Tate was absolutely amazing! He talked me through his findings and let me know everything upfront. He was very polite. When I spoke with Cecilia over the phone she was super nice and transparent about the pricing. I will be using Jack Nelson again (specifically using Tate).

Michael Leach was very thorough while installing a new ac unit and new ductwork in our crawl space. We are very pleased with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him in the future. Very pleased and cool.

Hot water tank needed replacement not even a month after lossing my husband the man that came out was very courteous and professional did a wonderful job and put my mind at ease

When you need 2 complete units replaced and it's by far the hottest day of the year, Jack Nelson is the group to call. Jack Nelson has serviced our units for 20 plus years and we've always been satisfied. Clayton, Justin and Keegan arrived around 9 and worked continually in this heat to get our units in. The crew didn't leave until after 9 that night. Keegan and Scott even came back this morning because I had a concern, they reassured me that everything was good to go! Good service, polite and hard working crew.

Once again a great experience with our fall service. Joseph S was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous! Did all of the work even after being stung by a wasp!! Thank you Joseph!

Jack Nelson's has been my service company since we bought our house in 2018. They are always on time, super professional and really do terrific work in a very reasonable time frame. I give kudos and highly recommend Jeremy Parker and Mark Qua, both friendly and kept informed thru every step. I called this morning and my A/C was humming cooly again by 2 pm. We got on their service plan after about 4 years and have found it well worth the money.

I am new to Tulsa and my thermostat went out during a heat wave! I am very pleased with the service!! They responded quickly to my call and were able to schedule that evening , even with it being August heat. The technician, Mark Roads, was outstanding! He very professional, knowledgeable and thorough at checking everything and explained everything clearly and went the extra mile . Highly recommend this company and technician Mark Roads!

We use Service Experts (formerly Jack Nelson) for everything HVAC & plumbing. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, & communicate well. Tate was just back out here & did an awesome job w/our repairs!

Scott and David from Jack Nelson Service Experts did an outstanding job! They were friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about my HVAC system. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently.

Had a drain clog up on us after hours, Jack Nelson Service Experts was the only provider who said they could come out same day. Gina received our call and was very kind, patient and followed through on contacting on call and keeping us updated on arrival times.

Tate took great care of us, very polite and friendly, explained what was going on and gave us recommendations for improving our old homes plumbing. Already scheduled another appointment for external access to the main line, will be using this company for any issues in the future!

I had a faulty furnace flue, and was able to get it fixed the same day. Diego was my technician, and he provided excellent service.

My review from after installation a couple years ago was removed somehow but I’ll just post one again, because the issues continue to persist. I would give negative stars if I could.

Heat and air system has had nothing but problems ever since they installed it NEW. I am paying a large amount of money monthly already to have this thing that barely works, and was told if I want the problems with it to stop I’ll have to fork out even more money!

Also, when they came out to install the unit a couple years ago, they were specifically told not to park in an area of our yard because they would sink and get stuck. Well, they ignored us and did it anyways and what do you know, they got stuck. And have gotten stuck in the same place a couple more times since. They never fix the massive holes they leave in my yard! We have to fill and flatten them ourselves every time. Scratched up my kitchen and laundry room floors upon install, too.

Stay away from here, I don’t know how they have any good reviews at all because I have had nothing but problems since I got a system from here. Truly disappointing considering the large amount of money I’m paying every single month to have this thing that BARELY EVEN WORKS. Always breaking down and can’t keep up in the actual summer heat.

(All of this to exclude the work of one single maintenance tech named Jeremy, he has been the only one there who seems to know what he’s doing on our unit, and the only one to ever get our unit fixed for more than a couple months.)

We have a Mitsubishi ductless 12000 BTU that needed cleaning. Our contact was Jennifer.
Ductless systems can be a challenge to clean. Although Jennifer couldn’t remove the outside enclosure due to the constraints where it was mounted. She still had the proper equipment to effectively clean our system the best that she could. She’s quite diligent and would have no problems recommending her for cleaning your ductless.

Your technician, Jennifer Smith, did a great job. She went way beyond what any other tech that has ever been here has done. She was very professional and took plenty of time, even cleaning vents and taking photos to show me various things. Based on my experience with this visit, I would recommend your company to others.

The servicemen and women have been excellent. They know their business and you can see the pride they take with their work. I want to thank all who have responded quickly to our needs of safety and health concerns. We will be breathing fresh air and have hot water on demand too! Our basement will be secure with the newly installed sump pump. Thank you!!

I guess Scott thought; "Since this customer has trash in his yard, I can leave my trash too." That's not the case. When I pay $1097 for a service, I expect professionalism, common courtesy, and cleanliness. He just threw his trash down wherever he was.

Brian Garcia checked out the system and made sure the issue was fixed, customer thought was bad circuit breaker, turns out to be just needed to be reset, thanks so much. Back from Michigan and now our house is cool like back home. Great service even on Sunday.
P.S the service tech Brian G was very efficient.

Jacob did a great and thorough job on my maintenance services! He explained things thoroughly and did a very good job! I would prefer that he come to my house for future services!

My water main shut off valve sprung a leak. No matter what I tried I was not able to fix it myself. Tate came out to help. He was very polite, professional, and informative. He even gave us some great advice for our water line, our well (if we want to set it up again) and other services they offer.

No upcharge, no hard sales. It wasn't cheap. But I have water and my wife is happy.

My only complaint is I live too far away (Stilwell) and it took a little longer for him to get here from Tulsa. ( Not their fault)
