I’ve been using Shake the House Cleaning for almost 4 months now. I had them do a whole house clean and now they come back every two weeks to do maintenance cleaning. It is so nice to come home and the house smells good and looks amazing. They clean everything, especially the problem areas like bathrooms and high traffic entryways. I can’t recommend them enough!

She is professional. She did a very nice job for me. If you are looking for someone who can get the job done in a specified time and a good price, I will recommend Dasha for you.

Dasha is great! She has cleaned for me many many times. She came out today to make sure the employee sent out knew what to do and that everything was ok. He did a great job on my daughter’s apartment.

I hired these guys to come deep clean my house. I paid them $300 including an additional $20 tip. They did not clean my showers, the floors still had dirt on them, they did not move anything at all to clean under it, they did not do baseboards or walls. They literally came in, did a quick sweep and mop and charged me $300. The house looked the same as it did when they got there. The owner texted me and said "We did the best we could do with the time we had". There were 2 people cleaning and you couldn't even tell they cleaned. I would not recommend these people to anyone. I feel like I got scammed.

We live out of state and needed help with a rent house. Shake The House was very responsive and helpful! They did a video call with us to show the condition of the house and what needed to be done. They did the work in a timely manner and advised us on what to do and what not to do. They have several different companies they work with to provide anything from cleaning to hanging blinds and repairing broken tile! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting experienced people to take care of their various needs.

Not professional. Did NOT finish the job. Super exspensive, it was $485 for 3 bed 1 bath empty house. I called them to do a Deep Clean on an empty rental of mine before new tenants moved in. I came to check on the property after they said they had finished, it was still dirty. Didn't even look like they touched it. I called and made them come back. The day of new tenant move in, I get there and they still hadn't cleaned it. So I spent money on my own cleaning supplies an hour before move in to clean everything myself. I called to try to get a refund but they said they don't do refunds. I had to call again and again to try and ask for a free clean voucher, but no one ever got back to me. It was very unprofessional and they did a horrible job. I would not use them again, not for my own rentals or my clients. Here is a picture of the house an hour before tenants moved in. When this company said they had been there twice. Aweful. They didn't clean any of the requested things. Bad customer service. 0/10 not worth the money.

New update, They offered to give me a "Refund" if I removed my Review, but when I asked to confirm it be a full refund, they replied with " We do not sign agreements with customers. We appreciate the honest reviews and your concern with removing them. " and Have not communicated with me since. So I can only assume this was a Fake offer from the start.

I would avoid them with all your might.

hired them to Clean my Grandfathers home in Bartlesville Oklahoma, They arrive late for the appointment, and then had to ask to re-schedule for later in the week. After I reviewed the house ( was already Base cleaned due to an estate sale 3 days before. Sweep mop vacuum. ) Base Boards where untouched, dust on the ceiling fans, Soap scum in the bathtub, fixtures were not polished and toilet was not flushed. When I asked for a Refund they did offer to come back out but I did not want them in my home a 3rd time so I requested a refund, was offered $100 dollars and then after I declined that, they said they would have a legal team reach out to me with their Response to a 90% refund request.

Absolutely love Shake the house. They were very, very helpful when we were moving to Oklahoma and I was able to set up getting the yard mowed getting the back porch power washed and anything else I needed with them as well. They did an amazing job I give them five enthusiastic stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking for services in this area.

Oh my goodness!!!!! I am so excited to get home to a totally clean and organized apartment! They sent me pictures which made me feel so secure since I was at work and made me so excited. Dasha and Dustin deserve all the praise they did not leave one thing undone. Please use them it is so very worth it.

We have used Shake the House for the first time last week. We had an emergency move in on one of the properties we manage. Dasha made sure the apartment was immaculate for the tenants. They were so appreciative and so are we! We look forward to working more with Dasha and her crew at Shake the House.

I mean wear do I even start Dasha did a fabulous job and I would also recommend her on a personal level…great person. I called a bunch of company’s who were overpriced and not accommodating whatsoever, then I found them! I needed it done for my girlfriend for valentines I barely have any free time and they worked around my schedule and came out at 7:00PM and ended at 8:30PM, it was quick, awesome work. Thank you Shake the House!!!!!

Shake the house cleaning service has been my lifesaver not once but twice. The ladies
are very professional detailed with their cleaning. I have used their more than once and definitely would recommend their speedy service they have done organizing for me like cleaning heavy duty cleaning. Worth every he service and quick to respond.

We had a lovely experience with Shake the house cleaning. We needed help with our Airbnb last minute and they were able to get us in same day! Dasha and her co worker were very professional and cleaned our home from top to bottom. Absolutely no complaints!

I highly recommend this company for cleaning services! Dasha is very professional, polite and prompt. I called her on short notice, as I was in town for only a few days, helping my son and daughter-n-law. She was able to send someone the next afternoon. They arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning! I was very pleased that they were using natural cleaning products and that she stopped by to meet me in person and to make sure the employee she sent needed anything. That's quality!

We have a busy schedule and we appreciate their accommodating our us, they are very flexible on scheduling/ rescheduling around our ever changing needs.

We just bought a house and it was so dirty! Called and spoke with Eric, who asked the sqft and number of beds and baths, and told him we were moving in and how dirty it was. He set up a "crew" to come clean. ONE GIRL showed up. She was an hour and a half late. Left a urine stain on the toilet, the floors weren't cleaned, the window sills and baseboards weren't done. She was done in 3 hours. On a 2900 sqft home that was empty. Eric had quoted me $285.00. So I complained and they sent the same girl out the next day. She was there for 50 minutes. The urine stain was gone and that's about all.

I used them for house cleaning after a bathroom renovation and they were wonderful! Money well spent, they showed up on time and completed everything I needed them to do plus more. They made an effort to come another day after they did the initial cleaning to complete any touch ups or tasks that I noticed after the first cleaning was complete. They were very kind and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat

This is the best cleaning service we have ever had. They do exactly what they say they are going to, show up on time everytime, and are pleasant.
