ABA Service installed our new heat/air system last week. Todd and his crew did a great job!!! Highly recommend for service too.

We were referred to ABA 2 summers ago. We were given their contact info after 2 TV advertised local companies told us that we were destined to replace both of our AC units by 2021 because of industry rules and regs. ABA came out and fixed the issue for 1/100th of the cost and our units work great still to this day.

This last week, my mother/father-in-law had their 4 ton downstairs unit go out(yes, even I could take one look and verify it was fried). ABA installed a 4 ton unit for considerably less than another company had installed a 2 ton upstairs unit for them 4 years ago.

This group of people are awesome! When I married my husband and we had our 1st mishap with our air conditioner I was told "ABA is who I use....you have to use them". Now I know why..they are great! Very courteous, polite and always get to us within a few days. So if you want a dependable company with fair pricing...call ABA!

They did an absolutely wonderful job! They fixed our air conditioner in about twenty minutes. This was the third service we had over to our house and the other two wanted to replace the whole unit and spent hours and hours doing nothing. ABA came in and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price.

We have used ABA for over 15 years for our heat pumps and HVAC. Todd and Bill do a great job, they are honest and reasonable in their price with quick service. Kelly at the office is also helpful. They have diagnosed and fixed an issue with the outside condenser, replace a leaking inside AC heat exchanger, replace a broken gas furnace and installed a new system. They leave the worksite clean and take extra care when working inside. I high recommended them.

ABA installed our furnace several years ago, and did a great job. When I clicked it on several days ago, nothing happened. Todd came out, discovered the issue, and quickly repaired it. Absolutely fantastic! Not only did Sutton arrive right at 8am - he was great with our dogs! He figured out the problem within 5 minutes- had the part already ready in his truck - he fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Came and explained everything to us. He noticed we had plugs missing and threw in caps at no charge so we weren’t losing the coolant or whatever word it is. He even tested all the air ways to make sure things were all fixed before assuming the problem was fixed. Prices were affordable and he put up with my husbands yammering 😂

Richie was really professional and very helpful. Got the job done quickly and our house back to having cool air.

Wow! Great customer service. We were scheduled within a few days after reaching out to them. They are based in Tulsa but traveled to us in Bartlesville. They had a crew of 3 working hard around the clock. They were kind and even cleaned up areas of mess that they did not create.
I highly recommend this company. They stand behind their work and I know we are in good hands for our AC needs. We have 2 units and they replaced one and if/when our other goes out they will be who I call for help again.

Working through the process with the warranty company was challenging, but working with Vicky and Dwayne at Quick Temp made it easier. Vicky worked tirelessly with the warranty company on my behalf and kept me updated. Dwayne was the hands on site tech who went above and beyond to get heat into my house. Not only was he professional, but he showed great caring for me throughout the 7 weeks that it took to completely solve the problems and get a new unit installed. Thank you. Are these guys are true life savers! Myron came out to our home, diagnosed and fixed the prowith our heater in less than an hour. He was very professional and polite. Richie was very knowledgeable and gracious in fixing my a/c problem. He even took time to explain to me what I needed to be aware of to maintain the unit. I recommend Quick Temp for any AC jobs that need to be done. They are responsible, reliable and honest.

I wanted to take a moment and update my comments/review from several weeks ago leaving Quick Temp an initial 2 star (**) review. Since then, they have worked diligently to sort out my issues, placing my unresolved problems atop of their priority list. Now having everything corrected and fixed, I feel obliged to alter my initial review; changing it to 5 stars (*****). This "flip" is a result of the satisfaction I now have feeling that I was heard as a customer, which restored my confidence in their service. Thank you!

Below is my initial review...

It’s with heavy reservation that I post this review... we are new construction home owners that purchased a 20+ thousand dollar, 4 ton 3 zone unit from Quick Temp. The staff has been more than helpful throughout the build process as well as the service techs. However, since being in the home now (6mo+), we had a R50 roof vent that began failing the first week of May, where it was allowing in "GALLONS" of rain water through the vent cap then collecting in the air duct. We wouldn't have noticed except the ductwork began leaking which consequently, began leaking through the drywall onto the floor where we seen the water. We have documented proof of videos showing me dumping gallons of water after every storm. A replacement vent was obtained from Quick Temp, but when questioned if the new vent would provide ample protection, I was told by the owner, that he would “see if I can find another version.” That was over 3 weeks ago… multiple storms have come and gone, because we have to empty the buckets that collect the rainwater; keeping it from damaging our new home! Very frustrated that we have to be the ones pushing the issue to get this fixed.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! SUTTON CAME IMMEDIATELY TO FIX A LEAK IN OUR ATTIC WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. SO GRATEFUL FOR THEIR SERVICE! HE WAS VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL!

Just had these guys come out for a second opinion after another company came and quoted something insane! We we're having trouble with our heat, and the first company came out and said they needed to replace the whole system, nothing they could do. Would end up being some astronomical number. So we decided to get a second opinion. Next day, Myron from Service Wizards comes out, fixes the unit in (I kid you not) 15 minutes no problem. Been working great since. Quality service, and trustworthy.
