I cannot recommend this cleaning company. We used them for about two months to clean a large (7,700 sq ft) home every other week and the biggest issue we had was consistency.

We had problems starting with the first visit, so that should have been a sign in hindsight. Despite meeting with someone during the estimate and going over everything, we had to walk the team members through the house again. This happened two or three times, even though we were told they would always have instructions and know the house layout.

We had a visit where two cleaners came for the whole house, then it became apparent they either cleaned too slowly or didn't have enough people, because two or three more young women were brought in. Yet somehow, one of their cleaners was able to do the whole house herself at one point.

During our last visit, which prompted us to switch, careless mistakes were made, like leaving a huge blob of shampoo on the master bathroom shower floor and toothpaste on the bathroom counter.

We had problems with them arriving an hour or two later than the window of time provided the day before. We also didn't like how it was never the same team. Which I know isn't always possible, but at least try to stick to the same 3 or 4 people.

The way employees are treated also seems questionable based on a recent review, what I witnessed (during our first cleaning, I overhead one young woman who was on the verge of tears tell her teammate she was struggling), and what we heard from our new cleaning company. Who KILLED it the first day, and are far more professional in every sense. They told us during our estimate they have a lot of ladies who have left Merry Maids to join them.

Go with a different company if you need something weekly or every other week. Once a month with them would be fine.

I had them come out before to my last place and it took forever to book with them cause nobody returned my calls then they finally did set up a time . Then the day showed they kept calling pushing the time back then had to reschedule to the next day then next day comes was late over 3 hrs did clean nicely but told me for the issue they would come out again for a free four hrs. Have been calling trying to book but I guess the place is closed or something cause I’ve call for 3 days straight and left messages with no response.....they are good at what they do it’s just the point it takes for them to get there and do the job .

I purchased this service for an ill friend as a Christmas present. The maids that came were friendly and the house looks and smells better now. I had NEVER used a service before. I would recommend giving first timers a little information on what to expect or maybe even an example of what a list could look like. I was able to figure it out as I was going along but if better upfront information was given I would have been better prepared for the ladies.

This company is a big joke. They come in and have you do a whole walk through to make sure they can meet your needs but never do. Always send different people out ect. They don’t do a good job cleaning! The only 2 people in the whole company is Shelby and penny! I requested they be the only ones to come to my home and they can’t even accommodate that! They always charge you wrong I’ve literally always have to call about my bill because the office doesn’t know basic math. I would not recommend them!

There is nothing like coming home to a Merry-Maids-cleaned home. They are the best cleaning service in Tulsa, and never disappoint. They are professional, trustworthy, and do a stellar job every time. I highly recommend them!

Several times I’ve had to call and report unacceptable work. I was given a discount on next cleaning,but after a few times it’s not worth it. Never sending anyone more thane once and when I ask for someone to return I’m told they no longer work there. High turnover. I live in a small patio home with not much to clean. Was told by all that came it was an easy job. I certainly can’t recommend this company.

Cleaning was excellent, arrived on-time and Liz behind the phones to book it all was very easy to work with.

Everything was done so well this last cleaning! It was so nice coming home to everything looking so nice and clean. With two small children, it's nice to have everything cleaned that I don't have the time to get to. We've used other cleaning services in the past but we love the job that you all do, so we're so happy to have you all cleaning our home for us. Thanks for doing such an excellent job. 😊

Very professional and leaves with an amazing clean house

I can’t say say or praise enough how great this company is. From the initial quote to the arrival time as top notch. Autumn came in extra on a Saturday for me to clean my house for a move out. She went above & beyond 100%....I can’t praise her enough. If you can request her i would, as she will go the extra mile & is extremely detailed oriented. Don’t waste your time on other places, I expected mediocre & received more than expected. Lifelong customer here!!! Thanks again for the amazing service.

"Leslie kicked butt cleaning my house by herself, except for the last 38 minutes. When the other 2 ladies came in at 3:16. One finished up with a bedroom mini blind, then the living room was left. Leslie had cleaned all the other rooms by herself. For the 3 of them to work on the living room. "Hallie and Nicole were sent out to redo my living room, that was left in pretty poor shape. Thank you girls for your attention to detail. The only issue is that after my house has been cleaned, i dont smell a pleasant clean smell for several days, like i was used to when i had Merry Maids clean my house over 10 years ago. Ive had 3 different people over and they actually made a comment that the house looked clean, but there was no scent in the house. Bummer".

When we initially looked into getting a monthly cleaning service we attempted to contact Merry Maid's competitor, Molly Maids. After an appointment was scheduled, with Molly Maids, they called us and cancelled at the last minute because they were understaffed for the day but rescheduled for our next available day. The next day we had available, we were waiting at the house for them only to have them not show. Half an hour after our rescheduled time we called their office and got voicemail. We left a message asking if they were running behind, and to this day 5 months later, have never had a returned call.

Disheartened by our previous experience, we tried Merry Maids. The receptionist answering the phone was polite and cheerful. When they came out to evaluate our house they were prompt, showing up on time and were very professional. After getting a quote that was under what we had anticipated, we agreed to have them come clean. Every month on the same day they come and do an amazing job. We do a good job picking up around the house, so when they come in they can focus on the deep clean: mopping, vacuuming, washing counters and surfaces, dusting, they even will wash and dry your ceiling fan blades! The women who come are also very nice and easy to talk to. They are efficient and make the stops as quick as possible, but they are clearly keeping in mind the quality of the cleaning job is more important than the time they are here.

If you are looking for the service in town, this is it!

This was our first experience with Merry Maids, we were pleasantly surprised the wonderful work. They did a great job in such a short amount of time. We needed our service on a quick notice and the Merry Maids team made it possible. We will be recommending them as a reliable and good cleaning to our friends.

I had a construction project inside my home, and after getting the house all back together, Merry Maids came out to clean us back up. My home is very large and has high ceilings, indoor shutters, and lots of wood. I arrived home 4 hours before I was to throw a party, and the house was IMMACULATE. I am picky, so for me to say this is a thing. Thanks MM for adding to the joy of our Christmas season.

Elite,’professional service with a personal touch. Merry Maids cares about providing satisfaction, and exceeds expectations. I love coming home each month to feel a sense of pride snd relief that my home is sparkling clean! The investment in my home and psyche is worth the affordable price for the white glove service.

I moved into my house in September and it wasn’t professionally cleaned before I bought it and I knew I had to have it deep cleaned soon after I started my job and could afford it. Merry Maids was very responsive and quick to help me get an accurate quote and schedule the appointment. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took and I am very happy with the job that Aryah and Tatum did! I will definitely recommend Merry Maids to my friends!

My service has been great from the start! I appreciated the free in-home estimate that way my home is being cleaned to my needs. I have had them come to clean my home 2 times so far and both cleanings were great! I set up every 2-week service and my cleaning day is on Monday, so Mondays are now my favorite day! They make their own products and the products have a nice clean scent too. Thank you for all you have done for me.
