Matt gave exceptional customer service, was extremely knowledgeable, and arrived in under an hour at 8pm. He kept us from having to get a hotel room seeing that it was over 90 degrees in the house. We are very very happy with AirStar, LLC and would recommend to everyone!!

AirStar was recommended to me by my co worker, who used them at her subway locations. I've personally have had 2 interactions with them and the workers have always been very pleasant. They came to look at our old dino ice machine, which we ended up replacing the next day. I called them the day we got a new machine to see if they could hardwire a 500lb ice machine for us, and he sent a crew out that same afternoon and got the job completed safety. We will definitely be using them for any future services need. Thanks again!

I had to have a new furnace and air conditioner installed last Fall. Before that I wanted an honest assessment of whether my furnace could make it through the winter. I went through a few contractors before coming to AirStar. Matt and his team worked diligently with my first request, and after a couple of repair calls explained some of the hazards of waiting. I decided to contract with their team to install a whole new system. They were extremely prompt, professional, and offered great pricing that was tailored to my needs. When I've had any follow up questions or concerns Matt makes sure to treat me as a priority. From a customer standpoint, I couldn't ask for better service. If you want an honest and reliable service, choose AirStar.

This is the best company! I had to purchase a new specialty AC and Matt came out to see what was needed, ordered the new AC and installed it. He texted at each step of the way to keep me updated on when the AC was ordered and when it would be delivered, etc. Matt has the very best communication I've had from any company ever. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he does everything he says he is going to do plus more. He and his team arrived on time, laid plastic on the floor to protect wood floors and carpet, and worked extremely fast to get the job done. I highly recommend this company!

I would AVOID these guys. I had a good experience with K&M Shillingford after having a bad experience with this company.

I called them out to my condo during the Artic Blast in Feb 2021 due to one of my heating units not working. The tech that came out said they couldn't do any work that day due to the setup of the system and they would have to come back another day. I was fine with them not being able to do the work due to the risk of having to shut off heating to other residents in the complex. However, they do a lot of work in my complex (so they know how the system is) and should have been familiar with this setup ahead of time. Additionally, per the call note on the invoice I told them it was a boiler system. They are also aware the units dont come originally installed with shutoff valves.

The problem came when I received a $125 bill for them spend 20 minutes here and tell me they can't do anything that day (to be clear I did not tell them they couldn't work, they told me they couldnt work). Additionally, I did not even get an answer on what the problem is, I was told it might be coil but they would not know until it was flushed (I already told them when I called that I thought it was the coil, as it shows in the call note on the invoice). So no help there.

I spoke with Scott Soder (whom appears to be the owner based off their website) about this and told him I don't think I should be paying $125 for a company to tell me they can't do the work (as stated above they should have known they wouldn't have prior to coming out) that day and where I got no value from their services. I asked that the invoice be voided if I am going to pay them to come out again and perform the work I originally called them out to do. He refused to cancel the invoice and even went so far as to threaten to file in small claims court if didn't pay it (lol).

They obviously don't care about retaining customers as they allowed a shoddy $125 invoice get in the way of likely $750+ in revenue and future referrals to other neighbors in my complex. Major red flag!

On 12/09/25 van 29 rode everyone’s tail lights and drove erratically on the creek turnpike around 730 AM, wouldn’t use a company that can’t hire competent drivers. Do better.

This place was a life saver. Subzero temps and all others places could not get to us for days. They came immediately. My son was house sitting and was with out heat. I highly recommend this company.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were on time and very professional. They called ahead to make sure I knew they were on their way. They were very thorough and explained what was going on with the system. Prices were very reasonable on parts and service.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The fellas at Main Street Mechanical are the best. We’re not quite ready to replace our furnace but it’s definitely nearing that point. MSM serviced our furnace and we’re confident we can continue to rely on the old girl until we’re ready for an upgrade.
