I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to SERPRO South Tulsa for helping us navigate a recent challenging experience. After our home flooded, your team responded quickly and professionally to pack up our home and begin remediation. Your crew's friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic approach made a nightmare situation much more bearable.
I want to especially thank Aiden, Jackson, Isaac, and Jalen, who took great care of our family during this difficult time. They were truly a bright spot.
Thank you again for everything. -
We were in town to help with the flooding caused by the freeze this year. Will and the Team at SERVPRO South Tulsa County were overwhelmed with local people and businesses to help but still found the time to assist us with coordinating and finding resources . With out them our HELP to the community would've had les of an impact. A Big Thanks from the SERVPRO Phoenix Storm Team!

Cons: nobody wants their home to be destroyed by water. But there’s no one I would trust more than Servpro to fix the situation. The same thing happened to my friend on the exact same day and his insurance sent a different disaster recovery team. That other company hasn’t even started on my friends house.
Pros: Chandra is a great resource. She really explains the process and keeps us well informed. Corey, Ronnie, Isaac, and Ronnie Are really great guys. They were friendly with good communication. They came every day to check on the house. They were very respectful with our property, our belongings, and my dog. They’re done with water mitigation now onto restoration. -
Professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. Quick in repairs with beautiful outcomes Our home looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.
Cannot say enough positive things about Wade our direct contact in this process. He was quick to respond with any questions or concerns, and can’t thank him enough. -
Servpro of Central Tulsa removed my baseboards to inspect for mold due to water flooding my home after my washer overflowed. But when it came time to replace the baseboards, they declined to finish the job they started saying the job was "too small" and "would not be profitable". Now I am left with a pile of baseboards on my living room floor. Not too happy about that. Follow up: The carpet company I purchased from does not repair and replace baseboards as Servpro suggested. Customers of this restoration company should be sure to ask at the start of the job if Servpro will be restoring all they take apart or else risk being surprised to find out depending on the circumstances that they will not restore everything they take apart, as it was in my case. I am lowering my rating from 3 stars to 1 stars due to the complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction shown in their reply. It is now November and I have yet to find a trim carpenter to finish the "restoration" that Servpro of South Tulsa County began but never finished.

You hope you never need disaster recovery, but when you do, don't hesitate to reach out to ServPro of South Tulsa. We couldn't be more pleased with their friendliness, timeliness and professionalism. They did a great job for us with a water leak in the kitchen, breakfast rm and family room that broke thru the ceiling in multiple places.
The Remediation Team (Jerry, Brandon & Isaac) led by Ronnie Davis did an excellent job opening the ceiling, removing sheetrock and insulation and placing multiple high powered fans and industrial dehumidifiers. They checked the progress daily.
The Reconstruction Team Randy Howard, Estimator and Jason our project manager, were extremely easy to work with and achieved tremendous results in under a week. -
Serv-pro just did exceptional work on water damage in my gym. I had a leak in the attic that created a 4' x 3' brown spot on my carpet. I thought about cleaning it myself but I was afraid I would end up setting the stain then I would have to re-carpet the room which would have been bad because of all the workout equipment. I called Ronnie at Serv-pro and he got a crew out here in about an hour. Dan and Jerry measured the moisture level of the carpet and determined the pad was still wet and needed to be removed. They pulled up the carpet, cut out the pad and cleaned the spot. They have great fans. One is blowing under the carpet and one on the ceiling. Steve installed a dehumidifier and is coming by tomorrow to check on the job. I highly recommend the guys!

Jerry and Trey were here quickly when the washer overflowed on Saturday afternoon. They were courteous and diligent and Jerry communicated well throughout the whole drying process. I understood what the steps were and what to expect. Thanks for such a quick and painless process to deal with an unexpected flood.

Bottom Line: SERVPRO saved me over $6,000 with their expertise and integrity.
I was selling my home and the buyer did an air quality test on my home. A company they hired quoted me $6,000 in repairs for mold they detected. I had already moved out of my home and was living in another state at the time. It was the first time I had any indication of mold and I didn’t notice anything when I was living in my home. There was no way for me to know or check the first company’s claims.
I contacted SERVPRO for a second opinion estimate for the repairs.
SERVPRO went out there for the estimate and gave me a call after their inspection. They did not see any visible mold and believed that the first test and quote may have been an error and no repairs needed at all.
They recommended that I just do a second air test which they handled that day and got the results SAME DAY.
Turns out there was NO MOLD. We even got a third test from another company (which was MUCH MORE expensive) to settle the buyers fears. The third company also came back with NO MOLD.
SERVEPRO could have just given us an estimate like the first company did but didn’t. This location saved me thousands of dollars ($6,000) in unnecessary repairs. Thank you SERVPRO of South Tulsa County. -
Jerry was wonderful helping us every step of the way during our drying out process. He kept us informed and he stayed in touch just about everyday with updates and check ups.

We had a water heater burst in a garage closet, that leaked into our kitchen and ServPro South Tulsa County provided phenomenal service! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with from Wade's first call to Isaac and Antonio's above and beyond clean-up. They were empathetic and explained everything they were doing and didn't mind me asking questions. Ronnie has been super helpful with explaining the insurance process and what to expect. Jerry was polite and thorough with the daily checks and Brandon as well when he stopped by on the weekend. We were so confident with their work, we chose them to do the repairs and met with Randy today who was very helpful with explaining the upcoming process. Thank you all for making a bad situation better!

You always assume “it won’t happen to me.” Well…. it happened to us. Our home is only two years old, but our hot water heater malfunctioned and flooded our house (two garages and four rooms.) We discovered this at 12:30am, and contacted Servpro of South Tulsa County for help.
Even with getting dispatched in the middle of the night, the crew was empathetic, courteous, and professional. We worked with the same team for four days while our house dried out and demo was done.
Jerry, Isaac, and Jalen, thank you for treating our home with care, and helping us through a very hectic situation. And one last thing…. thank you for being so kind to our dog :)
(Also, Wade… thank you for checking in on us as well)
I hope we never have to go through another situation like this, but if we do, I would absolutely call this crew again. -
I hired Servpro to restore my home from smoke damage caused by the Mannford fires on March 14, 2025. They sent out a crew to remove 30 years of my personal property into 6 onsite storage containers. The crew was so polite, courteous and helpful. I have a special thank you to Jalen, who was in charge of the onsite crew. He was so thoughtful and careful with our belongings. Wade did a great job communicating with me and coordinating the different phases of work. But most of all I would like to thank Ronnie Davis who was in charge of keeping my wife and I happy. Servpro is not cheap but if you want the best restoration possible I recommend Servpro. They will restore your property like it "NEVER EVEN HAPPENED" .

Washer flooded my downstairs earlier this year, the cleanup team was unprofessional and didn’t clean up after themselves whatsoever. Water spots everywhere, footprints tracked all through the house in the undamaged areas, it was a nasty mess. The restoration team is just as unprofessional, but they’re much better at hiding it in the beginning. Paperwork process was smooth, quote was reasonable, but it took forever for them to schedule the restoration. We waited at least 2 months without floors for them to finally show up to do our flooring. After they “completed” the job(neglecting to patch holes cut in the drywall by the clean up crew, flooring wasn’t run all the way under baseboards, breaking drywall when removing baseboards, etc.) they turned around to file a lien on my house. It has been over half a year now and they still have yet to fix the flooring but have no problem calling daily to ask about payment, which they will not receive until the job is actually completed. I will definitely not be using ServPro in the future.

We had a housefire in March of 2024. We had never experienced a disaster as homeowners and had no idea how to handle anything. Jason, Randy and the rest of the Servpro team made everything so much easier. We had some arguments with the insurance but Servpro expertly navigated any issues that arose and did a fantastic job on our repairs.
Our home is beautiful and updated with areas of concern brought up to code. We are completely thrilled with our experience with Servpro and can't recommend them enough. If you have a disaster call these guys! -
Every morning on hwy 51 coming into coweta a Servpro truck comes up behind me swerving in and out of traffic and riding my ass when I’m going 62 in a 55. The license plate is NRQ 101. Whoever this is shouldn’t be driving any company vehicle. You will have a lawsuit on your hands before you know it if this is not resolved because they will cause a wreck.

Servpro helped us with our air ducts. Ronnie, Antonio, and Carl were professional, helpful, and kind. They answered my questions, and kept me informed about what they were doing and why it was being done. I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you again, Ronnie, Antonio, and Carl. For your help and kindness.

Had water leak in my garage from an ice dam. Jerry and Tiffany arrived promptly, got things going to remediate the water damage and determine the cause of the leak. Both very professional. I would highly recommend Servpro of S. Tulsa.
