Great service, I had some issues, and they were resolved. Maybe there a little longer than I expected, but they got what I needed done. Oh, and they got me in quickly....nice waiting area as well.

Bought a new 2020 Pete down the road at Rush and brought it here to have brand new APU installed.

Highly professional staff. I was really impressed with the attention to detail. They worked with me to get all the things in the right place and even installed my new Chain Hanger for me.

Extremely satisfied with this place. It's a new facility with plenty of parking, nice comfortable driver lounge.

Went to Thermo king with apu issues on a truck I just bought they serviced apu recharge Freon and found a leaking precooler and a bad wire all done at a great price customer service was great and a nice waiting room I was very pleased with the service and prices I highly recommend this location

Ken was awesome!! Got me in and out no problem fixing all my issues!!

They were suppose to swap out a fuel injection pump on my tripac evolution apu - something they said would take a few hours. What I got instead for my $973 bill was an APU that was in MUCH worse condition when I picked it up than when I brought it in... Not running, everything covered in oil, nuts and bolts missing, parts put back on out of alignment and finger tight, bolts just setting in holes, a bolt stripped out of the head, smashed condenser fins, a $200 fuel pump that I didn't need, grease stains on the walls, seat, and carpet in my truck. Plus two days out of service. This place is a joke.

Editing after seeing their comment "No record of work being performed." Invoice No. WM52754 in the amount of $972.62 is the record.

I was provided with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the very beginning.
My HAT off to KEN and BOBBY who helped me fix the issue with the APU but more importantly they noticed some OIL in my COOLANT RESERVOIR.
OMW to Dealership to fix this before any further damage to my semi.
This place is THE REAL DEAL !!

Michael was excellent. Hard working, fair and honest. He was able to locate the problem with my air unit and fix it. I have used several other companies but this is easily the best. I won’t use anyone else from here on out!

Mike was kind honest and hardworking. As solo mother I have to be careful to not get hustled out of my money with service techs, but Mike was the exception. He had to go quite a few different types of maintenance on my ac unit but figured it out. It’s blowing cold and wonderfully now. I was suggested by a family friend Mike because of her most excellent experience with him. This man deserves your business. He is a man who wants to do his job correctly and get paid what is fair. I trust this man and highly suggest him for your heating and air needs.
