Are they still in business? I'm not getting a call back from them. Had them install HVAC unit 2.5 years ago. Need it serviced to no response.

Worst company ever. They said the job would take from 9am till 5:30pm and now we are going 2 days with out electricity. All our food is done for in the fridge and we had to sleep in this cold winter temperatures freezing because we had no where else to go. If they are going to take on the job make sure to complete it when said time or don’t take on it at all.

Had a couple other company’s come out and could never find what the issue was but finally bulldog company got it fixed quick, definitely recommend 🙌

Only company I would ever use, I had tried 3 other companies before this one no one could figure out the issue with my heater but when they came in, it got fixed the same day. I Simply love this company.

Bulldog Service Co has been a fantastic service company! They have serviced/repaired my last home, my mom's home, and my sister's home. I recommend them to as many people as I can. 9.5.24 -Just had a maintenance service by Jennifer G and she is fantastic. Jennifer is very thorough. When she was done, she went over everything she found in her report and made a few suggestions to help me keep my system running at it's best. Jennifer did a great job! I also requested an estimate for a small unit to heat and cool my shop and Michael E and Jennifer G went over several options, helping me select the unit to suit my needs. I got a great estimate. Once again, I would highly recommend Jack Nelson Service Experts!

Our condenser unit decided to quite working at 5:30 pm on a Heat Advisory Day! Our house quickly heated up. I called Jack Nelson and was placed on a waiting list thinking it would be hours before I heard from the technician. As it turned out, I received a call within 17 minutes that the technician, Jeremy, was on his way. He was very courteous and friendly. He quickly found the problem, showed me what was wrong and fix it. Now our air conditioning is working again! Great job, Jeremy! I will definitely call Jack Nelson again.

4.4.20 - I noticed that Jack Nelson is now offering Plumbing Services and I contacted them recently to fix a clogged drain. It was super easy to setup an appointment. Jeffrey was wonderful and he provided excellent service. I highly recommend him. I am so thrilled to have one company to handle all my Mechanical and Plumbing needs!

Just had a great experience with Steve Musick who was our technician for today. We lost cooling capacity a couple days ago. It’s was cooling but the fan speed was lower than expected and the temp not very cool. Despite having issues with Jack Nelson’s automated online scheduling not booking us a tech for the appointment window, he arrived as fast as he could once assigned. Steve patiently listened to my layman’s simple diagnosis of frozen coils, low fan speed, and history of repairs. He then went right to work!

After refilling some Freon and testing for stability (not to mention upping the fan speed that was set incorrectly on the motherboard on a previous repair) the system was back to working as designed! Nice cool air! Thanks Steve!

Casey with the Jack Nelson co. Came today and installed our Nest thermostat which was not a basic install due to remote system we already had for our zoned areas of the house and he made it all look great and modified some wires to make it all function together properly. Thanks Casey !! We Will always recommend Jack Nelson service experts.
