In 2019 water damage from a faulty pipe affected the kitchen, living room and other areas. We called Restoration 1. These guys are some of the finest and most professional people you could hope to work with. They were very accurate in the assessment, making it easy for our insurance to work with them. Their restoration of our kitchen and flooring was top notch. They followed through on every detail of the job, including all post-cleanup and unpacking. I cannot say enough good about Adam, Skylar, Billy and the entire R1 crew.

It takes time to restore a home. Our restoration problem occurred when Tulsa had historic rainfall, so R1 had some emergencies, families in real need, which interrupted the schedule once in awhile. I'm thankful they went out of their way to help disaster victims. It could have been us.

We checked more than one restoration company. One of them was a fail at "hello", another as soon as they stepped into our home and started citing conditions, constraints and why they can't do this or that.

So if you're realistic on timelines and patient (or even if you're not), you will find no one better than R1 (and NO, I'm not getting paid to say all this *lol*). Thank you sincerely, R1, from my wife and me.

In 2023 we had an overflow in our kitchen. Restoration 1 did a phenomenal job of getting our home in better shape than before the damage occurred. Adam responded immediately when I called and in panic asked if he could get someone out to fix our water damage. AJ managed the project so well, keeping us well informed. Keandre kept fixes moving along well. Devontae and Shane were great. All in all these are a dream team. Thank you very much.

We had to get mold removal done in our PT clinic. It was done in a timely manner. The only issue we had was we felt the patchwork could have been done better so the repair wasn’t so noticeable but otherwise they did great. They were very nice and tried to accommodate our needs as much as possible!

My dishwasher had a leak and Restoration1 was very responsive and reasonable in their assessment of how to mitigate the water damage. Devontae and Tariq were quick and efficient setting everything up and kept in touch throughout the process. I really appreciate that Restoration1 came every day to check on the progress of the job.

Nothing like needing this service 2 days before a major holiday your family is hosting. The response from Restoration was phenomenal. Specifically, Brandon and Matthew were very professional, detail oriented, efficient, and easy to deal with. I appreciate this team for coming to the rescue! Highly recommended!

Thanks for the hard word and professionalism. After losing so much already is was great to work with professional young men that went out their way to help restore our family's home. We still are in the middle of repairs but clean up and mold mitigation team done an excellent job. Providing clear communication on each step was important to us and they did that. The entire Paul Davis group responded quickly and provided professional, helpful and courteous response to a horrible mess in our newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and entryway following a multi-day water leak under the kitchen sink. We had several different crew members working every day for a full week, including the weekend, and they always showed up on time and ready to get the job done. Chaston was the supervisor and did a fantastic job of coordinating different team members to get everything cleaned up and stored so the repair group could take over to finish the restoration work. Chaston was very responsive, helpful, and took care of all issues that arose. Steven was the leader of the water mitigation crew and did a great job of coordinating his team members, Daylo and Daijnh, as well as a second team of technicians including Angelo and Dray who came in to help finish the final tearout and cleanup. Our packup crew of Kerry, Kelly and Isabella also did a very careful and professional job of wrapping and boxing every item that needed to be stored. Steven's team also assisted in moving all the furniture and boxes into storage pods they provided on-site so the reconstruction work could be done more efficiently. Overall, we were very pleased with the effort and great attitude that every worker on this project displayed.

My yearly chimney maintenance and repair was expertly completed by BEST Mip Painting Services & Chimney Cleaning Ltd. Phillip finished a comprehensive fireplace inspection and cleaning and gave a frank explanation of the cost of the chimney inspection. In addition to providing useful mold avoidance advice, he thoroughly examined difficult-to-reach locations for moisture and mold infestation. His attention to detail and professionalism were quite impressive. There was no mess left behind, and the service was finished on time. I'm comfortable utilizing my fireplace once more and heartily endorse BEST Mip Painting Services & Chimney Cleaning Ltd.

I’ve been trying to schedule and no one ever answers the phone. Based on the reviews though, I might just give up on the service and hire someone else who answers the phone and follows up with potential clients.

Took off work to have carpet cleaned but Dmi couldn't make it out in their appointed "time window" but was told this was standard in the service industry.

They came and did a good job. Carpets smell great and all spots are now gone. I would use them again.
