I called them the day that we had a really bad storm last week while our roof was coming up shingle by shingle, they came right out within a few hours (because of such a high call volume that day) and put a tarp on our roof so it wouldnt get any worse. Plus, their communication was so amazing. I will be calling them this week to continue working with them and my insurancecompany to get my rig fixed. Thanks!

I've had them out to the house on more than one occasion and they have proven themselves to be reliable each time. Daniel has been good with communicating on arrival times and during the job he has been very knowledgeable and efficient.

We were in the flood in May. We initially had Burgraff mitigate our house after the water receded. One day Steve dropped by just to check on us and knowing that my parents were elderly, he wanted to make sure that everything was going ok. I told him I wasn’t real happy with what Burgraff had done so far and he came into the house to check and discovered that our house wasn’t even dry yet after Burgraff had their dryers on it for four days! I decided at that point to hire Steve to finish the job and I am so glad I did. He and his crew went over and above to put our house back together from start to finish. Our house is absolutely beautiful and we are thrilled with the professionalism and quality of work that All American does. They are even coming back this summer to paint the outside. I highly recommend All American Restoration for any work you may have. You will be extremely happy with the finished product!

The owner Steve came out to assess the water damage I experienced from a broken water line. He was very knowledgeable and helped remove the damage to my floors. I am so glad he came out to assist me in my time off need.
