Can't get a phone call or any answers. I tell u it didn't take long for them to cash the check when we paid them but getting them to stand behind their work now that seems to be the issue

Paid for a 5 ton complete unit they installed the wrong unit ripped me off they also stole my old unit and now they dont respond to my calls he ripped me off.stay away from these guys they are bad he replaced the fan with a motor he ordered on amazon really bad deal. Now i have to report him to the better business and file a law suit against him..

Needed work done on a Sunday night. Jacob came over and determined the compressor had failed. He removed the units and prepped the the area. Jacob came back in the morning and had my new unit installed and running by noon. Great company!!!

I had quotes from several different companies. Dallas quoted me the HVAC total replacement a lot less and did good work. We are happy with our new Goodman system. I will recommend Dallas to anyone looking to save some money without giving up quality work.

Unreliable, flaky, and extremely unprofessional. Dallas Stites is the owner and will install the units for you, but that’s all you can expect from them. Numerous phone calls/texts has received no response.

If you decide to ignore this review and there’s any problem down the road, good luck - you’re on your own.

My sons double wide trailer needed new everything. We could not get anyone to even give a quote And We had gone through 8...yes 8 companies. Finally one did after 3 months. Dallas called right away and quoted a cheaper price.
Not only was it cheaper but within one day his team drove to okc for our new furnace then drove to bartlesville and finished the duct repair furnace and new ac unit by 630pm. When I say they are angels I do mean it. We appreciate you and we will be using you in the future

Dallas called me to let me know he’d be sending out his AC techs this morning. They arrived within hours despite having other jobs to complete first. The techs that got sent, Deontae and Xavier were polite, professional, hard working and dedicated to the point of not taking breaks in temperatures of 104f. They stayed until they were sure my AC was working properly. I would and will recommend them again!

WORST service I have ever encountered. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! The first worker Dallas (the owner) stuck on our job installed our units incorrectly. We were having issues for weeks. Dallas didn’t return our calls or texts for over a week. He also hires unlicensed workers who obviously don’t know what they are doing. If you want your HVAC to work DO NOT use this company.

Dallas definitely deserves your business! He has gone above and beyond to help me out with all my home ac needs over the years. The service is always quick, professional, and fairly priced. Three years ago in the dead of summer my entire outside unit had to be replaced and I was completely stressed about how I was going to cover the cost. Dallas helped me out and allowed me to purchase my unit directly from the supplier at contractor cost. He didn’t make a dime and didn’t know me or owe me any favors, just helped me out, just wanted a reasonable fee for Labor. Saved me thousands just because it was a nice thing to do. So please support this guy!

Zero stars. This guy left a positive review for his own business, ha! That should tell you everything you need to know. His prices are the lowest and you get what you pay for. Complete nightmare from the beginning. Ordered the wrong unit twice, sent out techs for the install and they had no idea what they were doing. Incorrect wiring, ceiling damage, attic ladder damage, disrespectful and rude on the phone. Less than one year later and the brand new unit won't get our house any cooler than 75 degrees. He offers a one year warranty but he will ghost you as soon as you pay. Had a real HVAC company out today and he pointed out the multiple mistakes/shortcuts they made. Don't fall for the low prices like I did. Pony up a little more money and hire a reputable company (I highly recommend 1st Choice HVACR, fairly priced and HONEST). STAY AWAY!!

Dallas installed a new unit for my grandma's house. The unit worked well throughout the summer. It cooled extremely well. When winter came and we kicked the heater on it didn't work. We called him up and he explained to us it's only him and one other tech. He explained that he would get out as soon as possible. When they came out, they found a bird nest in the exhaust. They had it up and running great!

When I hired this company to complete a full install with a new ac unit and furnace I thought they were doing a great job, however the ac has not worked right since the beginning, the faulty install caused water damages to my home causing thousands of dollars for water damage repairs along with ac repairs, and now the owner refuses to respond to my calls, texts and emails forcing me to take matters in my own hands to resolve this. At the time I hired the company, I was a single mother with no other financial support and their quote was great. I got what I paid for and cost me much more in the long run. Please be careful and use a credible company!!!!
