Josh at Comfort Class came to service our heat pump. He is very knowledgeable and did excellent work. He also took time to explain what was done, provide useful tips and make recommendations for how we can get the most out of our unit. I highly recommend both Josh and Comfort Class and will definitely call them for any future servicing, upgrades and repair work.

Comfort class installed ventless gas logs for me and I have been very pleased with the performance as well as the service provided by their technician, Kody. all of my questions and concerns were addressed professionally.

Kody was informative and very polite. We're looking forward to seeing him again when repairs are made. He tolerated our heeler, which can be above board sometimes.

I had noticed flecks of plastic and insulation bits. Called for an appointment and today was the day. Josh from Comfort Class called and let me know he was to be at house. He was prompt and very knowledgeable of how the ductwork was and went over the previous service call. All questions were answered and I was reassured that what I was seeing on occasion was normal for the previous work that had been done.
I would recommend this service to my friends and family if their heater is acting up or needs a look at to make sure it’s functioning properly.

Professional service , nice young man. Left a voice mail , but has never got back to me to visit over the phone on fixing gas fireplace. Looked like it mainly needed a 4 foot piece of vent pipe , then said they don’t make them anymore and would need a new insert ? ( on his voicemail ) - I’ve called several times asking for him to call me back whenever he got back home. Would like to discuss it in more detail and share the videos with me that he took while he serviced the fireplace. Left me hanging ? But , otherwise very professional and nice young man whom was very detailed while here at my house.

Richard and Larry were very professional! I really appreciate the time they took to explain the process, answer my questions, and offer suggestions for down the road. We haven’t used our fireplace in many years because we were worried that it may need repairs. I have peace of mind knowing that my fireplace is safe to use and look forward to many fires to come!

Cody, Devin, and the team did an excellent, highly professional service of rebuilding our fireplace to properly vent and meet the safety standards we required.
