Meng Lor-Tulsa made this very stressful situation better. He took time explaining things that needed fixed. Never once felt pressured into buying something. Work was done quickly, but not rushed. Will request him for all our electrical needs we may have in the future !

My technician did a great job! I was also pleasantly surprised they could see me the same day I booked the appointment. Would definitely recommend Mr Sparky.

1930's house with many "remodels" maybe by contractors maybe DIY, plus code compliance issues have changed over the years! I was calling because of some bathroom switches, wiggly breakers, flashing lights... Juan came out and looked over EVERYTHING in the house! Thank goodness he did there were some outside pole issues on the house that even PSO never pointed out. I basically had about 3 major fire issues and don't get me started on the contractor recommended and who did my breaker box when I bought the house who did everything wrong.
IN JUST TWO DAYS everything is safe up to code, wired correctly- the whole thing! The whole crew that came Mike,Issac,Lee, and Tellus were running around like bees getting everything done. Professional, cleaned up all their mess(haha), a 5 year guarantee on the work, 10 year on the new breaker box and I have peace of mind and can sleep knowing not only my things I wanted were done but I won't catch all my awesome neighbors ablaze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Even the office manager was amazing and let me reask questions I forgot.

Very professional. They are very good at explaining and answering questions. We had a complete electrical job done in our house, new electrical panel, wired fire detectors, new/rewired plugs and switches and a whole home surge suppressor. Job was completed fast and well done. nice group of guys.

Juan was polite and thorough in his inspection. I called for repair of smoke alarms and he repaired/replaced them. He presented several different repair plans but also listened when I said just the smoke alarms. He promptly got to work on them.

I had Mr. Sparky come out for an estimate on some work. They gave me 4 options for the work, but when I said I had another company coming out to give me a quote as well, they turned up the sales pressure. I felt as if I was in a bad used car salesman's office. The tech calls his boss who then starts the sales pitch, and they just wouldn't accept that I wanted more than one estimate for the work. The work was several thousands of dollars that absolutely should have more than one estimate on.
The entire used car salesman pressure pitch 100% went the wrong direction for Mr. Sparky. They would not have gotten the job even if they were the only electric company in town.
Be warned if you say let me think about it or i am getting a second estimate, you will get the sales pressure pitch.

My technician Tanner Hodges was amazing! He did his job to the fullest he could. He was that classy old school professional. Not boastful, or feeding me a load of crap, not repetitively saying he has 17 + years of experience, blah blah blah… he was more humble and talked to me where I could understand, and did his job without a problem. I truly appreciated his work.

Chris came out to diagnose an outage issue we had in two rooms and fix a faulty light. He ended up not only fixing the issues but being kind, educative and patient.

We scheduled to have someone come back to install a fixture, and not only did it not arrive in time for the appointment, I didn't call to reschedule. Josh was so kind, so accommodating and very happy to reschedule me right there for the following Monday, which was today! In and out in under an hour, Josh came back and set me up now that I have my ducks in a row, they've got my new fixture up and sitting pretty.

Seriously the best experience I have had with an electric company.

Great experience! Juan came out and got everything done and went out of his way to make sure my smoke detector was working safely. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We’ll have you guys back out for all our electricity needs!

We have used Mr Sparky before and always have a great experience. Everyone is always very nice and helpful and their technicians are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions. I definitely recommend them!

Very proud of this company! They have great educated guys Juan educated me and my wife to understand a better knowing of our home and electrical components. We just purchased a Tesla and had a charger installed not only did Colton T. and his team give us the best service but they also helped us ensure we were taken care of after they left.

I was very thankful for the same-day service. I called at 8 AM and they were there by 9:30 with really good communication. Michael and Tanner were very professional and knowledgeable. Tanner knocked out the install!

I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the actual service provided was high quality and the work was done well. However, the sales process was incredibly aggressive. I felt heavy psychological pressure to commit to a scope of work that ended up costing three times my original budget, which in hindsight felt manipulative.
Additionally, two specific promises were not kept: a 'free fix' for a kitchen switch promised by the salesman, and a $50 promotional discount I had via text. Because of the high-pressure environment and the failure to honor these agreements, I won't be using this company again."

You cannot go wrong with services from Mr. Sparky. Meng, Jace and Scottie were all wonderful people. They explained everything about the wiring in the house and what we needed to do to have it fixed. They also went over everything that we needed to do from our end from here on out. Mr. Sparky has some great employees and a wonderful business. I will be letting everyone I know who are dealing with electrical issues know about this establishment.

I cannot say enough great things about our service. I live in a 40's era home, I knew there would be a time when my electrical would need an overhaul. It was a ticking time bomb. I chose the solution offering the most comprehensive approach. I'm so glad I did. I feel better knowing everything is up to standards - it's a huge relief. The lifetime warranty on their work is what sealed the deal for me. No one else offered me that. I didn't want a company that was going to do their thing and walk away with a 6 month guarantee. Bc the lifetime warranty lives with the house, it will bring me dollars later if I choose to sell. Who can argue with that? And my electricians were super professional, unobtrusive and clearly competent. A very pleasant experience for me and the piece of mind is priceless. Thanks, guys!

I picked Mr Sparky because they answered their phones. The first 2 companies never picked up after 2 separate attempts. They came out for a quote the next day. It would have been same day but I wasn’t available. I liked that he gave me 3 options on quotes from most expensive to least. I didn’t feel pressured. I couldn’t judge prices, but it feels like I paid for great service. I’d rather pay more. Tech and apprentice were friendly and quick. I liked hearing him train as he went. I learned things when I was around. Logan confirmed the work before starting and explained the services and warranty afterwards. Overall, a good find in my opinion. If I could find it cheaper and get cheaper customer service, I’d pass. Thank you all.

Both Kaleb and Colton were very professional today. Kaleb did an inspection and showed me what issues needed to be addressed immediately. Colton was very thorough while he was he fixing the issues. And they both were very communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone needing electrical services in the future. I will definitely be using them if I need to again.

I just wanted to send my great thanks to Juan for being such a friendly guy involving giving me an estimate over an EV Charger Installation! Well thorough and explained things very well. Highly recommend him for all of your needs. He's absolutely fantastic!

Chris and Issac came to our home and did a great job very knowledgeable and aware of what they were doing.
We are very pleased with their services and especially our new lights that was put out on the front of the garage.

Adam came and gave us a thorough safety inspection. He and Logan installed the LED lights in our kitchen promptly and the price was very reasonable. Very pleasant and professional.

His inspection of my electrical situation was very thorough and he made sure I understood his explanation of the situation when he was done.
