When I initially called they explained they were rather busy at the moment but would call me soon. And they did! I told them what was going on and they already had an idea what the issue might be from my description. As it was raining, work had to wait until it halted. But as soon as it did I got a call stating a tech was on his way. After that they called me again when the job was finished, thoroughly describing what they did and the likely cause of the issue. A++ local, small business to work with.

We had a tenant back a trailer into our metal building. It damaged 4 sheets. We called McGuire Roofing for an estimate to repair. They gave us a price. We let them know we wanted to do the job. Yesterday when they were to show up to review the job, someone pulled into our parking area, shortly drove away, then called to say the job was too complicated and they wouldn't be doing the job. We find this completely unprofessional. I wish I could give them zero stars!!

Ryan and his team did an excellent job helping us fix our roof. Casey and Ryan were both working in the background and fighting hard with our insurance on our behalf!

After talking with Mr. McGuire, I will not use this company. He was very inconsiderate and highly arrogant. There are lots of other roofers that are friendly around with better reviews.

I'm not going to get a quote or do business with you when there are other companies that are friendlier and more focused on their customers.

At the time, I was in need of a new roof for my house, although we didn't discuss this due to your unprofessional phone etiquette. As for the "road rage", I'm the one that contacted your "company" (wife) to let them know about a wreckless driver in a company vehicle that was traveling 20-30+ mph over the posted speed limit, following to close (tailgating), failing to use indicators, cutting off other vehicles, all while the driver was talking on their cellphone. That driver happened to be you, Casey. That is why you called me back, and you were very unprofessional during the entire conversation. That is why I stated this review the way it is. I stated that it was "my opinion" and "that I will not use your company due to your attitude." There is nothing fraudulent about my statements, nor slanderous. Slander, Casey, would be stating that I was the one driving with utter disregard for the safety of the other drivers during that mornings commute through OKC.

Keep in mind that when you're driving in your company branded truck, you are advertising for your company, and everyone who sees you could be a potential customer.

We had a leak The first part of May and it destroyed the inside walls ceiling entryway. We called Mcguire roofing and Casey the owner of the company came out immediately after hearing from us and tarps the roof Casey immediately contacted our insurance company and started working with them to start the process of getting a new roof . We just so happen to be going on the vacation the next week and either Casey or Daniel which was our sales person came to check on the house while we were on vacation for two weeks when we returned They immediately started working on the roof and had the roof done on three buildings in no time. they are very efficient very kind very courteous . And I think what I appreciate about Mcguire roofing is the fact that each day at the end of the day everything was clean and picked up we did not have to walk around debris the whole time the roof was getting done that was important for me we also received gutters on all three buildings they match the house trim perfectly Daniel which was our sales representative was very professional and was very concerned that everything was going our direction and last but not least the patience that Casey and Daniel have shown with us and our Insurance company and bank of Oklahoma was no less than wonderful. as of last Friday just We received final payment for the roof it is been two months since the roof has been on and Casey And Daniel have been so patient about getting their money I would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing or gutters needs

We have used Casey (McGuire Roofing & Construction) for a roof repair job and a guttering install at two of our rental duplexes in the last two years. Very happy with the results. Yesterday Casey met me at another rental duplex that tenant reported having a roof leak (not McGuire's roof job......). He fixed me up in about a half hour. This company did a full roof replacement 5 years ago on my home, Casey Mcguire came to home on 4 different occasions for minor repairs and would not let me pay for them! That is customer service at its best, and would HIGHLY RECCOMEND them for your roofing needs.

We had lots of hail damage on our roof and we built a covered porch onto the back of our house so we had a lot of roof work that needed to be done. Daniel Wheeler came to give us an estimate and pick shingles and he made the process so smooth and easy. Then he made sure the job was done perfectly and it was completed in one day. We are very happy with the results. I will be recommending them anyone who needs roof repair or guttering.
