On a cold Tuesday night, I found out there was no heat. Hoping it was a simple fix I waited for my father to look at it...fast forward to a cold Thursday morning I finally bit the bullet and started to call around for a HVAC repair man(or woman). I schedule an appointment for that day, I was supposed to be the fourth stop...only they never showed. I called again the next day (I am not paying after hours unless it's an emergency) and I was assured someone would be out Saturday morning. In the meantime I decided to see what I could do myself since my unit was indicating that the issue lied in the pressure switch. 60 bucks at my local part store and an easy install. I thought I had fixed the problem but still no heat. Saturday comes around and the HVAC guy arrives. First he tells me that it's my compressor....but I point out to him that my air works just fine and show him, then he told me that it was the draft inducer. I ask him if it's an easy fix that I could do myself and he then informs me that he doesnt know because he's never replaced one in my type of unit before. By that moment the warning bells were BLARING and so I pay him and he leaves. I then call Vision and inform the receptionist that I dont feel comfortable with the repair mans diagnosis or his work in general. She assures me everything will be fine and they will send someone else Monday morning. Monday comes around and then I'm told it will be Tuesday. Tuesday comes and this repair man is actually one that has fixed my unit before and is very good at what he does. He looked at my unit and fixed it in 5 minutes. Turns out I had originally fixed it as it was the pressure switch, I just hadn't let the heat run long enough for it to come on. The moral of this super long review is, if you're going to use Vision, if your repair man isn't Devin then you're going to waste your time.

Vision Air did an amazing job with multiple upgrades on our home. They qualified our home for multiple PSO and ONG rebates. We got a new HVAC system, duct sealing, knee wall insulation, attic insulation, and bathroom ventilation. Everything works very well and our bills have been more than halved for the last few months. Danny was great to work with. I would highly recommend Vision Air.

We had a super technician today! Major John has done an outstanding job. He was very thorough. He checked so much and stayed with the job until my mini splits were back cooling again. He discovered a part that was not operational at all. My rooms are starting to cool down. Thank you Major John!

Very friendly and professional. I feel they pride themselves on honesty. Being a female home owner I feel companies try to take advantage of that, but with Vision I felt they were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

This company deserves 5 starts for going above and beyond. Adam's staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the most important HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. I never not once hesitate having them in and out of my house for service work. Thanks Vision Services!

My Ac unit outside stopped working so I called the company that installed it. They could not find me in their system from only 4 years ago and when i was told that the technician would show up between 4-5 he showed up at 3 never called me and then left a note on a face mask and put it in my screen door. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I would expect some communication and timely technicians.

Edit: I was told on the phone by the lady who scheduled me that she would make it 4-5 because I wasn’t getting off work till then I told her make this as late as you can. They have still not answered the phone or my messages.

We've had 2 issues diagnosed and fixed quickly by Vision Air in the last year- a fried circuit board and a blower malfunction. Both times the technician worked with our home warranty without any problems, and now our HVAC is working like new! (It's 25 years old!). We will definitely maintain our system regularly with Vision Air.

Quick response. Installer took special care to keep home and work area very clean. Very polite and explained what he was to do. Very Pleased with work done. replaced cooling coils. Price reasonable for work done. Will use again if needed.

I used the Vision Air folks after a failure of my heating/cooling package unit(s); the results are two excellently installed, efficient units at a fair price. The team is responsive and crew was a bunch of hard working, good guys ! Would recommend them !

Do NOT use this company! We were charged $322.65 for a $15 part and 15 minutes of labor. I tried everything I could think of to talk with the owner so he could explain the charges because I hate leaving negative reviews on Google. Unfortunately, I received 3 promises from 2 different employees that he would call three different days and never received a call. Based on this I decided to leave my first Google review ever because potential customers should be aware of how they do business.

Air Vision services did and excellent and fast job at fixing my A/C when nobody else could come out for days. My house was so hot because my puppy chewed through an outside hose. They are very professional.

Completely satisfied with the service. The technician was at my house less than an hour after my initial call. I have already been recommending Vision Air Services to friends and coworkers and plan on using them if any future problems come up.

Heater quit working, called and they came same day. Tech told me he had good news and bad news. Good news, he figured out what was wrong (control board). Bad news, it was going to be $950 to fix. He went to get part and I got online to see what I could find out. Long story short, I found out they were trying to stick it to me! I told him I would not pay them $950 to replace. He called boss and offered to take $100 off. I said no thanks and paid them $79 for the service call. The part was $99 my cost and I got a friend to help me install it. Took us a half hour. On line said an average cost to replace control board was $400 to $500. I will not be calling Vision Air Services again.
Really felt like they were trying to take advantage.

I was told I qualified for a "special discount" by their sales rep on a social media post. I was put on the schedule for a week later between 2-4 PM after having a discussion with the sales rep via Facebook Messenger.

The morning of the service I had yet to hear what my additional discount was supposed to be. I messaged the same sales rep and asked. Facebook showed the message seen shortly after sending. No response was ever given whatsoever.

2-4 PM came and passed regardless of the hassle it was for me to have someone present since the wife and I would still be at work. At 4:05 PM I received a text asking if I was still interested and that they hadn't even arrived yet. Not at 3 or 3:15 with a courtesy informing that they would be late and if I wanted to reschedule or what have you. No, after their allotted time had passed.

This company makes empty promises and has unprofessional customer service and consideration. I will not use this business and encourage everyone to look elsewhere.

This inflation is out of control! Or did i get taken advantage of! Vision/blue something HVAC
just replaced a blower motor that was under warranty. 3hrs to diagnose 3hrs to replace!
Are you ready! $1053.00!!!!!! That is just their labor. Sorry to say we won't be using them again.

Vision Air Services replaced my furnace and it was absolutely the best experience I've ever had when dealing with a Heat and Air company. The staff and the service were exceptional. Vision Air Services is now my go-to place for all my heat and air needs. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I have been working with my home warranty company (HWA, who has been a NIGHTMARE) to get my AC issue resolved. Vision Air was contracted the work and they have been amazing at helping me get this service completed. Everyone I have interacted with there has been friendly, and more than willing to help however they can! Excellent service.

Great company ! Adam quoted a complete HVAC system plus an additional return air vent. Came in several thousand dollars lower than the competitors.

They showed up on the scheduled day and time. Very professional install and great customer service. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived.

Vision Air installed some large HVAC equipment for our 200+ room hotel, and we couldn't be happier. Not only was it done in a timely manner, it was the best price of 3 bids.....and not just by a little bit. I thought they were very reasonable price wise, and their response to my many needs was at the very least timely and professional. Thanks to all the guys that helped us out at Vision Air!

Fantastic service, knowledgeable Technicians, and great pricing, what else can you ask for!? Replaced the two existing systems in my home and have absolutely no regrets. Came with two year service agreement and will update if any issues arise. Overall very happy with my choice. :)

The best company all around!! Not only for their top notch service, but also their compassion, and relationships they build with their clients, they truly look out for your best interest, and will not screw you over like a lot of other companies out there! We have been forever grateful for their services in fixing our heater on 2 different occasions, their service was very speedy and super friendly. One of our calls was even a holiday weekend, I have a lot of medical problems and extreme cold and heat sends me into severe pain, as well as many other medical emergencies! This company was my life savor! We will NEVER use another company, they will have our business for life! If your shopping around please quit shopping and give them a call, I promise as their extremely happy customer you will not be disappointed!
