So, recently we had to replace our roof due to hail damage, and of course our home insurance didn't cover our claim. We were fortunate to find F5 roofing doing a roof in our neighborhood, so I went to the house and the project manager, Brad Redfearn, was there. I explained our situation & asked if he would inspect our roof and give us an estimate. A few minutes later he came down to our house & inspected our roof. He later provided us a thorough roof report, a packet on the type of roofing they could provide, and gave us a quote on replacing the roof. It was very reasonable, so we accepted & signed the quote. We believe we got a great deal. The crew that did the roof did a fantastic job & they cleaned up thoroughly. We also had them add gutters to house. If you are getting quotes for a new roof, or will in the future, we highly recommend them. Oh, and ask for Brad.

Mike and his team were awesome! Our roof got the brunt of a Tornado in May and we had new roof in June. They helped work with our insurance and then even when we ran into trouble from insurance Mike really went to bat for us and communicated to our insurance agent multiple times until they honored their word. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism and will definitely use them in the future for any roof/gutter needs.

info. First & foremost, F5 is a Faith Based Christian Business, which is JESUS CHRIST centered with Biblical Principles. The owner prayed over us & l prayed over their business after the job was complete.
F5 provided an Initial Inspection Check List prior to the job. Walked us through every step of the process from start to finish so there would be NO surprises. When job was complete, they did 110 percent on cleanup & final post inspection on the roof.
They answered ALL questions, give you a full roof report, give you a document that lists important questions to ask your insurance provider & the owner does his responsibility to fill out his required documents to give to your insurance provider.
F5 is family owned & operated Roofing business that is local in our area. As a customer, they want to meet your satisfaction. Do NOT fall for scam roofers, use F5 Roofing, you will be Happy. There is also "service after the sale" if needed. I could go on but Will end here.

Very professional work. Fast and my roof is better than it was before.. I just had roof done less than 4 years ago and it just did not look good. Ed made sure it was brought up to code and charged me a fair price . Looks marvelous and no dips and nails sticking out this. Workers were very fast and efficient. A recent storm completely rendered the gutter above the garage unusable, leaving me with a twisted hunk of metal that hung off the house.
Estimation appointment was scheduled promptly.
Cody, F5 Project Manager, was great. Personable, professional and dressed neatly in attire that represented the business. Cody took the time to patiently field a bunch of novice questions, explained expertly the root cause of my gutter’s demise and offered recommendations based on feedback that did not have the pressure of upselling. After the project closed, I received a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the work performed.

Victor and team were also great. Arrived promptly within the 30 minute suggested window, parked their work vehicle with courtesy in the driveway and started prep work right away. Communication was simple and clear, workmanship was strong and end result was excellent. All old materials were taken away and the work area was clean and tidy.

Would I recommend or contract with F5 again? In a heartbeat.

Some recent winds damaged my roof and after a call to F5 Roofing they came out promptly and assessed the damage. A crew came out within a few days and did an excellent job with the repair. I'm very happy all around and will contact F5 Roofing in the future if needed.

F5 put a new roof on our house and sheds after the strong wind storm recently. Their professionalism was amazing. Awesome job! Mike and Kyle were so nice and so easy to deal with and so down to earth. Good people. The job was to perfection! We were also amazed at the way they cleaned up, our yard, the front and back porch. You couldn’t even tell they had been here and did such a big job. They left everything spotless.. I would recommend F5 ROOFING & GUTTERS to anybody and will.

Taylor and Mike were great to work with and provided detail description of the work to be done upfront. I am extremely satisfied with the work the crew did. We had an unexpected storm that moved in towards the end of their workday and they took the care needed to make sure my home was protected with tarps. Excellent company to conduct business. The company treats customers like they are part of your immediate family members. They go to bat and if necessary challenge any insurance payment deflections if applicable. Their work crews also reflect the total company attitude. I would recommend them for any replacement or new construction roofing projects.

Our house was hit by the Father’s Day storm. We needed a new roof, gutters, siding & paint. Mike & Jesse, came out, went over what needed to be done, met with our insurance company and inspector. They coordinated all of the work and contractors. Kept me up to date on who would be at my house. They came by to check on all contracted work being done. They took extra measures to protect my landscaping and yard to look for nails since I have a very active dog who plays in our front yard. Their work quality and customer service was exceptional.
