Chase was my technician. On time, knowledgeable, kept after the persistent issue until resolved. Personable, polite and friendly. He explained additional issues found but no hard sell attitude. I felt he could be trusted and that he truly enjoys his job.

I contacted Mr. Sparky for what turned out to be an extremely simple electrical issue. Instead of diagnosing and fixing the problem (which took another electrician less than 5 minutes to fix) they immediately started trying to upsell for major work to a tune of $16,000 and aggressively pushed financing even after asking for lump sum totals. Thankfully I got a second opinion and the issue was fixed in 5 minutes, without scare tactics, and at 100th the cost of the major upsell and still less than a 1/4 the lowest estimate offered.

Our electricians Michael Patterson, Jace Purcell and Kaleb Humphrey, went above and beyond to help with our problem. They made a very stressful and expensive few days manageable. The financing they offer saved us. Michael, Jase and Kaleb were very kind, professional and understanding. It turned out to be a thee day job, they explained each process in detail. They genuinely cared and were concerned. We would recommend them to anyone.

A technician came to my house on a Friday and sold me a huge package promising all the work would be done by Monday. The work started that day and the next. On Monday, the day all the work was to be completed, the technician informed me he had another job to go to and he could not complete the work. I am not happy at all with this delay. I have to rearrange my schedule again to accommodate this delay and go without the bathroom lighting being repaired for many more days. Sorry, but $14,000 should get me premium service. They'll be quick to get your money, but delay their promises. Update: Here are photos of the copper ground wire left for me to use conduit or bury that were left exposed. Also, a photo of the cut showing in the closet where the breaker box was relocated. Also, a photo of the jumbo outlet cover I had to purchase, because the one used exposed a giant cut in the wall. I had to file a police report for items missing in an upstairs bedroom after their visit. I can prove that I've never had anyone else inside my home for years. Journal records, video records and neighbor witness testimony, friend testimony, etc.. These people don't stand behind their work, nor do they support the customer with any concern. And they are rude when talking on the phone with you over any of your concerns. I strongly do Not recommend their services.

Highly recommend! Dakota came out and did a very detailed inspection. Explaining & even showed us pictures of step by step of what was needing to be done. Communication was even on point. Our Chihuahua even liked Dakota 🫢
And then when Brian & his partner came out they were awesome as well! I honestly do not have any complaints with this company! The communication & honesty is top notch! They absolutely know their stuff! They made our house safe & went above and beyond! They did more than just an what electrician's type of work... To say we are impressed is an complete understatement! Great job, guys!! 😊

Spent 25 minutes asking me survey questions from an iPad, removing my breaker box, light switch covers, and asking to check smoke detectors when all I asked for was to move an outlet to TV mount height. The house is 10 years old. Most straight forward job you can imagine. He literally was just looking for things to fix. This smelled like a terrible sales rep disguised as an electrician ripoff from the minute he walked in my door. Sure enough, 30 minutes of wasting my time and a $29 trip fee later, I was force fed a sales pitch straight out of a sales training seminar about a 5 point guarantee, then offered an upgraded subscription package and ultimately quoted $484 for an outlet tie in. Beware!

Kaleb was able to identify and repair my issue after doing an initial inspection. He was friendly and respectful. His performance could prompt me to call you guys again in the future as needed. Thank you.

I just wanted to give a shout out for the 2 guys that works for Mister Sparky. Their names are Colton Thiems and Scottie Robison who come and put in a new breaker box and up graded it to 200 amps. They had it done within around 3 hours and one electricity was back on. Then they returned on Monday morning and hard wired smoke detectors for us and cleaned up after the finished. I think they did an excellent job and will recommend them to others. Sorry it took so long to post this but been busy. Thanks guys.

This company was very quick to respond to my need for an experienced electrician. Technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent job from troubleshooting and fixing my electrical issues. I highly recommend this company and their technicians.

I got a generator, and Mr. Sparky and these wonderful electricans, Scotty, Kyle, and Christopher came to my house, and did an upright job on the generator and all my light switches and plug ins inside my house. Bless their hearts, they were here all day long until they finished. I found out more from them than i ever knew about my house.21

Tanner and Jace were very polite and knowledgeable. He and Jace Installed/replaced 3 light switches and 1 ceiling fan in about 30 minutes. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after they were finished. I had no complaints with their service.

High powered salesman. We just wanted to be able to hook up our generator to the house, but after inspecting our house, we needed $16,000 worth of work to be “up to code and safe’. Okay, we did that. They insisted the breaker box has to be on the outside of the house to be “up to code”(it was in a closet), also if we had any problems to call them back out and they would take care of it, 24/7. Well, 24 hours later, we turn on the dryer and it breaks a circuit to the lights in 3 rooms. I go out in the cold and rain to reset the circuit only to have it trip again when I turn on the dryer again. Called them and was told that if it was our fault or not under warranty, we would have to pay another $99. Still waiting to find out if someone is going to come out. Have to say the people they sent to do the work were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgable, but something went wrong somewhere along the way. Now we are being grilled with “are you sure there aren’t any power outages around you? Did this happen before you had the work done?” We are in our 70’s and are very stressed about this company and not sure about it right now. We are still waiting to see if they are coming out after 2 phone calls.

I had electric work done by Mr sparky and the electrician Michael Brinkman completed the job quickly and with great attention to detail. The workmanship was top-notch, and he made sure everything was safe, up to code, and working perfectly before he left. He also cleaned up the workspace thoroughly, which I really appreciated.

My 2nd service with Mr Sparky!! One year later. Jason came out today and installed 2 hardwired smoke detectors and checked my electrical system. He did a great job explaining everything. Very happy with Mr. Sparky!!!

Meng Lor made my old electrical problems a reassuring experience by explaining everything and listening and answering all my questions. He was very patient and went over many options with me. We are very happy with the prompt response and flexibility of scheduling services. Josh came out on a Saturday and was able to get so much done on our kitchen remodel project and a couple of other items that needed done. Josh was very polite, thorough and did a great job!
