ServePro removed insulation and drywall that had gotten wet during the 6/18/23 Fathers Day storm. They removed and boxed up my belongings. Clothes were removed and cleaned. They were efficient, polite and respectful of my belongings.
Two issues I had were the handling of firearms and damage to one blind which I addressed with the project manager.
The firearm issue needs to be a training point if it hasn’t already been

We would like to send Chandra a huge thank you from the Alexandre family. She has went above and beyond customer service. She was so patient with us and educated us through the whole process. Daily she made sure to check on us through the whole thing and made me feel like I mattered. Our project was resolved and complete in a timely manner. WOW!! I can’t express my gratitude enough!! I have now used Servpro several times because of their excellent work, attention to detail, professionalism and friendliness!!
I had a water line to my fridge leak, causing water to go under my wall into my living room under my carpet. They arrived promptly and got right to work. They suctioned the water, removed baseboards, tested for moisture in the walls, etc. They ran machines to dry the floors- returning for a few days to keep an eye on progress and ensure drying.
They saved my carpet, walls and probably thousands of dollars, and insurance headache by their efficient work.
And their friendliness and professionalism was beyond what I could have asked for.

Since then, I’ve used them several times for carpet/ floor cleaning. They seem to do it all!!
I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Chandra & Jonathan have been excellent in responding to the garbage disposal leak at my office, that ended up soaking the kitchen cabinet. The follow-up, professionalism, and how quickly they removed the cabinet was completed in less than an hour. Highly recommend for any water mitigation and reconstruction needs!

I have been very impressed with servepro professionalism. I have been especially impressed with the communication and caring attitude of all personnel. Ronnie has been especially good at keeping me in the loop with progression of work and what to expect. Antonio and Cortez who did the initial work of removing carpet and damaged drywall and cleaning and drying of floor were thorough and keep me informed during work phase. We had some significant damage on some of our buildings from a storm that came through. Jonathan Ramirez and Jacob Beavers were quick to come on site and take care of things efficiently and effectively. This company has great customer service — they’re great at what they do and they’re great in how they treat you. You can tell they really value their customers and want to be a help. Would 10/10 recommend this company to help meet your needs.

We have had a flooding issue in our house and from the first phone call to the last visit to our home the guys that helped were extremely professional and made me feel at ease.

We had a late night flooding emergency. ServPro was there within an hour. My husband was out of town and I had no idea what to do. They called and walked me through what to do initially. They got there within an hour, and immediately got to work. The crew was so professional and kind. Especially since it was late at night. They made me feel calm, and sure that they could fix it. They came back several times over the next few days to check on the progress. We managed to save all our carpet and cabinets!! Hands down, would call them over and over again for any flooding needs. They have also done carpet cleaning for us, and Have done fantastic!

Collin, from Servpro, was our project manager during a water brake. which Im quite sure anyone who has experienced this, finds that it can be terribly stressful and even overwhelming. I found Collin to be a man who works with integrity and strives to please not only the company he works for, but also the client who hired their services. I enjoyed working with Collin. He has a way to take the stress and overwhelming out of the mess. It's amazing that he reflects such honorable integrity to the company he works for while complying to the needs and desires of their client.

Waking up to a broken pipe and water all over the floor was a very overwhelming ordeal. Servpro was recommended by a family member to call them. I'm so glad I did. They were in my driveway within an hour. They knew exactly what to do. They worked quickly and did and an amazing job quickly getting it all under control. The men were all very friendly and professional. They were respectful of our property and us. Donavan, Antonio and Brandon were fantastic. Jonathan prepared a daily progress report which he sent to me and my insurance company. He kept us in the loop about everything. I couldn't ask for a better team of professionals in that field. Jerry, Isaac, and the other two that were out as well were fantastic. This was our first in house disaster. They came in and went straight to work. Made us feel super comfortable. They communicated the process as it was happening live. It was a new feeling to have people just help out and fix things rather than trying to sell you things and subscriptions before even starting.

Servpro saved us Easter Sunday!

Sewer backed up and flooded our house Sunday morning. Isaac and Will came out within 45 min from tulsa to bartlesville and we're a God send! Super professional, polite and we're great at mitigating our overall frustration with the situation. Isaac gave wonderful suggestions to us as renters and helped us navigate this disaster.
Day 2- Isaac, Will, Brandon, and Corey came out, each new face was as professional as the last and we couldn't be happier with their help.

UPDATED: Was a 3 star review following them re-cleaning some things after finding they did a lazy job but charged the sellers $5000+. It has now been downgraded to 1 Star upon the discovery one whole bedroom (1/5th of the house basically) still had all the wood floor refinishing dust on the walls - which was done before the house I bought was ever put on the market. And I mean every square foot of wall. I did not discover this until I was comparing paint chips to paint the walls in this room. This is totally unacceptable. Good work fleecing the sellers of this house and doing an improper job of cleaning. The walls are supposed to be HEPA Vacuumed at least twice and washed down with certain cleaners. Obviously that was not done what-so-ever. Shameful, lazy, and inept.

The start of my original 3 star review: ServPro was contracted by the sellers of a house I just purchased to do mild meth decontamination (it tested positive but not by much). Unfortunately whatever crew they had out last week did an incomplete/lazy job in which the sellers were billed for areas they did not complete per ServPro's invoice.

I did not think to double check ‘hidden’ areas when I went for a walkthrough while it was being re-tested, so that’s my bad, as I would have immediately said something. I wrongly assumed they would do a through job when the sellers spent over $5000+. When the house was finally signed over to me I went to look things over, only to discover several areas that had not been touched by any sign of a HEPA vac or cleaning solution - mice and rat feces in cupboards, dirt and grime on things and fixtures, dust on areas not cleaned at all. One whole closet was clearly not touched, the water tank storage room was not touched, all the lower cabinets in the kitchen were dirty with caked on grease and vermin feces. The fridge which tested as one of the ‘hottest’ places had not even been moved to clean the sides or floor underneath it. These are basic, common sense areas to clean. A run of the mill cleaning service would even move these things for a ‘deep clean’.

I called ServPro yesterday and they did send 2 crew members to re-clean these areas quickly. These men were apparently not part of the original crew. They were apologetic at least and I appreciated them being sent. It is the principle, however, of doing a poor job in the first place that does not sit right with me. Add to the fact that it’s a health concern which cost a LOT of money to ‘clean’. It doesn’t give me great confidence in what they actually did clean. It’s water under the bridge now, but I hope they are more careful in the future with how their crew follows work orders.

UPDATE!! We've just had our final inspection for our flooring replacement, both carpets and vinyl planking, and I had to add that our Project Manager Collin was another breath of fresh air in this chaos tornado. With his constant communication and quick response time, I was always in the loop concerning when every aspect of our flooring was to be addressed. We're just as grateful for his hard work as the rest of the ServPro crew!

What can you say about the angels that descend to reassure you when it feels like your world is falling apart? Jerry, Isaac, Cortez, and Deaundre rolled in with "We got this, we got you!" and that would be enough after a pipe burst caused a good amount of damage, but they went beyond their profession. Besides being knowledgeable and answering any question I had, they worked with lightening speed, a precise eye, thorough workmanship, and had a calm and compassionate demeanor that set my anxiety filled heart at ease. I'm beyond impressed with the kindness these men showed me amongst the difficult job they faced. I will always be recommending ServPro!

Servpro was very quick getting to my house after we had a pipe bust. Quick with the cleanup process an setting up the blowers an dehumidifiers. I seen Jerry almost everyday and he is a gem! Jerry was super helpful with any questions I had.

Excellent company to work with. Our drain backed up causing flooding in the hallway, laundry room, bedroom and bathroom. We needed many projects done to get everything to look like it did before. We updated and changed a few items and it turned out beautiful. Collin was so professional and helpful with helping us accomplish what we wanted. I definitely recommend and would use them again.
