They did an excellent job on my house as I was moving out , so I asked them again when I needed them in Tulsa. The house was again very well cleaned

Two staff from Shake the House came to Claremore to clean a home before my brother could move in. They spent over 5 hours deep cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living room. They were pleasant, professional, and hard-working. It was extremely affordable based on the work they did. I would highly recommend you give them a call!

The disgruntled employee a few rows down has it inconsistent with her work ethics and should be ashamed of there selves for posting such unkind comments. I don’t Normally write reviews, but if I can stop someone else from making the same mistake I did… I definitely will. The owner is incredibly nice and easy to talk to. I had complete confidence he and his company would do a wonderful job. He’s very good at showing you all of the tiny details they remember when “cleaning” however, they COMPLETELY fail when it comes to normal and basic cleaning procedures. I even asked them to come back and finish the job and while the owner was quick to respond, there was still SO MUCH I had to clean afterwards. Their deep clean didn’t even touch the baseboards or even wipe down the kitchen counters. I’m honestly so dissatisfied especially after reading all of the amazing reviews! I’m having to hire another cleaning service to come out and finish the job that this company should’ve completed correctly. After talking with him numerous times this past weekend, there was no resolution. There is no refund policy and you have to prepay beforehand…. I understand that. However, the service I paid for and the service I received are two completely different things.

I just called, some guy answered and it was a really quick “hello?” I introduced myself and requested a consolation and immediately said “in a finance meeting talk later bye “ and hung up. Not to be rude, but if you’re in a meeting let it go to voicemail. Or hire someone to answer phones as a receptionist. Be more professional please.

My initial review was 5 stars right after they left my house, as all visible surfaces had been swept. But… they did not clean under or behind any furniture. Not the bed, not the couch. Basically they just swept the open floor, clean the toilet and called it a day. No wonder they were done so quickly. $200/hr for a superficial sweeping is nothing but a ripoff

Dasha and her team did a wonderful job at a reasonable rate. Quick, efficient, and professional. It was a pleasure working with them and my house looks great.
