So happy to find this company. We bought a house and they were able to fix a problem that had been there because it was originally installed improperly years ago. The were reliable, friendly, explained everything well and gave us options for solutions. 10 out of 10 service!

I called for a split unit that was giving up problems. They came out that day cleaned it up got it running good and also made a video. The service guy spent time explaining what we can do to help the system run better. Tricks to keep it in good shape. I was very pleased and will use them again.

Sutton braved the snowy conditions late at night and came out had us back and running very quickly! Sutton had great communication throughout the repair!

I saw them working in our neighborhood (BA) and gave them a call when our AC went out. We had a wonderful experience starting with Vickie in dispatch (talking to a live person is the first amazing thing these days). Dwayne came out very quickly to diagnose our AC issues, we were grateful they were able to see us so quickly. We knew we needed a new system, ours was 20+ years old and had been fixed/replacement components multiple times. This was one of the few companies that worked with our budget instead of trying to sell us a system the price of a new car. Both Dwayne and Danny answered all our questions thoroughly and Danny went through the contract line by line and helped us make adjustments and get the install scheduled immediately. The new system is so quiet, we barely know it's running. The variable speed is sure to save us money on the electric bill as well. We are extremely happy with the system we got, we feel it was high value for an economical price. Most of the bigger companies have a "corporate" process that takes longer, is higher pressure and more expensive, but Service Wizards is still doing things the old school way. The techs and foreman who came out for the install were excellent, courteous, and efficient. We are so happy to have found an HVAC company to stick with!

Seth came out twice and did a great job. Replaced 2 full AC units and made it quick and easy. Came out again and helped discover a drainage problem with the coil drain and fixed it up. Great service and I can tell he loves what he does. Doesn’t get better than that.

Sutton was so polite and knowledgeable! He came out to help with our unit, diagnosed and fixed right away. Within an hour or so we had cold ac again! Really thankful for his knowledge and professionalism! He’s the best! By far one of the best, if not the best experience I’ve had with hvac company!

We had our central heat stop working on the coldest day of the year- on a weekend, no less.

Excellent, professional work. Myron did a fantastic job. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, and answered all my questions. Lightning had fried my capacitor, but Myron quickly cleaned everything up and replaced the bad wiring. Thanks, Service Wizards!

Sutton and his journeyman trainee were an AWESOME service tech team!! They were well above 5 stars…..so detailed and thorough, checking every item associated with fall maintenance. No tech has ever checked our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms but they were checked today AND they discovered the CM alarms did NOT have batteries in them!! I had batteries and they installed them in each alarm and tested each alarm to make sure it was working!! Their people skills were super and they treated us like we were their beloved grandparents!! We are so pleased to have had them service our units and look forward to their returning to do service on our units next spring!!

I called Service Wizards to do an install started by another HVAC installer. They came out the same day I called and gave me a price and started the job the next morning. They were totally finished in 2 days. In addition they serviced two units at rental housing. They were prompt, clean and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Dwayne was able to quickly isolate the minor issue affecting intermittent flame from the pilot. Also, recommended and provided quote for upcoming AC repairs. Very professional and polite. Service Wizards will be my go to for HVAC service!

Our heating unit stopped working, but Service Wizards were able to come out that afternoon. Everyone from Vicki on the phone to Dwayne, who fixed our problem, were extremely friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend! We were informed about the maintenance program and signed up for it.

They take great care of our large church facility! Easy to work with, techs are friendly, and they can do everything! A/C, Electrical, and Plumbing.

Worst experience of my lifetime. Was supposed to fix a slab leak. THEY DID NOT!! Refused to fix the problem saying they had fixed it. They don't stand by the supposed warranty!! Did not follow the rules of proper inspections. Now I'm out money with no repair. A SLAB LEAK OF ALL THINGS!! THEY DONT CARE!! Well today is February 10th. I have no resolution. My slab leak is still not repaired. I'm living right now having to turn hot water off and on. You can see the water gushes out as we speak, it's in the same hole they dug but they say it's a additional leak. They caused this. A city inspector was never called and the very well could have just covered it up backfilling the area and damaging the pipe. Who would know since no inspector saw it. Called again this morning Richard Shoemaker said they would charge me to come back out. Yes, I'm livid, what consumer wouldn't be.

Shoemaker AC is the best service company I have ever interacted with. They are kind and empathetic when I call. I have an old house with some weird quirks and they've worked with me to find solutions that fit my needs and my budget time and again. They have never tried to sell me products or services I didn't need. In fact, once we thought I might need to replace a part but Phillip (HVAC Superhero) kept working at it until he got the part fixed without replacing it. When the time came to replace my outdoor unit, there was no pressure to make a decision, no pitches or "big sale if you act now." They do this everyday with integrity, honesty, and passion. Shoemaker is quality work from quality people.
