I have enjoyed working with Grant on a couple of different projects. He is very detail oriented and follows through on even the smallest of details. He is always focused on ensuring the project is as it is supposed to be with both the clients and contractors. I would recommend him and look forward to working with him more.

We purchased a home built in 1995 and needed help bringing it current. We pitched the job to Grant with minor repairs and it quickly grew to a big project. He worked with us over 6 months and kept things on schedule as much as possible. Throughout the entire process he kept us informed, provided input and even became a part time mediator when my husband and I couldn’t agree on selections. The best experience possible for a remodel. Couldn’t recommend more!

Five stars isn't enough! Grant is absolutely the entire professional package. He's skilled in his trade, he's a pleasure to work with, he's organized, punctual, excellent with problem-solving, honest...I can't say enough good things about him. My personal experience with Renovation & Construction Services has been great and I highly recommend him.
