AC went out in the summer due to a leak. Called Jahmal with J&J Heating and Air and he came out the same day to locate the problem. He refilled my refrigerant to hold me over due to it being so hot in my home and also installed a new AC unit the next day all for a very reasonable price. Business who shows they not only care about their work but also care about their customers! Will definitely be using J&J Hearing and Air if I have any problems in the future.

During The week of those 100 degree temperature days I had three calls in to different companies to fix my air conditioning but when I called J&J he came about an hour and a half to see the problem. He didn’t have the part but ordered it that night and came back the next day to fix it . He was very professional and efficient.

We called in for a diagnosis and received fast, quality service. Jahmal was very professional as he explained every detail of his process. He even provided maintenance tips to prevent near future issues! We will be using J&J for all our future HVAC needs.

When I came home from vacation to a house that was 85 degrees, I called Jamal. He arrived within 1 hour (when other companies I called said it would be three days) and had my AC back up and running within 20 minutes. He was professional and efficient. I definitely recommend and will be using his services again (if I ever need to).

Professional and quick. I feel customers should know about the service fee call and how much before service instead of after service and included in the bill. Also, hard copy receipts should be an option choice.

Just had these guys install a 4 ton system from American Standard. Super happy with their professionalism and communication. Great guys and they were quick to get on the job when we needed it done fast. Price was literally 30% cheaper than the price of the two other quotes I got from larger companies in town and I've got nothing but good things to say.

In February of this year, the coldest week of the month Jahmal and Steven came out to my house and put a new heating and air system in. They worked in the freezing cold and did an excellent job I had to thank them for coming out in this freezing cold weather and get some heat put in my home. They did a job above and beyond their call of duty. And again THANK YOU SO MUCH.
