrubbers delivered and then their team came in Tuesday and started the remediation process from the smoke damage. We were pleased with all their crews and the work they provided

They were out within an hour of my phone call when my house flooded. Very professional and explained each step of the clean up and dry up process. I would highly recommend Servpro for any home disaster!

Came immediately to do testing. Never called with the results so I had to call. The results were in and they sent them to me when I asked for them and said they’d call the next day with a plan. Never heard from them again.
We researched and found out we have a dangerous mold in our home. It’s been a week of staying with family and serv pro never called us back. Will not be using their services now if they do call someday.
