Their service is GREAT!!!!. I am usually hard to please but with them, I am a customer for life. Technicians are polite , friendly, prompt and professional. I would refer them to all.

This company was very professional and very fair. Fast service got my system back up and running in no time. Adam and staff are great to work with.

The pilot light on our furnace needed repair in the middle of winter and the service man went through great lengths to get our heater working again. Thanks so much for the great service!

I PAID CASH MONEY FOR AN ENTIRE (INSIDE AND OUT) UNIT so this wasnt a quick, cheap job for them; this was pure profit paid with hard earned American currency!

For six grand i expected so so so much more

Charged 1k for a cage on outside unit-i pulled it up myself as a 125 pound woman.
Charged to "secure" the same unit- a chain was laid on top...unsecured!

Oh! Let me call to fix this....secretary blows me off...3x!

I chose Visionair because they promised a job done right and on time. I chose to pay their higher prices and i would never ever do it again!

Purchased a new home two years ago and decided to sign-up for the maintenance program for $125/year - so glad I did!! Easy to schedule, friendly staff and very prompt and knowledgeable technician that came out.

My company Timco Construction, LLC has used Vision Air services for several commercial projects. They have done an excellent job, passed all inspections the first time, and finished the projects on time and under budget.

I have videos and pictures of what they claim to have fixed. The repairman couldn't remember if he looked under the house my videos prove he didn't. They said my spouse was here and provided them information on what was wrong but my spouse was on the other side of the country! I'd love to talk to someone besides the lady in the office.

Then why was I able to fix it myself? An untrained hvac person got it fixed and I didn't cuss out anyone. You're hiding behind fake facts. You never told me directly my payment didn't go through but the universe works in mysterious ways.

Technician did not have all parts for service repair, but a fellow technician delivered needed part so service was not interrupted. Teamwork makes the dream work - or the AC. 😄 Will call again.

We've used Vision Air a few times, most recently to replace our downstairs HVAC unit. They've always been very professional and diligent in providing excellent service, and I would recommend them to anyone needing service in the Tulsa metro area.

I had two units down at my business. We had an event that night. I called and they sent a technician out within an hour. He identified the problem and replaced a transformer. Had me up and running in an hour. Prompt and reliable!

Brandon came at 10:30 on a Sunday night, Memorial Day weekend and literally saved us! We came home to find our AC unit wasn’t running and it quickly climbed to 80+ degrees in our home. With a 1 year old, dogs, and leading into a triple digit kind of week, we needed help quick! We’ve very grateful he got us running again the same night. We even managed to escape the baby waking up with 3 crazy dogs during the service call, thanks again!!!
