Had a new apu installed on 08/21/17. Have had in the shop 3 times. Twice for fuel leak at tank and once two wires loose in black box under bunk. Workmanship sucks. And all the have to say is "well at least under warranty". So if u don't have too, don't stop in there.

The guys at the Tulsa Thermo King are the best......period! My truck had been at the Freightliner dealership in Birmingham for about three weeks. After two weeks they said it was ready but when I hit the freeway it was doing the same thing and now my apu was not working. Took it back they kept it another week and this time accidentally disconnected my a/c. When I arrived at Thermo King I was frustrated and disappointed by everything that had happened prior to me arriving there. It was after two o'clock Friday afternoon but they got me into the shop in less than 20 minutes. The technician diagnosed the problem created by Freightliner and had it fixed in less than an hour, they also found a leak and repaired it and installed a new vent in my sleeper. When I received my bill I thought they had made a mistake and under charged me. The next time I have a problem with my apu I will wait until I get back to Tulsa Thermo King to have it repaired or serviced. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!

Ken the service technician is the best, came in for a simple parameter adjustment on my APU, he adjusted it and also found that I had a bad aligment on the serpentine belt and replaced the belt as well, fast and efficient this place is, definitely will come back if I need any future repairs or service, thank you Ken

I had previously purchased a used TriPak APU with HVAC system. A major delay on my part in returning to Tulsa Thermoking promptly for repair was necessary. Making sure I communicated right from the first all issues, and the reason for my delay to them from the very first, Ken, James, Garth, and Lin at Tulsa Thermoking jumped on the job as soon as I arrived. The system had several issues, but they addressed each and every issue. It took an expected couple days of testing to make sure it was all up and running properly - I made sure all that time was available in order to complete the work.
I'm a very satisfied customer.

I had an out call on a Sunday ( Labor Day weekend). Jacob saved my load, reefer went down and needed immediate help.
I called and was met immediately and had a battery and alternator installed within the hour.
Additionally my reefer has been running with the caution light on , other techs had told me I needed a micro processor which is back ordered and simply unavailable.. Somehow in his ultimate wisdom as a technical guru, my problem was solved saving me a couple of thousand dollars between part and labor.
Jacob is the man.
Well worth the money I spent and was a happy ending to a near catastrophe.

Got here an hour and a half before they closed and they were able to get me in and get my apu fixed.

Nice location, easy access, and good people!

Also, got free donuts, while that did not influence my review ... ok maybe it did haha but I would still give them 5 stars even so.

Great shop. They are open til noon on Saturday too. Bobby and Jacob did a great job getting my apu and bunk heater fixed. Highly recommend these guys.

We started taking our truck to Thermo King about a year ago. We have found the service to be top rate! The staff is very helpful in getting us in and out quickly so we can get back on the road. In the Trucking business " If you're not moving you're not making any money ". They understand and respect that concept. Thank you.

Well . I fixed my apu at this location spending 1500 $ than i had the problem back after the manager saw my review he asked me to bring my truck back and i did and they didn't charge me . Really they took care of it honestly and i really appreciate it that action . After 2 weeks later my apu does not working anymore. The thing that i complained about it's the man who work on my apu the first time he's the same one who worked on it second time .. honestly he's not professional. 2 times after 8 hours or more working on it and still have the problems that's make me not happy. It was really bad experience. Thank you.

Pleased with the service by Ray. He did diagnose the problem with the new install. It did take awhile and several mechanics in and out of the truck to diagnose the issue, but once solved it works great. I would get service here again. The guy in charge was really pleasant as well. Thank you thermo king.

My apu was barely running and smoking like my truck was on fire. They got me right in, serviced, fixed, and even washed the dirt and grime off the motor at my request. Even rewired the shut off switch for free. It’s running better than ever now.

Ken is an amazing, experienced, reliable hard worker. He's very informative and knows how to get a good job done. His skills are impressive and I am always happy to receive his service. Hes the best mechanic you have! And it wouldnt hurt to give the guy a new hat.

Thermo King of Tulsa was excellent. Great service, great communication, everything was great. I had an issue with an APU. They got my truck in and out in less than 90 minutes. Highly recommended.

This review is a few weeks late but we had a failure while hauling a load. Our company gave us the wrong address, when we finally found the place Ken was on the phone with our company trying to find out if we were okay because we hadn't shown up yet. He then got our load to temp and fixed the issue. He is by far the most well mannered person I have dealt with in years! On top of that he kept us informed, got us on the road fast, and as promised we didn't have another issue. I wish everyone was half the worker he is!!!

Ken with Thermo king of Tulsa has been helping me with my APU questions for several years now. He has gone to great lengths to help me figure out what’s going on. Everyone I have talked to has been cordial. I go to them with all my Thermo king needs.

Parts department is absolutely amazing! The Parts Manager Garth, is extremely helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure that we as a customer are taken care of fast and efficiently. Definitely recommend working with him any chance you get!

They quote you one price then when it’s done they give you an over inflated cost or you can’t get your truck back. I do not recommend Thermo King.

Do yourself a favor & come here for your bunk heater service. The staff are friendly, informative, and respectful of your time. It's night and day compared to other thermokings. Clean restrooms, coffee, and water available.

I was skeptical at first about all the positive reviews. But I must say I experienced the great service today. From the gentleman who greeted me to find out what I needed to the techs who are friendly and courteous. They had a tech right on it to bleed and change fuel filter. Was in and out in under an hour.

Always great service and prices 2 years later.

Pulled in today needing my APU checked and serviced. (Red triangle of death) I got right in. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and it was fixed in about an hour. I arrived around 1445 and was out of the gate by 1600.

They are very goodly and they do a great job. I was going to their Shop last 3 years. I like their services. I never had any issues what ever they fixed . Thanks Guys
