He took his time answering to accommodate my lack of knowledge with electricity . He made sure I understood everything. He was very professional and I could tell he really loved his company . He was however delayed by the previous appt so I was kurt with him. It is always good customer service practice to communicate with your clients regarding being held up and offer the new ETA.
