Marco did a magnificent job! He asked about my concerns before starting, worked efficiently, and had everything looking perfect in just 45 minutes. My large corner lot looks amazing. Highly recommend Marco for his professionalism and quality work!

I do not say this to bash anyone, but to warn everyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Been using them for a year and then one of their contractor's busts out my neighbor's car window. They are caught in the act by my neighbor and say they are going to go tell me. Then they go around the side of the house and take off in their truck like a bat out of hell. THEN THEY IMMEDIATELY charge me for the lawn that was left unfinished when they ran without telling me what they did to my neighbor's car. I message them on the app. I call lawnstarter and get told to email the contractor because they are NOT responsible for the damages THEIR contractor did. They won't tell me the name, the phone number, anything. Just keep sending me an email the contractor won't respond to. They had the audacity to argue with me about refunding the charge for the unfinished lawn and say they want to send someone out to finish (AND AT FIRST THEY TRIED TO SEND THE ORIGINAL PERSON THAT BUSTED THE WINDOW AND LEFT!!). Did i mention that the new contractor that they tried to send (without my permission) was going to charge me again???

Long story short, they never took responsibility. Never helped me get in touch with the contractor (whom they should have been responsible for legally because they hired them to do my lawn), never even said they would hold the contractor to account, so I'm sure he still works for them. 275 out of my pocket to fix my neighbor's window from people who are supposed to have insurance to cover things like this that happen, otherwise I wouldn't have used them.

DO NOT USE THEM. Find someone who cares about their customers. I can't believe what a scam all of this was.

Reliable and did a fantastic job each time- Chance was also very kind to adjust dates when needed.

Dennis did the work very quick and efficient. He was very quiet.. I was in the house and didn’t know he had been there to even do yard work. My yard looks so much better. He also, applies to my questions through the app.

I am using LawnStarter for two properties I own and they make finding, using, and having a lawn service so easy and so convenient!! I am so happy with the level of care I have received and the one time I wasn’t pleased they made it very easy to get it resolved and gave me a new crew! I’m very very happy with Lawn Starter!

Aren my landscape specialist from AHH provided byLawnStarters was absolutely phenomenal. His assistant and he did a remarkable job taking care of my lawn which due to rain and heat had been neglected for a few weeks. The guys were VERY professional and personal as well. They paid exceptional attention to detail and cleaned up like you wouldn’t believe, my house sits on a half acre and has a huge swimming pool out back; no clippings in the pool! They went way above and beyond what you would expect. I recommend them to anyone who needs professional lawn care, they’re the real deal!

Kevin is always great. He’s very prompt, always shows up at the same time, on the same day. He does excellent work and it shows. He also does a great job communicating about things that are going on. Another thing that we like about Kevin is that he takes the needed time to ensure our lawn is well taken care of. He does not rush, but rather spends the time that is needed to leave our lawn looking great.

My service person is Imunique, who handle everything from bi-weekly mowing and expert bush trimming to effective weed control. My experience has been positive and our yard looks pristine after each appointment.

Imunique is professional and reliable. I especially appreciate his communication regarding availability; which always keep me in the loop and makes scheduling totally stress-free.

They were heat last summer but have been horrible this summer. My yard has had an uneven mow all but one time. I have to complain and then they’ll send the pro back and it is still not even. I don’t think they vet their workers and it shows. Just go with some local kids, they’ll do a better job.
