My heat stopped working 3 weeks ago the service guy has been by 4 times has charged me $85 and my heat still don’t work. When you call only one guy ever answers. I called and he had forgot about me. I have a service agreement and have yet to receive any service. I was given a receipt and told to call the number if need. Help and the number is disconnected.
The guys who put in the unit were great that’s it.
Dont waste your time with this company

I built a new house and had this company install a system. They installed everything but the AC Condenser. Finished up drywall and then called to try and get the unit fired and Condenser installed. No response for months. Finally got ahold of the "owner" on facebook. Got the run around from him. Had another AC Company come try and finish the job. Ended up taking everything out because the duct work was not to code. the returns were way to close to the stove, and on top of that proved that they had installed a used Furnace. Got with American Standard and they graciously replaced it.

This company is a complete joke. Take a drive by their location it looks like trash. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SCAM PEOPLE!!!!! I lost $10K+ on this company last year.

I have been with Wortman Central Air for 18 satisfying years. Cannot say enough about the service (office personnel), owners and exceptionally professional men who have taken care of my HVAC needs over the years. I give them a 5-Star PLUS. Need I say more?

Wortman gave me a very fair and competitive price on my new York Heat/AC unit. Vinset and Kao arrived at exactly 9 am and began dismantling the old system. Damerius arrived with the new one about a half an hour later. The asked permission to remove the gate and then replaced it asa they got the old one out and the new one in. They were very careful to keep the gate closed as my dog went out occasionally for a check of the situation and a pat or two. The install went very well and they repaired the vent in my kitchen and completely reconstructed the (I believe it is called) plenium from the unit to the duct work. They were very courteous and worked very hard. Cleaned up after themselves and left about 2:45 or 3 pm. Thank you Wortman for a good experience.

Very pleased with the installation of the air and heating system. David and Eak were very personable and courteous. They worked diligently to ensure customer satisfaction. David was very thorough in explaining how to operate the system and how it should be maintained. They cleaned and hauled all of the trash away.

Wortmans installed our new HVAC system six years ago and it has run flawlessly ever since...well, until the dog chewed off the lines connecting the system . On a very hot Friday evening (Memorial day weekend no less) a technician came to our home within two hours and had us back in the Cool! Thank you Benji for being so professional, prompt, caring and amazing!

Always had great service from Wortman. When they replaced my system a few years ago, they arrived ahead of schedule, completed ahead of schedule, and there wasn't a stray piece of anything outside or inside when they left. Had a repair scheduled recently, and everything went great this time too.

Great company to do business with. We had two A/C units installed and it couldn't have been better. Shout out to Virginia our sales person. Bengie our tech guy for working hard on finishing touches. Great company, outstanding people and exceptional service.

Wortman installed new heat pump, backup electric heater, additional attic insulation, foam insulation on knee walls and sealed the ducts. Their work was done with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. The work was from Mon to Fri. The crews showed up when they said they would and cleaned up every day before leaving. I highly recommend Wortman.

This heat caught us off guard when our AC suddenly stopped working. Nick came to our house after the regular workday hours to ensure we were taken care of. He got our AC up and running in no time! He was considerate of tracking in dirt and working around our belongings as if they were his own. Nick worked hard to find the issue with our system and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and fix the problem. Thanks to Wortman, and especially Nick, for making sure we didn’t have to sleep miserably in a hot house tonight! Wortman is always on our speed dial and never disappoint with fast customer service.

We had wortman come out to get a second opinion and sure glad we did. Turned out it was a totally different problem and we saved a minimum of $650. Our tech eak was courteous and knowledgeable. Didn't pressure us to get a new unit. But said to keep them in mind when we are ready to replace.

Wortman Heating and Air works like businesses are supposed to. Called up, a pleasant person answers, submits the order /complaint and they're calling back quickly. He was out within 2.5 hours. Told Benji what was happening and he went right to the problem. This was on a Memorial day weekend. Makes me glad I bought my new home heating and air from Wortman.

Don't know if my message came through earlier. Benji was most helpful to me in understanding how to balance two zones of heat and air. He is very knowledgeable and reprogrammed our thermostats to meet our need for simplicity - aging brains need to keep technology simple and useful! I hope he will be able to return this winter to do the maintenance check!

This is my first time using Wortman for air conditioning issues. They were able to come out in the afternoon and correct the issue quickly. I was so impressed with David's, tech, knowledge and willingness to explain that I joined their maintenance agreement program.

Mr. Sellman was here this morning to check my furnaces for the season. When he arrived he introduced himself and gave me two new filters. However, I had already replaced my filters the end of Oct. He checked both of my furnaces and checked the carbon dioxide. He was very efficient. Very nice employee and felt confident in him.

We had just bought our first house and it had no central HVAC whatsoever, or ducting.

Virginia met me on a Saturday morning and quoted me a great price and assured me of great service. This is precisely what we received!

All the men on the crew were polite, conscientious, professional, and clearly proud of the good work they do. They accommodated requests and communicated clearly.

I am looking forward to the 10 years of HVAC use under warranty, the system seems great and we are thankful for Wortman making our new home cozy and warm.

Outstanding service in all respects! Replaced all the ductwork in our house.
