We recently used this company to remove some trees from our daughter’s yard. Very disappointing and upsetting experience!!
After the initial visit and picking out the trees that needed to be removed , on the day of the removal they removed a 100 years old beautiful tree from the front yard instead of the dead one! Then in the back yard they also removed the wrong tree and left the one that was supposed to be removed there! They proceeded to collect the whole payment and did not return our calls for days!!! Finally a very rude secretary calls back and starts shouting that it’s not their fault according to some text message!! No professional should ever cut down any trees without marking them at the time of visit so this kind of disaster doesn’t happen. This shows the level of unprofessionalism and poor business ethics. they did not offer any compensation or remorse and did not at least offer to replace the one in the front with some other tree! Don’t waste your money with a company that is so unprofessional and has no care for the customer or their property.

Had a large tree blown down during a late night storm. It was blocking the roadway. I called Bill and he sent a team right over. What a great crew and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Midtown Tree will get all my business from now on. I highly recommend them.

Fast and thorough. The crew was truly impressive. They removed overgrown ornamental and scrub trees around our house and were careful in their work. They left the site clean. The price was very good. All the great reviews are well earned.

Amazing company!! They removed a large tree right beside our home and trimmed all the trees on the fence line in the back yard, all before we come home from work. Our elderly neighbor was so impressed at how quick and efficient they were, he spent over 30 minutes praising the crew to my husband. 🥰

I had a tree die in my front yard, I wanted to make a memorial to my dad, with a flag pole in that space. I called Midtown. They came out, looked it, said the tree was really small and an easy job. They bid fairly for market value. It was gone by 11:30am the next day. I'm so very pleased.

Midtown Tree Services is who I would recommend to do tree trimming & removal!

They were 1 of 3 tree services I interviewed for cutting back my large maple tree. Bill, the owner, showed up on time for quote, promptly sent me a written quote, has insurance, and sent his very experienced crew of 6 guys w a front end loader. They showed up on time, did a great job, and even fixed some fence slats that got damaged by falling tree limbs. Then they hauled away the debris and left back yard in good order. All this in 2 hours! Very impressed!

Wow! I left a phone message and my call was returned within an hour. Two days later the crew came out and worked 3 solid hours non stop. My trees look great!! And the crew did a great job of cleaning up all the branches and debris. I am very happy and will definitely call MidTown Tree Service first for any future work.

I have used Midtown Tree service for two years, and they do an amazing job! They are nice, punctual, professional, and the pricing is very reasonable considering the excellent job they do. They always go above and beyond, and haul all the dead limbs and trash away. All that's left is your beautiful yard! I recommend them highly!

We had a tree removed. It was growing sideways over the roof of our house. These men came and did an excellent job. Very fast removing the tree. I highly recommend this company! When our Oak tree started going downhill a few years ago a huge branch fell on our magnolia and they were able to fix it right away and did a great job. After some serious consideration we decided to remove an 80-year-old Oak tree in our front yard. It was a hard decision but with their experinced advice we chose to have it removed. They came by this morning at 8 o'clock and got started. By mid day they had the whole tree down and before evening the yard was nice and flat and everything looked great. They have an excellent crew of very knowledgeable tree experts. They did a great job with no damage and I would recommend them for any project small or large. After the tree was taken down we could see where the rot was in the crown, it saved our house having it removed. Their knowledgeable people will give you an honest answer. It's not always easy taking out a big old tree but sometimes it's the best decision for your property and safety. A++++
