Definitely pleased with the service. They connected our gas dryer for us. Called on Wednesday and service was done on Thursday. Was in and out in about an hour. It was a little more expensive than expected, but I would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience in dealing with Jack Nelson HVAC was excellent. I received electronic updates with Scott and Michael arriving on time. Scott's analysis of my situation was impressive as he was most knowledgeable and identified the issues with two recommended corrective options. Mike, the residential salesperson was also involved in discussion the corrective actions and was most helpful. While I am considering the options, I have received thorough written proposals for the corrective options. After the two professionals left, I have received phone calls to further discuss any questions I have along with further details of the two options. The organization of Jack Nelson HVAC Services is impressive. As initially stated, the whole process has been well above my expectations!

The Plumber was hard working. He has great work ethics. He installed everything correctly and in good time. Thank you for having employees that take pride in their work.

Terrible service. I have been out of working AC in my new house that came with a warranty and have been getting the run around for days now and had multiple people tell me they'll call me back and never do. Finally had someone come out and he was fine but he didn't have the fan, again he told me they would call me in the morning to let me know what was going on and what they would do but never did. I installed new wood flooring and now the house is without AC and I have no idea what to do. Everytime I call it directs me to another country and no one is helpful. This wouldn't be such a big problem if I HAD COMMUNICATION FROM SOMEONE. No has called me back.

I'm 60 years old and things have gotten expensive these days. Plumber Matt was a no nonsense honest guy who worked with me on finding cheaper solutions and gave me advice which is hard to find these days. You've got a customer for life now. *Edit: Matt no longer works there, just a bunch of snake salesman trying to rip you off, make sure you call around because they charge twice as much as other companies

Had an issues with a furnace control board and The team at Jack Nelson knocked it out of the park. Easy to contact and make an appointment that worked for me. Jeremy Parker and Mike Edwards came out and after running through the issues with me, got it solved fast. Im telling you, Ive called Jack Nelson a few time over the years for different issues in my house and they ALWAYS get the job done. They are professional, polite, and know what they are doing. You have all my business moving forward and are on my family's "Who to Call List". Thanks for being awesome!

Jason F. came out today for my semiannual service. He did a great job.

My beef is that I have General Air Humidifier (DS15P) and the cannister (15-14) needs replaced.

Jason quoted me 375$ for the part which I researched and could order directly from General Air for 149$ (after shipping). He also mentioned that the drain pump kit and / water reservoir might also need replacing. 200% markup on cannister.

He quoted drain pump kit for 990$ which I can order for 332$. 300% markup

He quoted the water reservoir for 529$ which I can get for 100$. 900% markup

Without a doubt this is the most amazing HVAC service we have experienced in over 60 years.

I needed an entire new AC unit on a property I purchased and I called these guys and Clint Taylor came out and took great care of me!

Jeremy went above and beyond to provide excellent service! We are especially grateful to him as our air conditioner went out during this hot season. He assessed the problem and had a new part installed and the system up and cooling in less than a day. We have been doing business with Jack Nelson for 30+ years and rely on them for dependable sales and service.

Trey Thomas-Piazza. I can't say enough about the help Trey has provided us. While he was in the OKC area, Trey consistently made sure our problems were addressed and resolved quickly. I wasn’t even aware he had moved to Tulsa when I gave him a call—but true to form, he still took the time to listen and helped get everything resolved from there. He's a great guy, and you're lucky to have him on your team!

2 years ago, Jack Nelson gave us the best price and service for replacing our decades old HVAC system. The techs that came out for that were amazing, and we’ve been thrilled with every interaction we’ve had with this company.

Today their plumbing tech, Walter T., came out to fix a drain issue we had. I called at 7:45, and Walter was working on the issue within an hour. The work was completed in a timely fashion; everything in the house was left clean, and exactly as it was before Walter started. The repair was reasonably priced, well explained, and the quotes I asked for were promptly prepared. I cannot rave about this company enough. I recommend them to all of my family, friends, and neighbors. You CANNOT go wrong in choosing Jack Nelson to take care of the systems in your home!

Two guys came over with the best attitudes. Their names are Will and Micah. Will would call him Jonah. We all laughed. They worked so good together. They put up a new thermostat like it was nothing. They also put in two new air filters.
If I every need anything fixed with my heat or air I’ll be calling Jack Nelson Service Experts and asking for Will and Micah. Thanks guys

So I signed up with their membership program and that has been great. But the people they have come out and have hired are the gamechangers. Joseph the technician came out with rusty today, and I can not understate how professional while being authentic and genuine Joseph was during his time here. Joseph was thorough from top to bottom and even asked if he could have someone come out to check something before he would suggest a big expense. Honestly getting bad news that will hurt your pocket is never fun, but hearing authentic and genuine assessments by Joseph really helped me up my confidence level his understanding of the situation, my fiscal situation, and stance helped guide a plan to what we can do in the future. Could not be more impressed or committed to being a continued customer with jack Nelson service experts and the authentic and genuine conversation and diagnosis provided that.

The guys were great, no doubt about that, and the lead man can talk up a storm, and the work done was spot on. I will say $1,650 was a little steep for what was done. It could at the very least been a few "hundred less" .... yes, i did sign off on it, but at the end of the day. I guess if you can live with charging that much, it's okay. I just do not feel the price charged reflected back on materals used and/or time spent. I understand you sent 2 guys out, but no offense. The 2nd guy and i talked almost the entire time, and he was not even their the whole time the 1st guy was, but he did give a few pointers.

The biggest thing out of this is for a fact i heard i could have been charged less, but "Tater Tot" seemed to talk the gal who called him out of it as he walked off saying naw you dont need to do that... yes, i heard her say that to you over the phone.

I called Jack Nelson to come out and check my all in one A/C Heater 08/06/21. With in an hour they came out to check the unit. Casey (field supervisor) and Russell (Sales) were informative, pros and cons to repair or replace the unit. I came to the conclusion for many reasons that replacing the unit would be best fit. As they made the process seamless from start to finish. 08/10/21 my house has a new unit! The house is COOL in our wonderful 🔥 Oklahoma weather. Russell and service techs showed up took out and installed the unit in 6 hours. I also have 10 years of service and repair of the unit. This company is professional from start to finish. I recommend them 100%. I am not one to leave a review, but they are deserving of this review.

Scott arrived on time, and was polite and knowledgeable. He put his sensors on the hvac system and in the floor vent in the house to check the functioning of the system. Some readings were in the red, so Scott recommended adding 1 pound of refrigerant. After adding, all readings were in the green. Then Scott cleaned the electronics with air, and washed clean the coils outside and resealed the outside and inside units. Very happy with his expertise in keeping our hvac system running at an optimum level. We have used Jack Nelson for decades, and pros like Scott are what keep us using them twice a year for upkeep on our HVAC.

Diego arrived to peform the maintenance as provided by my coverage. He was prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable. He informed me of a part performing outside of the tolerance recommended and replaced it in a jiffy. Very pleased.

Had a drain get plugged on a Sunday. Called in and got an appointment. Tate showed up and took great care of us. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and did an amazing job for us! Thank you very much!!
