I had a great experience working with Bill to remodel two bathrooms in my home. Master bath was a complete remodel. We moved walls, plumbing, electrical, everything. I was very happy with the quality of work performed by the builders, electricians, plumbers, tile workers, painters, and dry wall workers. Everything came out looking really good, and within the originally quoted budget. I am very happy with the final product and the professional work that was done at my home. I would recommend Powers Design, and would be happy to work with Bill again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Bill Powers was easy to work with and managed our addition and renovation on a 1935 house very well from design through construction. He stayed on a reasonable schedule and communicated changes timely. His subs are high quality particularly his carpenters/craftsmen and the tile guys were excellent. Bill communicates frequently with updates and provides alerts if unforeseens occur in a timely manner. Overall, very satisfied customers.

Bill and his team finished a project in our home over two years ago. We have had zero issues and highly recommend this company. Bill is professional and meticulous and his team is very skilled and hard-working. Thanks Bill!

The most recent project completed by Powers Build and Design was the replacement of 20 windows and the front door / sidelights in our 1922 Craftsman home. This was our 3rd project with Powers Build and Design since 2015. There are many reasons we continue to trust Bill and his team for work done. Bill is always available, routinely checks on the project (daily), and keeps us apprised of any issues. His crews clean up at the end of each day and are polite and a pleasure to have in and around our home. Since 2015, Powers Design and Build have completely remodeled and renovated our home. One thing we believe sets Bill apart is his eye for design. His insights and experience are invaluable when taking on large projects!

Bill and his team renovated our bathroom, and we could not be happier with it. It is beautiful! Everything was great from start to finish. Prior to our renovation, the layout of our bathroom was terrible. Bill was able to see outside the box and came up with a creative plan and a fantastic new layout. The project was completed on time, and we got everything that we wanted and stayed within our relatively tight budget. It seemed that staying within the limits of our budget was as important to him as it was to us. I was also impressed with how responsive he was. When I sent him an email or text with a question or concern, he generally responded within a few hours. When there was a slight hiccup, it was typically resolved the next day. All of the people who worked on the renovation were very professional. I have heard horror stories about renovations, and this was not the case. Overall, it was a pleasant and fun experience.

Bill was extremely professional throughout the process of building an addition on our home. He was responsive to all of our many questions, visited the site often, and utilized excellent workers. We are very pleased with his work and love our addition. We highly recommend Bill!

I have worked with Bill Powers and his team on two major remodel projects in the Point South area of Tulsa. I've been very happy with the professionalism of Bill and his staff and subcontractors. Work is completed on time and with careful attention to detail. It is very important to have someone I can trust with my most valuable assets.

I highly recommend the excellent team at Powers Design and Build. They recently took a massively outdated, ugly kitchen that had not been updated since the 1950s down to the studs and made it beautiful! Bill, the owner, was on top of everything going on through the entire process and made sure it was done right, and Rick, our kitchen designer, came up with a fabulous layout that worked within our existing footprint. They hire quality subcontractors - special shout out to the plumbing guys at Omega and our drywall guy, Henry! - and hooked us up with Surfaces for an absolutely gorgeous unique countertop. We did go over budget a bit, but that was by choice - Bill made sure to pass on savings where possible.

Bottom line, if you want a quality reno job done by LOCAL craftsmen and trades who aren't going anywhere, Powers Design and Build is who you want to call!!!

Our kitchen, family room, bar area, and pantry were transformed into an exceptional space that feels both functional and beautiful.
The team was professional and skilled. Carpenters Ray and Mark stood out for their responsiveness, punctuality, and craftsmanship. Every specialist from the plumber to the tile floor installer, countertop team, and fireplace tile installer delivered top-notch work.

I'm sitting in my new sunroom addition to our home while I write this review with a big smile on my face. I can not recommend Bill Powers and his team of professionals enough! One of the most important aspects of going forward with a home addition project is the level of communication and responsiveness from the contractor. Any time we had a question or wanted to receive some feedback from Bill, we always had a reply the same day. He kept us updated every step of the way. The subcontractors working on our sunroom were very knowledgeable and valued craftsmanship. We felt like each one of them went above and beyond to make sure their part of this project was completed with the utmost attention to detail. Powers design blew the roof off, literally! They moved staircases, raised a new 2nd story roof, updated all windows, gutted and rebuilt master suite and kitchen all while working with us to maintain the 1929 character of the house. He is a master at scheduling and making sure down days are kept to a minimum! His crews are professional and very meticulous at their crafts! After 9 months, we are in our massively renovated home and absolutely love it I am not much of a photographer but here are a few after pics. Would absolutely recommend Powers Design & Build for any size job!

I has been nearly three years since Powers Design and Build completed a beautiful kitchen remodel for our home. Recently, I noticed the finish on some of my beautiful cabinets was peeling around the knob handles. After contacting Bill Powers about this he immediately sent Julie Fulton out to inspect the cabinet doors. They agreed that this should not be happening, contacted the manufacturer's rep and within weeks ordered a complete new set of cabinet doors for my ENTIRE kitchen. This would ensure that the shade of the finish on ALL my cabinet doors would match perfectly. The process was completed quickly, efficiently, and FREE of charge. Julie was SO friendly and an absolute delight to work with. Ray was conscientious, hard working, and the cabinet doors were hung beautifully. Thank you, Thank you!

We had a great experience with Powers Design & Build! They came highly recommended by some friends and we are so glad we decided to use them. Bill is very personable and was always available and reached out often to see if we had questions along the way. Our carpenters and the electrician were top notch and could be counted on to arrive on time and put in a full day's hard work. The organization and timing of subcontractors was excellent leading to an on time project. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

Powers Design and Build just completed a substantial renovation of my nearly 100-year-old home, including the creation of a primary suite and full renovation of an additional bathroom. From our first meeting, I was impressed with Bill’s (and Julie’s) hands-on approach. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and sent me a proposed design and tentative budget shortly thereafter. The design demonstrated that Bill had listened to my ideas during our initial meeting and respected the character of my home. Throughout the renovation, he was frequently on site and was always accessible by phone and email. I can count on one hand the number of days my house was not bustling with construction activity during the 5-month project and everyone who played a role in the project was competent, professional, and committed to ensuring my satisfaction. Many of them have been working with Bill for decades. Because of the age of my house and the amount of deferred maintenance, unexpected issues delayed completion of my project. But I was grateful that Bill addressed these issues head-on with concern for my safety and the integrity of my home. I am thrilled with the results and can give Powers Design and Build my highest recommendation.
