Used them when we first moved into our house 2 years ago almost. They sent Daniel out and he did an amazing job, even tacked down some loose carpet in one of our rooms for free. The carpets looked brand new. Had Daniel back out today 2 years later and again, my carpets look brand new, and his patch work from 2 years ago is still holding strong! Great service, great quality, great price. Highly recommend. I won't use anyone else.

The owner came out personally to assess the potential water leak source and affected carpet. He was extremely professional with checking for moisture in the carpet, the water meter for readings, and pulling back the carpet to assess the padding underneath. He discussed the cost of carpet cleaning, which is reasonably priced, and it was an all around great experience. It helped calm my initial panic, which I cannot be more appreciative of! They came out the same day when I called and got the water from my flooding damage vacuumed up and pulled all padding and set up fans. Few days later they replaced the carpet padding with all new padding. All staff including the owner were super friendly and helpful. Steve, Joe and everyone here did a great job. We had a of course 2am flood and we ended up having to gut half our house and remodel the entire kitchen. From painting, removing popcorn from the ceiling in bedroom, ripping out flooring and prepping for the new cabinets (wood masters did the cabinets) and getting trim stained, new doors stained and installed and other things. For sure ended up with a better result than a few other contractors I talked to who never showed up or blew it off.
