We have had the pleasure of having Jan-Pro now for about 2-3 years and could not be happier. We use them in multiple situations from general office clean on weekly basis to deep clean on quarterly throughout and locations. They have taken great care of us and are always just a phone call away if we should need them! Anel does an amazing job cleaning our common areas every week! He is courteous of staff, residents, and visotors to the office. He cleans thoroughly. We have had others clean our make ready units and none have been as thorough as Anel. Tom has been amazing to work with with concerns, scheduling and contract issues. He answers quickly and professionally.

I called to get an estimate on a massive tree that needs to be trimmed back off my roof, and was told that they wouldn’t be interested in working with an HOA. Disappointing that they wouldn’t even come look at the job.

Handled taking down a large tree between me and my neighbors house that had large branches over both roofs with no problems. Also very professional.

I had them remove a tree for me a while back and they also trimmed some of my trees recently I chose them because they are very professional and they have an ISA Certified Arborist on staff!
