I recently had the pleasure of working with Chandra from SERVPRO, and I couldn't be more impressed! Chandra was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure our home was restored perfectly. Excellent service and a great attitude throughout the process. Highly recommend Chandra and SERVPRO!

My insurance agent referred me to Chandra at Servpro when I had hail damage and an internal leak. Chandra got people out to my house quickly and was very helpful. The entire company is very kind and understanding. I was thankful for the referrals for cheaper services! The headache of repairs was soothed by the kindness.

Recently we had extensive water damage to our kitchen.
Lower cabinets, granite counters walls and floors. were damaged.
Our insurance agent recommended Servpro.
We called Servpro of Rogers County. They were here in less than 3 hours and did part of the demo and set up drying equipment and sealed off the damaged area with plastic for dust control.
It took a week to finish the demo and get everything dry.

You guys did a fantastic job.
PS, having Servpro do the repairs too and will review when complete.

I want to thank Jerry and Talon for 'over and above' service. We experienced a water leak from an improperly installed water heater on the 2nd floor of our home. They are professional and knowledgeable. They were here almost immediately to control and minimize the damage, and then daily, checking on us and the equipment, answering our questions, addressing our concerns. Water damage can be complicated. They were very through to ensure not just our safety but also our comfort throughout the process. They were polite, kind and reassuring. He answered my call, showed up the very same day, and got right to work. He was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He quickly assessed the damage and repaired the missing shingles efficiently, making sure everything was secure before leaving.
It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, especially when you need urgent repairs, but he exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated his quick response and quality work. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing repairs.
