A good experience with this company. I scheduled online and received an email of my confirmed appointment. Also received a text when he was on his way. Was on time! Did a good thorough job and was professional and pleasant. Carpet looks great! Highly recommend.

Chase was very professional and delivered on what he said. My floors look brand new! I left the house while he worked and it looked so good when I returned! Exceptional service coupled with a fair and reasonable price!

Had an appointment for 9am scheduled, called 30 min into appointment to find out it had been rescheduled (without any notification) to 2pm that day. Got a call 1:51 pm and was told eta 30 min. Didn't arrive until 2:41pm. Did excellent work, but if my wife hadn't been available to deal with the vast disparity in appointment times i would have been completely out of luck. Chase was professional but didn't take ownership of being late. Wouldn't recommend or reuse services for poor communication.

I'm sorry if the owner feels entitled to good reviews for poor communication, but a first impression is everything for me. I chose to use bluedog because of their stellar reviews and I wish that I could have been one of them. Im never excited to write a poor review, in fact if you'll check my history you'll find this to be my only review because this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Below its stated several attempts to notify me were made but I have no email, call, text or voicemail from the owner outside of the call made by him mentioned below at 1.51 pm to state service was en route (30 min out, 10 min until the reschedule).

Additionally being outside of the service area was never mentioned to me until after service had been completed. Had I known that my buisness was such an inconvenience, I would have kept looking for a service provider.

Chase neglected to mention I paid him within moments of work completion, the only delay being a conversation to express my disappointment of how this situation was handled on his end.

I wish bluedog luck, because they seem capable of quality work. I only hope they are prompt and upfront regarding appointments with future customers.

Did a great job on my area rugs and went over heavy-traffic areas several times when asked. Wore a mask inside my home too which was appreciated. Great customer service and my rugs look and smell great. He cleaned up all the little water spots after cleaning too. Very professional.

I believe Chase is a miracle worker! We made the mistake of buying a very-light-tan-nearly-white sofa and the dogs had tracked in dirt and kids had spilled. It looks brand new again and Blue Dog offered a protectant to keep it that way. He also got a stain out of an old chair. I had given up on getting it clean and used a throw to cover it up. No more! It had been years!

Over the years, our dogs have had numerous“accidents“. Blue dog came out last weekend and did four rooms. We had them do their waterclaw procedure on two particularly bad areas. I own a restoration company and we do odor mitigation but we do not clean carpets. Per the IICRC odor mitigation procedures, we should have replaced the carpet and pad in some of those areas. But I thought I would let Chase give it a shot. Sure enough, my wife cannot smell any urine in three of those rooms and the fourth room it’s just a hint. He couldn’t use the water cloth procedure in that room because it’s upstairs and the procedure can only be used on slab foundations. We are very happy with the results and I will be referring him to my customers in the future.

Chase with Blue Dog just deep cleaned three bedrooms that we thought were a lost cause. We have three dogs, and one is a really old chocolate lab that has trouble waiting to go outside. Our plan was to (unfortunately) wait until our old dog was gone and then have carpets replaced. Blue Dog got out the spots with his “water claw” and I seriously couldn’t believe my eyes. He was also extremely friendly to our kids and pets. Great company all around and couldn’t recommend them more.
