After a storm dropped baseball-sized hail on our home, I was sure the roof was totaled—but I didn’t know where to start. Thankfully, I heard F5 Roofing and Gutters was working in the area, and I’m so glad I gave them a call.

From day one, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Mike came out the very next day to inspect the damage and walked me through the entire process. He was even present when the insurance adjuster arrived, helping explain the scope of work and what would be covered.

Once the paperwork was finalized, Mike took the time to go over all my options—no pressure, just helpful info. I chose to upgrade the shingles (which actually lowered my home insurance premium), and the work was scheduled and completed quickly.

The quality of the roof and gutters is excellent, and the crew left everything spotless. You’d never know construction even happened.

My roof and guttering were damaged by a recent hail storm and needed to be replaced. After visiting with Jesse and Mike with F5 Roofing it was an easy decision to go with their company for the replacement. They took the time to explain the entire process, answer all my questions and were very knowledgeable and never in a hurry. When they came out to replace the roof, there was a two hour delay getting the shingles delivered and their crew was still able to get my roof off, new shingles on and everything cleaned up that day. They did an absolutely amazing job and I love the color of my new roof. I would highly recommend F5 to anyone who needs roof and guttering work done. They are great people to work with!

We recently had our roof replaced by F5 Roofing and Gutters, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation with Mike and Kyle, to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough.
The workmanship was top-notch. They completed the entire job in just one day, exactly as promised. This included removal of old roofing materials and attic vents, installation of new decking, and complete Atlas roofing materials. No delays, no excuses—just efficient, focused work. The installation crew also did this work on the hottest day of the year hitting 100°. Kyle kept us informed every step of the way, as did Mike leading up to our install day.
I appreciated the transparency about costs, scheduling, and what to expect during installation. The black shingles they recommended exceeded our expectations and was so pleased that Mike talked us into that color.
The cleanup was done following the completion of the roof and our property was left spotless. The warranty offered by F5 is incredible.
They go above and beyond and even painted all of our white and aluminum vent stacks black to match the shingles. Those details matter and make a huge difference at the end of the day.

We had our whole roof replaced thanks to a hail storm earlier this summer. The whole process was pretty smooth, the crew that did the job were really nice. Roof looks great, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Mike was great to deal with, on time, professional, and willing to inform us of all the steps and issues our roof had, we had 2 vents that were leaking and he got them patched up and it lasted for about 4 months, after that he had Kyle come out for the warranty patch and we are very certain that Kyle did not even step on our roof as it leaked and is still leaking, my kids and wife were home and heard no one on the roof.

I messaged Mike and he stated we need to develop a plan, that was 3 months ago i have not heard back.

After leaving a 1 star review Kyle had reached out on 10/28/25 and tried to make it right, after receiving pictures of him "in my home" I decided to go a different direction due to him never entering my home and using a picture I sent to Mike of my ceiling leaking after Kyles "repair".

Mike tried to reach me a couple of times on 11/4/25 and I wasn't available, we finally got to talk it out on what happened and Mike will be providing me with an estimate by the end of the week.

Moving my 1 star to a 3 star and will edit again depending on outcome.

A third company had just come out to give us an estimate when Brad happened to drive by later that same day. He was walking up to leave a flyer, but before he could even ring the doorbell, I opened the door and started chatting with him and I’m so glad I did.

The roof looks fantastic and the crew was just as awesome. They were respectful, professional, and left everything spotless. The work was done quickly and efficiently and we’re really happy with the results.

From the very first moment, Brad was amazing. So friendly, approachable, and patient with all our questions. He took the time to explain everything and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. Honestly, it felt like Brad was with us at every turn, guiding us through each step and making sure we felt comfortable. He was always there when we needed him, which made such a difference. Plus, our dog loves him, which is always a good sign.

Brad even went the extra mile to join us for a walk through with the adjuster, which helped us feel much more confident.

Ok, it's now been about 3 weeks since having our roof replaced by F5 Roofing. The strong winds in Oklahoma had finally did it's damage on my 19 year roof. Mike Lowe owner, and his sales Brad came to look at repairing again and told me that it was finally time to replace. I couldn't be happier with the decision to replace the roof. They are fair priced, and they have quality in their work. The cleanup was exceptional, we found only 1 nail after cleanup. I have already recommended this place to my friends. F5 did a great job on all roofing and gutter replacement. Clean up was so good you didn’t know they had been there. I would recommend them time and time again. They were professional, courteous, and kept us updated to date on things going on.

I recommend F5 Roofing without reservation. While my roof issue turned out to be minor, Kyle performed a thorough inspection, then promptly and professionally made the necessary repairs. He took the initiative to address a few minor areas that weren’t related to the roof leak but needed attention, saving this senior citizen much stress! His communication was excellent. He arrived promptly when he said he would. Friendly, competent, respectful and professional. I won’t hesitate to call F5 again if the need arises.

They did a wonderful job, Dustin was available to answer any questions that I had. Couldn't even tell they had been there except for the new roof. Out of the 6 company's that I got estimates from they are the only one that figured everything in to it and also showed me their insurance . Highly recommend them to do the job!

F &S was on time and completed each task as they said they would. Taylor kept us informed of any delays like the snow days and made sure that we understood the contract process to our satisfaction. After a long and difficult journey with a well known national insurance company, we got our roof replaced! Hats off to the amazing F5 staff for their perseverance in dealing with the insurance! Erika, Jake, and Dustin fought tooth and nail, toe to toe and made sure every detail was covered. I had about given up hope (over 7 months) in getting our insurance to pay out knowing that many people had their claims denied from the same company. Matt and his contracted crew did an amazing job all in one day! The team members were courteous and efficient. They went the extra mile to make repairs that were the result of the original roofers lack of craftsmanship and due diligence. It was a mess during the process but the crew had laid tarps down to capture the debris and completely cleaned everything so that it was cleaner than when they started. Mike and his F5 team are amazing! I highly recommend them! Now we need to replace the windows, then gutters and siding!
