On November 28, 2023, wall to wall carpeting through out my home and 4 throw rugs were cleaned. Protection of my antiques during the process was exercised. Afterwards, carpet protector was applied to the wall to wall carpeting. I am very pleased with the results and most appreciative of the respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable interaction I had with Natalie Matthews and Patrick Taylor.

In August 2021, heavily trafficked carpet areas and vintage throw rugs in my home were beautifully cleaned by Blue Dog Carpet Cleaning! Chase, who was friendly and respectful, carefully protected my colonial antique furniture too!

In April 2020, Chase was cordial and efficient as he cleaned our neighborhood clubhouse’s carpets and chair seats, which look good again!

The girl that came to clean my carpets was very personable and sweet. She did a real Thorough job. She explained everything that she was going to do and the spots that have been on my carpet were noticeably better. I will call them out again.

Unfortunately we were not impressed in any way with the quality of the carpet cleaning.
The technician was very nice but after the carpets dried we were nit able to see any difference or improvement in their appearance. I also went back over the carpets with my vacuum afterwards and there was alot of dirt and other materials that filled up my shark vacuum tank over halfway full.
For us, this was not money well spent at all.

Edit: Chase from Bluedog reached out to me after the service and my reveiw and came out personally to my home and re-did the carpet cleaning. It looks much better and more uniform now. I am satisfied with the results of the cleaning but even more satisfied with the customer service I received from him. He went above and beyond what most companies would do for a customer.

Chase from Blue Dog carpet cleaning did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my carpets. Some areas had quite heavy traffic patterns and they look much better. He was respectful of my home and even helped me move some of the items that I couldn't lift. He made sure my carpets were not stained w hen returning the furniture placement by placing adhesive pads under each chair leg. When I asked about a particular spot that didn't come out he got all of his equipment back out and made sure it was perfect. I would recommend Chase and Blue Dog and will use him again when my carpets need another cleaning.

We hired Blue Dog to help us get our carpets looking fresh and new. I was initially disappointed with the service, but then the owner, Chase, gave me a call and we talked about everything. He personally came over the next day to look at everything, and went over it all again for me, just for my own piece of mind.

This is the only company that I will use. They are very loyal, very dedicated exceptionally punctual, very thorough in their cleaning. They are awesome and also will keep you with the same person at all times to be loyal to your house. If you request, they will dedicate you the same person that comes out. If you adore their work, this is the best company I have dealt with with my carpets beautiful souls, beautiful attitudes, excellent hearts I could not have been blessed any better than from this company to maintain my carpets.

This company accommodates for me my daughters house as well. She is absolutely astonished with their work. She is also one of their clients permanent for me and my daughter, and two different identity homes.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional . He Put in extra effort to get the candle wax out of the carpet.

They did an amazing job cleaning up a well-worn recliner of ours. The upholstery had dulled, faded, and been subjected to spilled coffee over the years. Now, it's gone from dingy to gleaming white again! The team arrived on time and was extremely friendly too. Definitely recommend!

This is the second time using Blue Dog for cleaning our couch - once in 2019 and then today! Within 24 hours of booking the appt, we had our sectional couch cleaned! Ryan was professional, personable, thorough, thoughtful, and the price was reasonable. BD is now a go-to place for upholstery and carpet cleaning!

I scheduled my first ever carpet cleaning and then had to cancel as my cat fell out of a window (faulty screen) and was missing. I didn't want to scare him further by having abnormal traffic. Ryan wass very understanding and quickly rescheduled. Today he called prior to the appt allowing me ample time to get all my fur kids sequestered away from the carpets to be cleaned. He arrived on time, was extremely nice and professional, and appears to have done an excellent job. It's just been a few minutes is why I can only say appears. It's stupid how good the carpet looks now. The carpet was new when I moved in and is like new now.
