I bought a house with a broken Generac Generator. A snow storm was coming in and even though I was not an existing customer Generator Supercenter center sent Bryce N and Zach B to fix my generator in the freezing cold 🥶. They both came the same morning and got me fixed up.

After a great visit a couple of weeks ago with Tim Jordan in Sales, I just had my new generator installed by Generator Supercenter of Tulsa. I am very impressed by the install team. Aaron and Brad handled the electrical. Tray handled the natural gas connection. All were very professional, took time to explain what they were doing, and cleaned up the area when complete. I highly recommend this team to do your install.

So your (my) plant is down due to blown MV fuses, and it is Thanksgiving, and the existing fuses are obsolete, and are being replaced with ones that don’t fit the switch gear - who you gonna call???

Call Norberg, these guys are GREAT, and they actually staff an off hours telephone, and chances are they just might have what you are looking for, and they’ll run the fuses to the UPS for expedited delivery. Awesome…

today I contacted your office. I explained that I purchased fuse holders and I need help . He asked me if I purchased the fuse holders from your company. I’m in telectrical lab here in Destin FL and I don’t know where tony purchasing department ordered the fuse holders from. i searched Google for help and your company popped up. he told me,

Since we didn’t purchase the product from you, he wouldn’t help me.

You must have saved a lot of time not answering customers Technical support questions.

Normally I purchase from online sources like Mouser. This instance my whole sale cost on a US222I was $127 through Mouser. I had a previous quote from Norberg for $360 for qty 3 which was in the ball park of all quotes. I called and spoke to Will, he indicated two were on the shelf, said I’d come by and pick up the two.
I show up, Will places the two on the counter and says $187. I mentioned I emailed my tax exemption, he went to remove the tax, then ran my card for $374. I said $374, you indicated $187. Will responded, each. I indicated Mouser has them for $127, in stock. Long story cut short, they wouldn’t work with me on pricing once my card was charged. Disappointed! Tried to use local resources and got burnt!

I'd rather sit on a belt sander than work for these guys.

It's a shame that ex employees and some driver with hurt feelings is lowering their rating. My experience with Prism as an actual customer was as good as it gets. I deal with Commercial Electrical Contractors across the USA and these guys were top notch. They showed up on short notice, on time, and finished under budget. Admin Valerie was a pleasure to deal with and Field Tech Anthony was a complete professional. Highly recommend!!

Needed an outlet for my new welder. They fixed me up quick, great guys!

Installed a ceiling fan, indoor security cameras and surge protecter in my home. Very professional, reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable. I plan to use them for all my future electrical wiring needs!

Looked at my lights in the kitchen that has been replaced too many times to count by a different company. Jack was Profesional and very knowledgeable and told me that he would get it figured out so this won’t keep happening. Definitely use this company for any electrical needs.

Chris and Daniel are the best electricians I've ever worked with. They are bright energetic young men who are so polite and considerate or your time and budget. They have completely redone our electric since our home fire. Daniel has taken his own time to meet us to look at light fixtures and ambient lighting for our home. They have gone above and beyond. Worked with Techsico on the design and installation of a 240+ kW solar generation system (one of the largest commercial applications in the state of Oklahoma). I wish I could give them a 6-star rating. The team were great to work with. Their team communicated very well, worked quickly, and at a very competitive cost.
