I met Josh at the Home and Garden show and he explained to me about the yearly service plan for my Units and it was a great deal on it. The technician showed up a couple days later and fully serviced my unit and was very knowledgeable about everything he was doing. Any question I have I call the office and they are really friendly and take care of they customers. Josh Copeland always checks in with me to make sure everything is going great, and I would recommend Elite 1000%.

Our A/C went out during the night. I called Kinty Jones first thing the next morning and they sent out their technician Antonio the same day. He was so very nice, and worked hard to fix our A/C. He did a fabulous job! Kinty Jones is who we'll call for any future heating/AC needs!

Our AC quit working last weekend, and Antonio came out Monday morning to check it out. Unfortunately it was the condenser and coil, so we had to replace both parts. With the rising temps, Kinty Jones was able to move some things around, and Antonio was back the next morning. By afternoon, our new AC was up and running! We really appreciated their quick responsiveness and ability to help us out. Kaylin was amazing in getting everything sorted and checking in on us a few days later to see how we were doing. I have used Elite Heat and Air since 1989 but they have recently changed to Kinty Jones Heating and Cooling. This is good change. They installed a new AC and heat unit for me. It was a good experience, very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. Very pleased with the new management.

From the very start, Kinty was exceptional! They helped me keep and fixed my air conditioning and I was allowed to pay afterwards. This helped me financially. The gentleman that came out was courteous and his knowledge was exceptional. He checked out everything and explained it all to me. He didn’t rush plus he helped me understand everything. The technicians, Jacob and Zach, were prompt, polite, and professional. They arrived on time and completed the installation within the estimated time frame.

The team was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently. They even took the time to explain the features of the new unit and how to use the thermostat efficiently.

The installation was done neatly, and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. The air conditioning unit is working perfectly, and I am very satisfied with the quality of work done by the team at Elite Service Company.
