Wortman Air is absolutely the BEST! I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate the top service I always am given by this company. They recently installed new duct work, a new AC and furnace, plus installation, for me. For both the duct work and AC/furnace install, they took their time so that they would do the highest quality job. The 2 men who did the duct work were here three full days making sure that my new duct work was installed properly so that it would last for many, many years. The 3 men who completed my AC/furnace installation, plus new insulation as well, were also very thorough and took several days meticulously doing this install as well. From the sales department, to the service technicians, to the owner, to receptionist, every person at Wortman Air is very professional, honest, helpful and friendly. AAA+ for service, honesty, integrity, quality and professionalism. I highly recommend Wortman Central Air. You can't go wrong with Wortman!

Greg was a great technician. Didn’t stop working until he had the problem fixed. Nice guy who was genuinely concerned about getting our furnace power restored. Gave thorough explanation and was easy to talk to. Would highly recommend Wortman because of all their great technicians

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. First, the guy that came out charged us over $750 to service our 3 units and said our air filters were ok. He did not produce a receipt, he said he was emailing it to us which never happened. Within 2 days our upstairs unit reached 85 degrees and, come to find out, one of our downstairs units wasn’t working at all. The owner came out and admitted that the first guy had probably not even checked our filter and that he clearly did not really do anything. He also admitted that $750 seemed way out of wack. He got our upstairs unit working “ok”, but not great and then it took 2 weeks for him to come out and fix the downstairs unit. We still have not received our filters a month later and after calling several times he still has not produced a receipt for the initial payment. However, he did admit “seeing” it and it was only around $300 which I still have not been reimbursed for. I finally had enough and called the credit card company to stop payment completely. I have no clue how these people have anything but poor ratings. The are simply the worst and do not deserve to be in business.

Wortman was excellent and we felt we were in good hands right from the beginning. The installers were tidy, very respectful of the house, they worked well together and answered any questions that came up. It's great to have a crew as pleasant as this group was. I know without a doubt we would recommend Wortman's, both for the ease of dealing with the company itself and in the strengths of the people they employ. We really appreciate how smoothly this process went and would love for you to pass on our appreciation to the team and the owner of the company.

Very pleased with both the sales side and service/install side of the company. Great communication and great people to work with. I received bids from several companies before chosing Wortman and the price is very fair and competitive. They even helped me with the rebates from the utility companies that I qualified for based on my new high efficiency units. Do not hesitate to do business with Wortman heat and air. Ask for Virginia, she’s great.

Benjie was nothing short of amazing! I literally called him at 4:30 and he made it to my house very quickly. I must admit it was challenging since I live in a small home but he got in there & got my heater running again before Snowgeddon hits. I would use him again & again because he was professional & efficient plus he put up with my herd of dogs yapping at him!

Ok so this is a long story … we live in a 1986 mobile home . We have built on repaired and remodeled it and love it so who cares right !

Ok so we have had two other well known companies come and check and work on our old heat unit . It was repaired but we were advised to get a new unit by both companies over the last several years.

Well dug in and cleaned out the tubes for the drainage we cleaned the coils and the unit ran just fine for a couple years now.

Well this season we decided to get a new blower motor . We called Benjii after meeting him through an old truck purchase and finding out he was an owner of a heat and air company!!

Called him a couple days later and him and (I didn’t get the name of his worker) came on out and went to work on the old unit !! NOT ONCE did he say “you need a new unit “ they installed the new blower motor found we needed a new capacitor and the old control board had seen better days. They helped find a new one ( because this unit is ancient) and went to complete another job in town and came back through picked up the new board and installed it same day ! We live out in the country so this was great! With the summer weather approaching we needed some cool air in this house ! Well this is the next day as I’m writing this review here. We were cold last night and I’m so impressed with this old unit and its repairs !! FYI the AC UNIT is only 5 years old the blower and heat unit was made with the home. So anyways a good fair charge on the work they did. The free advice on installing a split unit for the bedroom and they put up with our kids and dogs too!!

I appreciate the fact they were able to get this old thing another season ! I mean who has 15 grand for a new unit laying around !!! That’s the quote we got from two famous companies !

Absolutely pathetic. Call them out to fix non-working air conditioner. Supposedly replaced a motor, although still not functional a week later. Over 90 degrees inside the house. First "fix" was very shoddy with wires and connectors just sticking out the top of the unit exposed to all weather. Dude needs to learn a thing or two about a/c repair, my dog could do a better job.

Danny and his employees were phenomenal. They replaced an upstairs AC unit and compressor, sealed leaks and even had some additional insulation installed to make my home more efficient. I absolutely recommend them without reservation. I have used several other businesses in the past with suboptimal satisfaction. Hamilton Heat and Air is superb. Will only be using them in the future.

I called Hamilton Heat and Air and I am so thankful I did. They were very prompt in coming out to give my family an estimate for a new HVAC system. I have to say I received 3 estimates and they had the best of the three. They came out just a few days later and within that same day we had a brand new unit which is so awesome. They were very professional and courteous and not only that but Danny contacted me that same evening to make sure everything was working as it should be. Lost my condenser on my 1996 units and decided it was time to make the upgrade. Danny was on point during the weekend and had a solid crew out Monday morning to install entire new Trane system. Techs were friendly, fun and professional. It was really hot and worked their tails off. Danny even came to my house 2x to meet me check on things and drop off/check on crew. Highly recommend!

Additionally, I requested the removal of my old ductwork in favor of a modern, better-insulated system, the installation of 20 inches of blown insulation across all open attic spaces, the replacement of a power ventilation motor, and the addition of two smart thermostats throughout my home.
