Ususally dependable and claim to be 24/7 but they turned their phone system off over the weekend. Tried to call on(7/5/14 and 7/6/14) from several different numbers. No answer no message line. Lost product and money.

Got us in immediately and figured out the issue with APU in a timely manner. Got us fixed and on our way same morning!

Very HAPPY with service there probably wasn't there an hour and they had my Apu fixed highly recommend

After Hours was quick and too the point. Got me in and out without any delay. AC is Blowing ice cold! Much appreciated and I will be using thos location on the future.

Hubby takes his semi there to get his APU worked on. They do fair work, but nothing above & beyond what's reported or written, even if they find another problem.

These guys are really good at what they do. The wait time is usually pretty short and they get the job done. I highly recommend this company.

Gal told me i had a REEFER alt on my apu. Hate when people think they know all and we just dummies. Called okc and he told me their 2 interchange numbers on same alt. That guy GREAT

Sorry, lazy scam-artist. Charged me $600 plus for service and parts they didn't provide. My unit broke down 2 days later. Another Thermo King mechanic went behind them and pointed out everything they did not do. Horrible experience.

They’re currently the best option for our freezers, freezer van, and freezer trailer. They have a very local feel. This work is expensive no matter where you go. I enjoy working with them.

Took the time to help me out. Went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. Would definitely use if I was in the area.

These folks are the Real Deal. New facilities. Staffed with Mechanics, not just "Techs". They listen to Driver's, make suggestions, and work quickly. They won't waste your time!

I had problems with an air heater in my RV n called to ask if they could help, and Larry said to bring it on in. They spent many hours evaluating and running diagnostic tests to determine the problem. Ray stayed late, after they closed to help fix it. They will do whatever it takes to get you back on the road! I will post their info on our RV website to let other people know where to go when they have a problem that needs fixing in Tulsa, OK!!!

I was in a rush and had a load to pick up. My reefer wouldn't cool and needed freon. I called these guys and they got me right in. Dean was very quick and knowledgeable and got me all charged up. I was out of there in minutes. Thank you Thermoking of Tulsa!

Had a failing reefer unit, the standby mechanics came in on a Friday evening and knocked out a reefer swap. They did a quick and thorough job. Thanks for your hard work!

The shop is a great shop brand new with location in specially the Tech ken. he did an awesome job for me replaced my receiver tank and he did a excellent job he was very patient good mechanics excellent mechanics.
