Jon with Bailey service took care of me and my family when it comes to our A.C unit! I was having trouble with my unit. When I placed the air on a lower level it would never go down to what I placed it on and it stayed above 85° in my home until I called Jon. I was referred by a close neighbor to call him and when I did he was very courteous and respectful both on the phone and when we met. This guy literally spent four and a half hours spraying and washing down my AC unit inside and out. He took his time and made sure that when he was done cleaning out the coils in the AC unit that my home would be very cold. His prices are fair and he goes above and beyond what I even imagined from some of these other HVAC companies! I would never choose another company to work on my AC and heating unit. He will do you right and treat you fairly. He has since worked on a buddy of mines AC unit as well after I referred him. He was able to fix his unit as well and my buddy has called me bragging about how courteous and professional Jon and his company is. 👍👍👍

My furnace quit on a Friday night;. My friend, Kenny recommended this Bailey Home Services and Wow, Jon contacted me on a busy Saturday and showed up a few hours later.

He charged $165 to come out and he showed me the lights and then the back panel which 11 lights means to replace blower but he said, no you just have to clean it.

So he reset the furnace, will be back next week for $100 cleaning fee [very fair] and he added if the furnace goes out again, call him right away.

Very down to earth. He definitely wanted me to see/know all what he was doing for and will send me the invoice to send to the landlord who couldn’t be here today,

Elite gave me 2nd opinion which saved me thousands of dollars, as the 1st company told me a big part of my AC system had to be replaced which costed over $3200. Elite found the problem which was a just leak and fixed it quickly for 1/6 of total cost I would have paid to the 1st company if I hadn’t called Elite. I am SO GLAD I ended up hiring Elite, a company consumers can trust! Thank you!!

I need to share the experience that I had with Elite Company. I called to make appointment to get my PSO Thermostat installed. Lillie was so willing to help me and she also told me 2 call her back if I had any trouble with the app. Brandon came out and installed the thermostat and made sure I knew how 2 work it before he left. I recommend Elite for your PSO Install and your Heating and air needs.

Excellent service at competitive price. Josh removed the entire cover of both units to clean off the cottonwood fibers 👍

Lovely front office staff and sales person.

Everyone else in the process was brash and never at fault for the calamity of errors that incurred during our build process. Multiple things were not installed correctly that I had to ask more than once to be corrected, including having them come after our build was completed and we had closed on our house. (Example: we put in a Heat pump system as we were sold that it would be significantly more efficient. It certainly is now that it is actually turned on 2 1/2 months later.)

Furthermore, we never received a final bill for our HVAC system until a month and a half after closing due to an error in their system. Again, it was always on myself that errors occurred and there was never any leniency for their errors nor was there any consideration for a lowering of cost for anything.

The name Elite is misleading re: customer service and install.

They installed a new AC for my home, the installers seemed very knowledgeable & did a great job. I am very happy with the service they provided. I purchased a service agreement also & have referred Elite to several of my friends!!

Joel’s ability to diagnose and repair a problem is amazing. His prices are fair, his service is first rate. I’ve already referred him to two others, and we will never use anyone else again. I strongly recommend him. He fixed two problems that our home that others were not able to!

Elite installed a new AC, furnace and all of the ductwork. The management inspected the work and insisted that everything was finished properly. They were very professional and left the work area clean.
